We sodded approximately 24,000 sq ft of Tiffway II Hybrid Bermuda at our new home in Suffolk in 2001. We self maintained with fertilizer and occasional weed treatment but crabgrass, dandelions & other undesirable weeds had taken over. Greensward Solutions began treatment in late Spring and Summer of 2024. We had weed die off very shortly and improved vigor in our Bermuda. Three treatments have improved the lawn considerably and we are expecting great results in the coming year. It’s never too late to reclaim a lush lawn! Greensward technicians are prompt and efficient during their application. Highly recommend their services!

We've tried many companies before, including some big named companies, but this is the first time our lawn has looked this good. In fact, it looks great just after the first year of treatment. Our grass looks better than the neighbors who are still using other companies to treat their lawns! We have since added Greensward's mosquito service after using another company and the results are night and day. They are very professional and conscientious in applying treatments. Excellent company and excellent results!
The Greensward team has treated us very well. Our lawn, as we took ownership of our home in 2016 was more crabgrass than anything else. After working several years by myself I still was not satisfied with the results. So, I requested quotes from several lawn care companies and they were relatively close in prices, however, my conversations with the representatives were very different. I got the feeling of being hustled by all, except one, and that was Greensward. We have used their services for the past several years and are very pleased with the results. Matt, the owner, is very personable and professional, as is his team. I would encourage you to give them a chance to explain their process, it works!
In 2023 I was looking for a company that would take care of my mom’s lawn in Norfolk. I did research on some of the big name companies and they didn’t have good reviews so I decided not to deal with them. I came across Greensward solution and all the reviews I read were great so I decided to give them a try. My mom’s lawn has transform from being full of weeds to the greenish lawn in the neighborhood. My mom and I are very pleased with the transformation and would definitely recommend them to anyone. I am very pleased with their work that I would like them to come take care of my lawn but unfortunately I live in Hampton.
Greensward does a fantastic job! We have fescue service and are very pleased. They are very reliable and courteous. The technician always sends a text the day before to let us know that our property will be serviced. We also receive a text when the technician is on the way that we greatly appreciated because we have a dog.
Greensward completely changed the look of our yard in such a short amount of time. They are courteous and are good about giving us a call a day or two before service so we can make arrangements if needed. We’ve been extremely happy with our lawn and will continue to use them for years to come.

There is a NO TRESSPASSING SIGN AND NO SOLICITING SIGN POSTED CLEARLY ON THE DOOR... YET YOU FELT THE NEED TO LEAVE A SIGN ON MY DOOR AND MAKE MY DOGS GO CRAZY!! I would NEVER hire a company that shows such CLEAR disregard!
We love using Greensward! We have a large yard that we take great care of but the weeds had snuck in over the years. Matt tested the soil and is feeding exactly what it needs. They come on time and are professional with every visit. We have a lake and know we aren t using anything toxic to the wildlife and especially our dogs!!

these guys know lawns. they were able to come out and over seed in the fall and then have been back to apply winter treatment. they even blew the leaves off the lawn so they could apply the treatment. 100% recommend
The coolest lawncare company in the area with a great name. Sounds like they will slice your lawn with a samurai sward. Positive that they do not but worth a thought. How they explained the science behind their process - it blew me away. They take the idea of generic lawncare and throw it out the window. Matt explained that each lawn is unique and requires a specific set of science-driven treatments. Never seen grass so green.
