I had an emergency tree removal in my backyard, and Lewis Lawn & Tree Service was at my house in under two hours—on a Saturday, no less! The crew was fantastic, handling the situation quickly and professionally. I was also impressed that they didn’t overcharge for the weekend/emergency service, giving me a very fair price. I highly recommend them if you’re in South Jersey. They also take care of my mother’s lawn, and she’s always singing their praises. Big thanks to Gene and his team!

This is the 2nd time we have used there services to have trees cut down. They do a great job. My wife had to ask if the had even come to cut down the trees. Because they left no signs of being there. All messes were cleaned up and disposed off. I recommend highly. And will use again in the future.

Finally a stand up company that shows up on time. I had 3 huge pine tree that had scared the death of us during the last bad storm. They were hanging over my garage and house. Gene and his team were on time, at 8am, and it took them about four hours to take down two pines, one oak and one maple. They were very professional. We wanted to keep the wood and they were very accommodating and moved all the brush out of the way of the driveway and into one central location. One team worked on getting the two pines down while the other team worked on getting the oak down. They also made sure that they cleaned up the property before they left, including the tent that we aren't even sure we are keeping. 100% recommend them and will 100% use them in the future.

I met with Tom for my estimate on a restart of my lawn, which included 3 inches of top soil, reseeding, lime and straw. His estimate beat another company by over $100. He also did the job only a couple of days later on my request. Tom and his team arrived on the scheduled day of the job, although a little late due to traffic and a big job in North Jersey, he called to tell me when they would arrive (not many contractors do that). The work was excellent. His team was efficient and did a large job with precision and speed. My lawn is growing grass after only 10 days. Amazing. Thanks Tom and Team. Brian

In the past 9 months, I've had Lewis perform 2 services for me. First, they removed a large maple tree from my front yard including its stump. I made a special request, asking that they leave the 10' trunk behind. I plan to build a dining room table from the lumber I have milled from that log which my whole family will enjoy for years to come. Excellent work at a rate about 30% less that 2 other services I contacted. Next, just 4 days ago, they pruned 5 white pine trees in my back yard. I was very concerned that their large lift machine on tracks would tear up my lawn. They laid large rubber mats on the yard and ran the machine on them. The lawn was protected. They did an excellent pruning job at a reasonable price. The owner is responsive to my calls and texts. I would highly recommend Lewis Tree Service for all your tree service needs.
