Great company to get all your lawn care and snow plowing done

I’m upset that I’ve been calling for weeks to get mike to come back out to my house as planned. He doesn’t answer my phone calls or text or voicemails. This is not a way to do business. I had him put in a whole new yard and he was suppose to be back out to take care of it and I thought I could use him all year around

Mike and his guys are the best!! My husband is very particular about the lawn and he always talks about how nice it is to come home from work to see that the lawn is perfect!!! They are pleasant and professional. They even move the trampoline to mow underneath. We highly recommend their services!!!

I agree 100% with what the previous reviewer Chris said about their service and professionalism rapidly declining. The first year I hired Mike he was very professional and reliable. Now, two years later I can never get a hold of him. My calls and texts go unanswered and my lawn goes completely unserviced. Currently my grass is so long that it is growing buds. Weeds growing in all of my flower beds and no mulch or stone has been delivered like I requested. Seems like I'm no longer a priority. I will be taking my business elsewhere ASAP, sadly I feel like it's no skin off Mike's back. He's probably happy to have the load lightened.

Big M Lawn started out as the best lawn care service I've dealt with. As a yard loving home owner, I've always taken great care of my own lawn. I became unable to do so after an unexpected surgery. Big M Lawn Maintenance Co. came by and did a fantastic job for 2 years. The 3rd year, service unexpectedly declined. The company became unreliable and unprofessional. I believe our account became unimportant and deprioritized. As a result, I recently changed providers at 33% more per mow but its well worth it for a quality service. Thanks!

We were very satisfied with their snow removal service in parking lot of our office and the sidewalks this past winter. They were always done before we opened the office and they were not padding the visits.
