Jason's Lawn Service is great!! They have a great office staff that will communicate with you. Examble: If you have an outside dog you need to have inside, they give you a head's up. Great sevice. They show up, (on time) work hard and do a great job.
Jason and his crew are hard working, and knowledge. Making sure the customer is pleased is their number one job. They go beyond what you expect. And, Jason is such a friendly, personable man. It's a pleasure to work with them on any yard or landscaping project you might have. We've used Jason a number of times and are always happy with the results. Jason also maintains my elderly aunts yard and he could not be kinder. He takes very good care of her. Great guy. Can't recommend him enough.

Tree cutting experts at a reasonable price. Honest opinions about what should be trimmed. Showed up on time. Did a great job and cleaned up fully afterwards! We get to enjoy our back yard now! And they were kind to talk to when we had questions.
They mow the grass when it is wet and leave big ruts in the yard. They killed a large patch of grass in the yard and several small batches because they left the fertilizer sitting on the grass in piles. They were hired for complete lawn care and there were so many weeds in our yard it took us weeks to get them taken care of after we fired Jason. Beware and use at your own risk. I would not recommend them.
Like below comment we were hesitant after reading other reviews but Jason was so great on meeting him and the price could not be beaten so we decided to hire them to put in the yard in our new home. Could not be happier with grass, bushes, tree, flowers, communication, workers, and price. Very nice job in fact we are recommending Jason’s to others in our subdivision. Thank you.
After reading some of these reviews I was rather hesitant to contact Jason's Lawn Care, but after receiving some high quotes from other companies to service the Eddy, TX area, I decided to give them a try. I am glad I did. Not only did they offer a very competitive price, but their service was excellent. To start, I was in a little rush since I prolonged calling. They were able to fit me in the same day I called. From the start, very professional and courteous receptionist; prompt with my quote and answering questions I had. The yard crew guys were very courteous and professional as well. You could tell they were very knowledgeable and skilled. And they were fast. I just ordered basic lawn mowing, edging, and weed eating; and am very satisfied with the service and outcome I received. I have never seen this yard look this great. They mowed/edged/weed eated and cleaned up everything just as you would expect from a professional lawn care organization. Very satisfied with my ongoing yard care service with them and cannot find any negative or criticism with their work, everything was just perfect. I highly recommend Jason's Lawn Care and Landscaping, at least for the basic care I ordered.
Jason is wonderfully attentive to customer needs.
I hired them to mow my property. After two times, with incorrect billing, I cancelled the service. I paid the bill but had not been aware that taxes would be added. He kept billing me for additional services not rendered. Now 3 years later they call to have the bill paid. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE,..they are dishonest! A BBB complaint is now pending.

I had hired jasons Landscaping to do a job for us to re-route water drainage and slope contiur away from the house and put in a concreat step, one step. the sod of he had brought in was very expensive about $200 $250 per palette half dead on arrival. and he put the grass in the wrong place where there was already grass and left as discussed bare areas bare. the real rub came when he kept putting off the step, finally came back snuck in I guess, never saw him; his secretary called to say it was completed, thats how I was informed. I went and looked and was shocked my wife got upset he placed glued cinder blocks and buult what looked like a wall very unprofessional, looked horrible. I called to voice my complaint and requested it to be done right , well I got a call from their office with a message from Jason that he does not do concreat and has no equipment to do it, and since out of kindness I already paid the $1200, so that was that. He didnt even try to fix it, thats why he snuck in and out i believe because I would not have excepted the work. He could have simply outsourced It or apparently he doesnt know how to mix a couple of bags of sack Crete, unbelievable .We had been budgeting abiut $1500 to upgrade our flowwbeds in front for a nice curbside , but I wouldnt hire Jasons Landscaping after what we experienced. This is my first time writing a review on anone but felt it important. Oh never pay them until the job is completed, live abd learn. D. Harris.
Jason came to my home, gave me an estimate for pulling weeds and weedwacking. He showed up at our home, cut our grass which was not what we contracted him to do. Then on four separate occasions, he told me he would be at my house to pull weeds, spray the weeds and weedwacking. He NEVER showed up. Totally unacceptable. I would Never recommend him to anyone.
The communication is horrible! We requested service when we first moved into our new home and its been 3 weeks and still not done so we finally decided to cut ties with this company.
He is the gives you a quote the adds taxes to it. So if you get a quote you need to add tax to it. The he was an assistant on the phone with me
