Absolutely THE WORST lawn care company! They killed our grass, fed the weeds, and then, ignoring where we had staked out the drain lines for our sump pumps, they ran over them with their aeration machine, punching holes all along the drain pipe - damaging nearly 90 linear feet of pipe, causing over $1500 in damage! When we called to talk to a supervisor, we were told that we would need to wait for a General Manager to call us back in 24-48 hours (!) since the person at the call center didnt have the name/number of the local TruGreen office. Dont waste your time or your money - what losers! BTW - we canceled them!

Xiaomora is the best Specialist, Ulysses is a close second. Please give them a raise in pay. ASAP

I liked that I had received a text message letting me know that Jontez Y was going to be at my address soon to perform my TruMaintenance Lawn Services followed by a text message saying he had arrived. Jontez Y was professional and polite. He was able to answer all of my question and give me recommendation for my lawn and landscaping. I was provided a Lawn Assessment. I would request again for his services. I was pleased that I received a text message saying that my Trugreen Specialist Tree and Shrubs maintenance was going to be arriving soon and that Joshua S has arrived. He was professional and friendly. I was very impressed with his knowledge. He explained everything that was going on in my lawn bed and gave great recommendations in how to improve my condition and the importance of being on the plan and what it will do with the application of the fertilizer. I wish that he was outfitted with the application to treat shrub infections that he didnt have outfitted on his truck but will apply on his next visit. I would like customer service to be improved. I had asked for a call back nor an email from a TruGreen supervisor and didnt receive one back to request my concerns from my previous treatment. I even tried reaching out to Andrew (Drew) by phone and text message and no return response. I did have a good visit by the specialist Ulysses P. He walked my grass and answered my question. He was professional and polite. Once he put down the granular fertilizer with the push speader, he used his blower to blow it back onto my grass rather than the previous time when it was left behind in my neighbors driveway as well as mine that I had to go out and blow back onto. He left comments and note card on my door.

Terrance and Darius performed aerating and overseeding at my home today. They did an excellent job and were exceptionally polite and professional. We look forward to another beautiful lawn.

I ask them to give me 24 hour notice before they come to do a service and that doesn t happen half the time. We have a fence that needs to be unlocked so we need to know in advance if someone is coming. We have a small area of grass in the back of our house that always gets missed unless you are there to remind them to spray the back.

Cecil provided very professional service keeping me apprised of his progress.

It takes many seasons to establish a thick fescue lawn in the fields of Moyock. You have to gain control over all the natural wild grasses and weed seeds that drop in with the windy conditions. TruGreen customer service is outstanding and always follows up with a call to ask if the issue has been resolved. Who does that these days?

Two-man crew came today to aerate and seed the lawn. They were efficient very polite. Did a great job. Listen to my concerns about parts of the lawn at I wanted to do extra with and they made sure they were all covered.

Was interested in a quote for mosquito service. They provided a quote of $304 for 4 applications and then $861 per year for mosquito and yard treatment. They wanted me to prepay for the service during the call even though I told them I had a work meeting and wanted to speak with my family about it more first before moving forward. I barely got much information about the service since Im not as familiar with the company but then they started getting so pushy about me signing up right away and that it would only take a few minutes to get my card info. Once it was clear to them I wasnt going to pay right then and there, they got annoyed and hung up. I probably would have reached back out if they were nicer about it but because of how rude they were, I will not even be considering them.

This is a blind faith review since I was not on site when Davis W came to provide service. I waited until 1:22 pm for TruGreen to arrive before I had to go down to Lowe s to speak with cabinet designer before she left (my kitchen is undergoing post water damage renovations). I did not pass a TruGreen vehicle on the way down the mountain nor did I pass one on the way back up. I also tried to track location of technician using the link on the app but it is meaningless since it just shows the house location. If it is supposed to track the technician, then either the service was down or the technician was not on the mountain since I blew up the map all the way out to Chattanooga and saw no location data. However, I received notification on the way up the mountain that my service was completed and when I arrived at home, I had the sign in he yard and the door hanger in front door. I would have really liked to have talked to the technician but it didn t work out this time. My biggest complaint is not with the technician but with TruGreen s notification of arrival messaging. It says we are on the way but I received that early in the morning and had other things to do and I simply couldn t wait around that long. Need better arrival window information in the future. However, I am looking forward to seeing my yard improving.

Kevon Bond was the best technician I have had the pleasure of speaking with in five years. At one point, I wanted to cancel my service, but Kevon restored my faith in TruGreen! He came to the door and introduced himself. He had a pleasant demeanor and shared what service he would be performing. He asked if I had any concerns about my lawn and suggested when I should water after this service. He was extremely polite and knowledgeable. Where did you get this guy? This was my first application and meeting the technician. He was pleasant and thorough. He explained what he was going to do today. However I was under the impression that my grass would be planted in a month or so as told to me by the salesman. The technician told me grass would not be planted until the fall. Not happy that I have to wait to see beautiful grass growing until then! At any rate we shall see!

Very satisfied with the service. There is a spot in the front yard on the right side of the driveway that looks like its solely being choked out by the new grass.

I have received outstanding service from TruGreen over the years that I have had them service my lawn. They keep me informed about what they do and have my lawn in great condition.

I would give negative stars if I could. My husband and I have put in hundreds of dollars into this company. I m writing this post due to: 1) The personnel would come out and service our yard in a complete rush. We would watch them basically run up and down our yard thus causing their gadgets ( that sprinkle fertilizer or seeds) to spray everywhere but on the grass/needed area. I had thousands of grass seedlings growing in my flower pits. 2) Not once did they ever de-thatch the yard before placing grass seed. This was after supposedly killing all the weeds (that never died). 3) the personnel working forgot to grab the correct seed. They sprinkled what they had on hand thus causing our yard to have multiple different types of grass. Some areas would grow in large balls. 4) we watered the heck out of the yard (having $600- 1000 plus water bills) and the ENTIRE yard eventually died completely. 5) we complained for months saying the yard died. something is wrong. We called the main office numerous times. They kept saying we didn t water it enough. They said that a manager would come and visit to see the yard ( we never heard from the manager) 6) They kept servicing our dead lawn!!!! They fertilized dirt with no grass or seed!! 7) we got fed up with waiting for a manager that we called to cancel. Not only was all of our previous calls and complaints NOT recorded in the system, the same person we talked to many times pretended to not know we ever had issues and suggested, again, to have the manager come out! 8) After canceling we got a call from the manager. They said that they need to service our lawn we said that we canceled. The manager was completely confused and asked why. He then demanded pictures . Unbelievable!!

After three years still had continued weed growth. After canceling I recieve multiple calls per week even after I told them to stop. If they continue this harassment Ill be forced to get my lawyer involved.

Very disappointed...my grass is ruined and I thought it was just me but I have pictures of my friends grass and hers is ruined as well

I used this company in the past and then unwisely thought that I could do it myself, and found out how quickly and more expensive it was to do it myself and there was no guarantee or warranty then either. So I am back with this company and loving it!

Recently came back to TruGreen after living in a condo (using COA-provided lawn service) for several years then moving to a single family home last month. Setting up was easy with the customer service rep. The TruGreen app made it easy to pay and receive updates on service appointments. And the tech was prompt and friendly.

I have had TruGreen Mosquito service for 3 years. Every tech who has come to my house is completely professional and courteous, and Im able to be outside in my yard! I highly recommend them.

I m normally working when the service is being performed so I haven t had the opportunity to talk to the provider. The one time I was there the person was knowledgeable and courteous. All I really need to know is that my lawn looks a lot better now that I have the service. I m looking forward to the aeration and seeding in the fall and next years lawn. In the days leading up to the service they keep you informed by text and after provide a good report on what was done.

I ve had service for over a year and they say, guaranteed! No, they didn t even know what Virginia Button Weed was, it totally took over my yard and now my front yard is a big weed. You can call all you want and they will come back out to spray, but it will be for nothing. It s the worst my yard has ever looked, but they re sure will collect their money. THERES DEFINITELY NO GUARANTEE, with their work.

I have been so pleased with the lawn services provided by TruGreen. It s a great service at a great price. The technicians have been very professional and helpful.

I recently used TruGreens lawn care services, and unfortunately, I was left quite dissatisfied with the experience. While I had high hopes for my gardens improvement, I encountered a few issues that need to be addressed. Firstly, the application of seeds seemed haphazard, as they were scattered onto pavement and rock areas where grass growth was unnecessary. This resulted in an uneven and unsightly lawn. Additionally, the billing process was problematic. I was charged $486.00 without prior notice or explanation. Furthermore, my attempts to seek a resolution were met with poor customer service. I requested a refund and account cancellation, but the process was difficult, and my request was denied. In the end, I had to resort to disputing the charge with my bank, which was not an ideal solution. I believe TruGreen could greatly benefit from improved communication, transparency, and customer service. Its my hope that they address these issues to provide a better experience for their customers in the future.

I m a first year TruGreen customer. So far so good but am concerned about July/August weeds.

Service was not bad. As a whole, I am dissatisfied with the pushiness of the Front Office to contact me on multiple occasions as for my reasoning to no longer require their services. I informed them that I have a family member who does the service for me now, and instead of leaving it there they wanted details of what he would be doing to my lawn, if they were licensed in the state, and so on. Me explaining that I m unfamiliar with ALL that he does to my yard but I trust his judgment was an unacceptable answer for them. Pro Tip: If I was very familiar with the process, wouldn t I likely do it myself? I get you guys are salesman, but c mon.

I have been using TruGreen now for over 3 decades and two residences. They are by far the best service for your lawn that money can buy. My lawns have always looked like golf courses and usually one of the best in my developments.

This young man is the best of all the techs I meant. Beautiful personality very professional is courtestous. He show me genuine empathy. God has truly blessed you with a great young man.

Today I was actually home and able to talk to Daryl. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable about the treatment he was doing. Instead of the oil treatment (which I hadn t heard of before), he fertilized the bushes. He explained that it wasn t cold enough for the oil treatment. It would probably be done in January. He explained that the oil treatment killed the new bugs and their eggs so in the spring time there wouldn t be as many bugs. I appreciated the information he shared.

TruGreen is transforming my yard into a much better place. They have been easy to work with; though there have been a couple of hiccups. Mostly billing but they resolved them greatly to my satisfaction. I would recommend them and all their crew. Jeffrey did my shrubs this morning and went the extra mile getting all my azaleas and there are a lot of them! Thanks Jeffrey!

TruGreen came to treat my neighbor s yard this morning. They parked their truck next to my house, put their truck ramp on my yard and drove their equipment on my yard. I went out to talk to the servicer and he said it shouldn t do any damage to my yard as I am staring at visible tracks in my freshly treated grass. They should be more respectful of other s property and not be on it if it s not the yard where they are doing the service.

Michael was polite and fast. Did not realize he had done all the yard in a short amount of time.

A lot of people say they dont like tru green but I like them maybe its their yard you have to do the work as well put both together you have an amazing yard year around

Very professional, knowledgeable and caring.

We have been using TruGreen for many years now, about 20 years or so. My wife and I are pleased with the results and havent had much else to do but cut and maintain the yard. TruGreen has been good to us and our yard. Would recommend them to anyone looking for someone to help maintain their yards.
