Fantastic! Gary and his team very responsive, squeezed us in very quickly, had the best price (by $500!) and treated the property with tremendous respect. They took down 2 huge dead trees that were right up against the house neatly and carefully and left the yard cleaner than they found it. Highly recommend and extremely satisfied. We hired Heitz Tree Service in March 2021 and had numerous trees trimmed, 2 large trees and wooden car port removed, and an old fence that was completely overgrown. Gary was on the job site for both days, showed up early each day, and was extremely pleasant to work with from start to finish. Jerry is tops in trees! He called back the same day I made contact. Then he came over to give me an estimate that same evening. I needed two large trees removed but more urgently a large broken branch was on my power line. He came early on Easter Sunday and quickly took care of the branch issue. Today I came home from work and the trees were down, my property totally clean, all as promised. His work ethic, pricing and professional customer service earn him five stars.
