To start off, please know Im the one who looks at reviews prior to ANY purchase. If an Amazon item doesnt have atleast a couple thousand reviews for that correct item, Im not purchasing it. More people complain than they do praise. We know this. Im also one who has no extra fun spending money in the budget. If it isnt at goodwill or 70%+ off, then it isnt for us. Id much rather do the work myself and only pay materials than pay for labor. But leaves? They had me out numbered. My neighbor had Trident come out and remove all their leaves. Ive fought the leaves this time of year for FIVE YEARS and never win. When I saw how good it looked next door, I reached out to the company on Facebook. They were able to come out the next day and do mine. I was provided a quote quickly and of course, asked about discounts. No other discounts because theyre already offering their lowest possible cost. And paying by card, the consumer gets charged the 2.xx% whatever fee. Some people get mad at this, but I love it. That tells you theyre honestly charging you for what youre getting and nothing more. Id rather have the choice to pay conveniently and 2-3% more or not as opposed to them automatically overcharging everyone by 2-3% and not getting to choose. When I know a company is honest with me, communicates, AND does a good job- Im a customer from now and and absolutely will recommend to everyone. Trident is now on that list. I cant speak much towards their customer service in regards to conflict/dispute resolution since everything was done correctly the first time, but I definitely got the vibe that theyd quickly fix anything that wasnt right. The work done? Flawless. My yard was a mess. Toys, chairs, slides, etc everywhere. Puppies even tore off the cutter end and water hose. They got to work as soon as they got here and made sure to get under and around everything even when I told them they didnt need to. I had more leaves than they originally thought and still honored the original price (even when I said it was okay if it needed to be more). They even took away some big branches that had fallen from a recent storm I was not expecting that and had planned on cutting them down for bulk pick up or burning them, but he said they didnt mind helping me out and had room for them. I dont want others to EXPECT this done, but the little things go a long way. My childs bus was late coming home while they were still out there, and they talked with me a bit to keep my anxiety low and pass the time by. They called my gates back for me and moved the furniture back in front how I had it (dogs can dig). Not a SINGLE complaint about Trident. Im picky. I was worried they wouldnt get under the car, around the shed, leave a bunch of dirt behind. Nope. I wont even spend $10 on a tee-shirt I really want for myself, but I absolutely will pay Trident to come back again next year. Im hoping to even work with them to get more grass in my difficult yard, a task Ive also tried to DIY and not succeeded. My toddler is sad her weaves on gwound are gone, but Im so happy to see my actual yard and even see where Im walking Im hoping this helps keep some other little bugs away from the house as well! If you need the work done, get the guys from Trident out and youll see what I mean. I didnt see any advertising or sponsored ads anywhere, just chose them based off seeing the work they already did when they didnt know anyone was even watching. If my review helps save even one person from the headache of choosing a company that overpays or under delivers, then it was worth all this typing.

Do not use this company. This company owners and workers destroyed my property knowingly and refuse to take my calls to discuss this matter. When I was able to communicate with them they said they dont care and will not reimburse me. STAY AWAY!!!I dont recommend them at all.

This company has the most professionalism. They care greatly about their customers. When my son had his appendix out, they came and cut our yard when we were out of town. We have been connected to this business for several years and I would highly recommend them. Also, when my son bought a new house that needed a lot of yard cleanup they came and did it in a very efficient and timely manner.

We had Kevin and his guys grind a stump in our front lawn. The service was timely, reasonably-priced and they did a great job overall...we highly recommend them!

If I could give zero stars I would. This company was booked through LawnStarter. I put in my property profile that my yard had sod that was only a month old. Any professional lawncare service would know that you need to cut high for new sod. They were supposed to arrive between a Friday and Monday and they arrived on a Thursday, completely unannounced, no message at all. They came in on a riding mower on its lowest setting and shredded up my my sod. I watched my sod get stuck and dragged multiple times. I couldn t go outside because I was home alone with a baby and a toddler. When they realized they were continuing to damage the sod, they attempted to mow with edgers, cutting down to the soil in most areas. After they were only a quarter done they haphazardly blew clippings around and my patio and patio furniture were covered in clippings and dirt. I emailed Trident and they ignored me. I called and emailed Lawnstarter and filed a claim for damages with them sending them pictures of what the crew did. They refused to refund an incomplete job, and they said that Trident is saying they didn t cause any of the damage and stated that I told them to use the edgers, which are both complete lies. They said I have no evidence that my sod wasn t damaged before they came (Who takes pictures of just their grass for future evidence???). They tried to say it doesn t look like damage, that it looks like I didn t water it enough. First off, I did not even talk to the crew so how could edging be at my request? There were four men and I literally watched them tear up my sod. The guy on the mower stopped and two other guys walked up to him and o hear him say it s the sod as the other guys try to pull my sod out. Meanwhile the fourth guy is trying to push down another piece of sod that the mower pulled out 5 feet away from them. Additionally, It s new sod...so I ve been watering it literally everyday as I was advised. So now I m left with getting a lawyer and suing them for the damages. My sister-in-law watches my kids at my house Monday to Friday. She was off the day the crew came, but she has also helped me water my lawn daily and was at the house the day before, so she knows the sod was in perfect condition, and she saw the grass the day after. Even without me telling her that crew came she asked me what happened to my yard. I saw them with my own eyes and my sister-in-law knows the state of my yard prior. I guess now I ll find out of this company is willing to lie in front of a judge.
