Truth be told, Ive forgotten to mow the hidden park strip and strip of grass a few times. :-) All in all a great service day. Looking forward to a green(er) lawn in the days to come.

We ve been using Senske for a few years to treat our trees that were not doing well. The trees are doing great and we continue to use the service.

I love how they send me a reminder before they come so I can have the lawn clear and ready. They always come when scheduled and are very friendly. Used for two years now and never had any problems. Thank you!

The prices have increased quite a bit this year. I was quite surprised by the cost of the last treatment.

The rating is based on Hunter phoning ahead of the appointment. I advised him that there were a few inches of fresh snow on the ground and wondered whether that would impair the deep-root fertilizing application for the 30+ trees in our yard and garden, in addition to numerous shrubs. He explained that he had begun his route early this morning, was wearing waterproof boots, and was prepared to do the job. Although I did not observe him while he performed the work, tracks in the snow and his post-service report evidenced it.

Matthew was polite and efficient. Always does a great job.

Mathew did a great job addressing the bug problems we were dealing with. I felt confident that he knew what he was doing and both he and his trainee were polite and efficient as they went about their work. Zane seemed knowledgeable about what needed to be sprayed to take care of our trees. One time when I was not home, he left a Senske note hanging on the door letting me know what he sprayed. It was nice to know that he had come and what he did, so I did not have to wonder if it had been done or not. Thank you!

Did his job well

For the last two years, Senske has taken care of our lawn. We have been very pleased with their service, cooperation, and results.

I have used Senske for years and always liked the communication with the employees, and they do a great job.

Sara at senske is absolutely amazing to work with, I honestly thought she was the owner she answered every question I had plus more that I didnt think to ask. She was patient and caring about me and even my fur baby. Thank you Sara your the definition of great customer support.

My parents have now used Senske for their lawn twice. Both times, they have come out with a lawn that is incredibly dry and will not grow grass or any other plants. They were hired to perform weed control and fertilization, neither of which were done on either occasion. The employee showed up for all of five minutes, looked at the lawn, and left. This was the same occurrence over a period of months where we were supposed to be receiving weed control and fertilization. Senske now refuses to answer calls or emails despite killing our lawn both times, and refusing to take responsibility despite nobody else ever working on the lawn. Their incredibly poor performance leads me to the conclusion that even renting your own equipment with no experience would be more effective than hiring Senske. Hope they get it together soon.

We ve been using them for a while now. They aight. Kinda slow when you need something but they do well.

I recommend not using this company. After paying ahead of time for aeration (to avoid a 3% fee to pay at time of service), I was told they would schedule a time for the service. However, they showed up unannounced, were there for all of 10 minutes (that s over $1000/hr rate .) and busted 3 sprinklers. Had they told me a time/date, I would have marked those sprinklers, but wasn t given that opportunity. After repeated calls to have my lawn re-aerated due to lack of coverage or quality plugs, they said, that s how we do aeration. I have been waiting for over a week for my sprinklers to be fixed, getting passed from one technician to another for scheduling. If you want quality service, at a respectable rate, go somewhere else.

If I could give zero stars I would, this company DOSE NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR HOME!!!!!! Customer beware, I DO NOT recommend SENSKE SERVICES for your lawn/tree or any care for that matter Their sales people (Sarah in this case) will talk you into circles, and then charge you above and beyond for the services you asked for. They will mention the cost of a SINGLE treatment without telling you it needs to be done multiple times, then when they charge you in full you ll be paying for 5x that and at the end of season they double up the service and do them at the same time, on what planet can you provide a lawn service (like fertilization) double up and expect the same results? This is only done so they can charge you for two treatments at once, then good luck ever getting scheduled or a complete service in general. If you aren t babysitting the people they send out, they will walk around, plop an advertisement on your lawn then leave with no services rendered. When you call to complain you will get a call center that has no ability to help you and don t get me started on asking for a receipt because even that will be delayed then when you ask for a refund they will tell you it takes 10 days, won t provide any proof of the refund and you just have to sit and wait and hope it arrives. We supposedly were 7 out of the 10 days for a refund of services they over charged us for, and when we asked to cancel in full we are now told we will not be getting the first refund (hmmmmm probably because it was never processed) and have to wait an additional 10 days for a full refund, interesting if you process the first refund why would it be void for the second to be done?? I will update this review after we have received our refund with the time it took and if it was the correct amount. I cannot let them take advantage of any more people, only their sales people will tell you what you want to hear, they don t hire anyone competent to actually do the services good luck hire a company that has better communication, work ethic and the skills needed for the services you are looking for.

Since we have been using Senske for years, our Blue Spruce stopped having Beatles and is so very beautiful from the fertilizer. The most dramatic difference is our Cottonwood trees. They lose very few branches in the wind now when we used to have tons.

I ve always had good service each year. It s nice to have the same person so they know the property and which gate to go in. They also leave the visit summary each time.

I had called and rescheduled this visit until November because I am out of town. I did not have a call by Tyler before his visit. There is not any communication with Sensky here. I am very upset this visit was made

My lawn looked worse with Senske taking care of it. I had tons of weeds. When I called to complain they said a supervisor would call me. The supervisor never bothered to call.

Spent a whole day moving my house house around so these guys could come out and spray my house and when they got here the used a can of spray a couple sticky traps and some tan paste in a couple rooms in my house when I went through my house putting the stuff away. Im sorry but Im not happy and Im not having them back this is ridiculous I did better myself with just bombing my house. They didnt even do anything outside but get rid of one beehive that wasnt bothering me in the first place.

Hired them to fertilize lawn . I noticed lawn looked worse after treatment. It looked like it had a fungus or bugs eating it. Austin said they would be out to treat Never showed up and would not respond to messages for weeks in the mean time lawn continued to look worse and worse. He would make promises and would not follow through.This is not a company that cares about it costumers.

They are fast, and professional. I live in a development area and also next to field so we always have pest, so I am always calling them out. They are a great service. I highly recommend them. I wish I could have them to my yard care but my husband knows what he is doing .

Thieves. Thats what they are.

Terrible customer service. If I could give 0 stars I would. Two weeks ago I set up an account to have them take care of my lawn. An appointment was set for the following Friday... No show. No phone call, email, or text saying they would not be coming. I notified them and they were apologetic and told me a supervisor was notified and I was set up with another appointment on Thursday April 17th. Yep, you guessed it! Another no show. No communication or anything. I am done and recommend no one use this company. It says something about a company that cant even take care of a new customer. I cant imagine how bad their customer service would be for existing customers.

Original review spring 2019: Senske has been great about responding to issues in my lawn, such as grubs, that my prepaid treatments didnt include. I like that I can access service notes online. Theyve also diagnosed a fungus in my Blue Spruce trees that another arborist couldnt figure out. Great service and good communication! Updated January 2020: Two years ago when I signed up, Senske was responsive and great with communication. Last year that dropped off. I had to call multiple times about errors in their data entry system that resulted in my trees missing a fungus treatment and problems with my account balance. I learned they dont respond to messages on their websites contact form, but are somewhat okay about returning phone calls. The supervisor said I would get the tree treatment this spring, so well see if that happens without hiccups. Ill add more to this review at that point. Update April 2020: I did get the final pre-paid treatment for my trees with very little hassle. There was a small mistake the first time they came this spring (didnt have the right chemical), but the tech came to my door and explained that they would need to reschedule. Good communication this time around. Overall, Im leaving my review at three stars. One of the main reasons I hired out my lawn care was to save the time I used to spend doing it myself. When Senskes scheduling works, theyre great. But their communication is inconsistent, and I spent a lot of time following up with them to take care of my yard and account. If they cant save me time, I can save money just doing my own lawn treatments, and Ive found someone else to treat my trees.

I just had Senske Services come today to adjust my Sprinklers and the Tec. Travis Woodard did a wonderful job on my system. He found sprinklers that were turned off so he fixed them and adjusted and cleaned out filters and replaced some sprinkler heads, he also adjusted my sprinkler box so it is set properly. I well surly pass on the Senske Services name along to my friends.

New management rocks! Patrick just called us and is so willing to help make things right! We are excited to work with them.

So we went with Senske as they would text before they come out so I can bring in my Dog. I love that about them and they do that :). However I have had issues with other things with them. Second rep that came out I asked him why my weeds were not dying he said they should be I said well look at my lawn they are not. He said I will hit them with the Cannon after that the weeds started to die which was awesome his name is Brad. He also said he would be taking care of my house now since it was his route. He also told me on that day that my lawn had a fungus and that someone from Senke Special services would call me for a fungus Treatment within a few days I think this was a thursday when he came out so when they had not called me in a few days I called Senske. He came back out to do recheck on the weed treatment on that day he called his supervisor and explained that the division that was supposed to call me about the fungus treatment has never done it and that looked bad on him. His supervisor was going to call me I figured to try and make it right or something but guess what no phone call. Then about 3 or so weeks ago we had another treatment, however it was not by Brad and this is now what my lawn looks like. I can only figure that if it was Brad who was the one that came to my house he would have saw that the weeds were coming back and would have gotten the Cannon out and hit the lawn again with the weed treatment as he had told me that he was going to watch the weeds and make sure they did not come back while doing the treatments. I can tell you that if Senske cannot even take care of the weeds in my lawn I will not use them to re seed my lawn which of course I am going to need to get it looking back to what it needs to be done. I was also going to use them for the Aeration and power raking this fall. I am very disappointed with them at this moment in time. This picture is just of my Back yard weeds.

Absolutely awful service. I requested them to do a simple wasp removal. Told them that I needed them to come when I was home since most the nests were in my backyard and my gates are locked. After 2 visits of people coming when I was not there, I get a bill for them removing nests. We looked around everywhere and didnt notice any nests gone. They came when we were not home, and did not do the job. Very rude over the phone. Highly recommend going somewhere else if you would like for a service to actually be completed.

Used Senskes lawn treatment services for 2+ years. Had brown spots in my lawn in the late summer, early fall. Informed Senske. Now its spring and theyve applied the spring treatment. Still have massive brown spots in the same places. Called Senske - no one seemed to care. Cancelled services.

Great service at a good price

Ive been having problems with my irrigation system. I called Senske to hopefully shed some light on the issue and at least give me some options on how to fix the issues (random loss of pressure, water pooling, etc.) The technician was nice, but gave me absolutely no answers. Everything he told me was a complete guess (I understand the irrigation system is underground, so you can never be 100% sure) he left me the bill and said sorry. I paid for absolutely nothing. I hope someone else learns from my mistake. Go with someone else, I could have gotten a better answer from Google.

I have had Senske come out and remove two trees and prune several others. Gavin Wilkerson and Lester Marty Nichols have done an outstanding job each time they have come. Superior efficient and superior professional! Everything is all cleaned up when they leave.
