Pete was late, impersonal, and didn t seem knowledgeable at all. He barely offered any useful tips for our lawn and landscaping, and his visit felt rushed and unhelpful. We were far from satisfied with the service and wouldn t recommend them to anyone.

We had a difficult time finding reliable good landscape help when we first moved to Virginia Beach in 2020, until we contacted Augusta Lawn Care. We were happy with the job they did the first, second and now third time we have hired them. Yesterday, John was our landscaper. We needed fall cleanup which included weeding, trimming, mulch and tidying up our bushes . John followed our requests exactly. He went above and beyond our expectations. He did a beautiful job trimming our bushes and cleaning up our flower-beds. Pete, who over-sees the job progress and is the point person has consistently replied to us in a timely manner. We will continue to use them for our landscaping needs in the future.

John came to my property and went waaaay above and beyond I ve got a backyard that had just gotten beyond me and John came today and did more than I would have expected in two or three visits. I am very appreciative and thankful for him and Augusta Lawn Care.

Their employee, Adam, showed up on time yesterday, introduced himself, and started working immediately. I was surprised he was alone with no help. He spent the whole day yesterday and about 3 hours this morning finishing up. He has single-handedly transformed my yard. He s a very hard worker who knows what he s doing. I was very impressed with his professionalism and attention to detail! I highly recommend this company and especially Adam. First, I would like to say that I wish there were ten stars that I could give Augusta Lawn Care and i would. I first met Augusta last year after I was taken for a lot of money by a terrible, rude and dishonest so-called landscaper, and I wont waste space even talking about him. After the disaster he caused, I found Augusta. And everything changed for the best. Last year, I was only able to do a certain amount of work since I paid so much to that other person. Yet, Augusta came over, gave me a quote for each individual portion of work I was able to do. And he made it look clean and neat and so much better than the condition that person left my property. Fast forward to this year. I expressed to them the dream of how I wanted my property to look. I asked for a few quotes so that I could have a cleanup first, then mulch, then rock. Justin and Adam made my dream come true. First, let me say that they are the nicest and most respectful young men whom I have ever met. They understood the vision I had, and they not only accomplished that vision, they surpassed it. When I arrived home from work, I could not believe it was ny home. And, yesterday morning, they returned to put some last touches, asked if everything was okay and if there was anything that I wanted to change, and I was speechless. There was not one stick or piece of debris left on my lawn or property. They did not just put down mulch, they first made a cutting all around my planting areas, designed an area around my giant fig tree, laid the mulch, and then raked over it all that it looks like a perfectly placed carpet. The rock that they laid, which was a lot, again was perfectly placed in a design fashion. As you can see, I can go on forever. Thank you a million times over, Justin and Adam. And thank you to Mary and all those working at Augusta for being so courteous, knowledgeable and wanting to making their customers happy. Thank you, thank you.

Unfortunately, it was very windy for the first two days, so he did what he could given the circumstance. We were really impressed that he came back once the winds died down and finished the work. They were great last year, unfortunately this year they told me they no longer will cut every other week and it must be every week or nothing, so I will get someone else to cut my lawn this year and moving forward.

They always do great work, show up on time, and always get back to you as fast as possible if they don t answer. They will find a way to accommodate you if you need to change anything or reschedule. I have always received great customer service which leaves me feeling super satisfied with their work and attitude.

Augusta came and tackled our completely overgrown jungle front flower beds. For years they have been so troublesome. I was going to fill in a form and request lawn care, but a chat box popped up. Instead of telling me upfront that they arent taking new clients, we messaged back and forth. I was asked for my email and phone number. As soon as I asked for an estimate. It said in the chat box that they were not taking new clients. That is fine, but why waste my time going back and forth?

We had them come out to trim up trees around our property, mow, edge, weed, and pick debris up. They were fast at getting me a quote and then getting it all taken care of. It all looks nice and they were prompt in getting our lawn and landscaping needs done. Very professional and prices were great too.

Omg Augusta lawn care did an amazing job in both the front and back yard!!! The company sent out Pete to check out the property in order to give us a free estimate. He was patient, friendly, and knew what I needed to have my yard looking great again. The backyard was a mess and thankfully they were able to make it look amazing!
