Just purchased a Shindaiwa blower from them. Very friendly and helpful service. They provided a no nonsense, very professional, and reasonable price quote. Unlike that other non-Aloha... company down the road, that privided a very inflated price quote, and was very unfriendly and abrupt.

I went to this place trying to fix my lawn mower, not realizing it was over 30 years old. They let me know that it would cost about $50 to repair, so let them know because once they do it I have to pay. I said okay and waited, I started thinking about it and decided not to repair it. Luckily, they didn't have the right equipment, so I'd have to return next week. I told him that I wasn't going to repair it, they said okay and put the lawn mower back together because they had already taken it apart. They came out with my lawn mower and loaded it on my truck for me, no charge. These types of businesses are hard to find nowadays, everybody wants to charge for every little thing. I will definitely give these guys my business when my new lawn mower needs fixing.

Went into today 15 minutes before they were closing with a lawn mower that wouldn't start. They helped me right away, taking a look at the mower. It started up right away; the mechanic said the primer may have been clogged and just our putting it in the truck may have loosened it up. He noticed the air filter could be changed, it was just a couple of bucks, and he took care of it within a minute. When helping to put it back in the truck, he gave me pointers on folding up the handle correctly, told me some of the things to watch out for with the pull cord, etc. Got the mower home and it started up just great. Really friendly, knowledgeable group of people. If I have any further problems, I know exactly where to go.
