Came for general visit for fertilization & weed control. This we my first service. They fit me in on 1 days notice. Arrived at 8:00 am. Very accommodating. Mike was the technician. He seems terrific. Very cordial and considerate and respectful of my property. Great job so far. Look forward to continued services. So far, highly recommend.

We have used Alternative Environments for years and our lawn always looks great. Our Techs Joe and Mikey make sure to take the time to answer all our questions and inform us of what is being applied to the lawn and the effects we can expect to see. Having dogs I really appreciate the fact no harsh chemicals are being used and they let me know how long until its safe for the dogs to go out on the grass - which is usually as soon s its dried.

Mikey was kind enough to stop and answer questions about the treatment he was applying, and shared advice on how I could get even better results by mowing to a certain height. I appreciate how knowledgeable and friendly he was.

We had AEI come by our yard to check it out and give us an estimate. They were the only company out of 4 that actually offered a solution to our problems, with options within the scope of what we wanted. Thats why we call the experts, thank you! We appreciated Matt (one of the company owners) asking questions to understand why we wanted to have some yard space (for our kids), and were so grateful for his expertise to deliver what we needed. With a shady hillside yard, he showed us where we could install sod and have success (versus a yard of dead grass in 2 years). He outlined how to help with some of our side erosion and the estimate for the project fit within our budget. We kept in touch about when they would start the work and once we had it on the calendar, they came out as planned and finished the work quickly and efficiently. They even helped set-up our home sprinkler for the sod before they left. We were really pleased with everything and plan to reach out again for any future yard updates.

I received a professional estimate to reconfigure our landscape beds. They relocated several existing plants, installed 18 new shrubs and mulch all the way around the house. They performed the project in one day. cleaned all of the debris from the site and left the site perfect. Their crew was extremely courteous and knowledgeable to perform a very professional job. I would highly recommend Alternative Environments for new design landscape and any property maintenance. We received a finished project above our expectations.

Alternative Environments Services has done a great job over the years with my yard. I ve never had to worry about them showing up or the quality of their service. Demario is courteous, personable, and punctual with our monthly service.

A few weeks ago I was at home when Spencer with Alternative Environments was treating my yard. Spencer was putting lime on my yard with a spreader strapped around him. I wanted to recognize Spencer because a machine would have rutted up my yard with all the rain we ve had and I m glad he recognized this. Also I hardly had any lime if any at all on my driveway. Thanks Spencer for treating my yard as your own.

Was very impressed with Spencer Morgans visit. He was very professional and particularly KNOWLEDGEABLE. Spoke to him about my lawn and a current issue with Poa Annua and last falls fungus problem I had for which there was no response from AE (I was very disappointed - had to treat it myself). He said he would look into having the Poa Annua checked/treated. Very friendly and was very customer oriented. I hope he stays with the company and I can keep him as my lawn specialist.

I selected AELMI to build a walkway from my driveway to my pool and install Zoysia sod in the backyard. They matched the same brick pavers installed on my patio around my pool and laid 63 feet of walkway in the same pattern as I had on my patio. This also included a landing at the bottom of the deck stairs and ensuring each paver stone was perfectly level for the entire length of the walkway and completed so it would drain correctly. The sod was laid to measure and is a soft, comfortable bedding of grass. Looks great!

Every facet of this business is professional, talented, on-time and extraordinarily customer-focused. And let me add, I m a retired guy, only sort of old, but decidedly old-school when it comes to paying for a service and getting that service - exactly THAT service. I no longer expect a business to go beyond the call: Alternative Environments is the exception. If you re considering any type of landscaping (or any other service they provide), look no further than Alternative Environments. I mean, really, stop right there there s nobody better on the planet than this company. And the planet s a really big place. Our job wasn t an easy one. However, from the initial estimate, to the work done, to the follow-through and the final review: masterful. When the crew said they d be back later to finish a few things there were indeed back later. When the crew said they d be back the next day, they were back the next day. They weren t going to be done until we were happy with everything. THIS is exactly how a company should conduct business. I can t be more positive about Alternative Environments. For the purposes of this review, I need to be brief, however, that ship may have sailed. Alternative Environments is the best, no doubt. I ll say this under oath if necessary. Thanks to everyone there for everything!

Excellent work! We had drainage issues in the front and back of our house. Now we have a beautiful river rock bed that keeps the water flowing away from the house.

Cody and his crew have been taking care of our property, 1660 Peachtree in Atlanta, for over a year now. Great work, thorough communication and follow up, and most importantly professionalism. Thank you Cody and keep up the great work!

We had a contract for several years with Alternative Environments for lawn treatments and they did an adequate job. They usually treated on a regular basis without being asked. But recently they had not treated our lawn for over 3 months including the spring period when treatments are especially important. We called 3 times over a period of 2-3 weeks before they finally got around to treatment. They never apologized nor gave us an explanation for the bad service. We also found that they charge extra for dollar spot and for treating different types of grass (we have different type of grass in the front and back). These are included in other lawn service fees. Recently I called their number listed on the first page of their website and received a recording saying my phone was not authorized to use this number. That was the last straw. Their service is not acceptable.

When we first started using AEL for our lawn care, they were great. Over the past year we have seen a steep decline in both the quality of their work and their customer service. Finally fired them after a couple of no shows and lawn looking awful. Wed rather do the lawn ourselves than pay for poor service and quality.

Stay away from this company! I singed up for termite service, they installed the baits and never showed up for monitoring, called many times and they kept coming up with some excuses. Finally cancelled the service and was told I was going to get a refund, but nothing so far. I had to dispute the charge. Richard, dont waste your time with your bs answering my review.

At first was was very happy with them. The Sales guys was very helpful and informative. He would answer my calls and emails fairly promptly. But after a while he stop responding. I dont know if he left the company or what. So I email the company directly and I never heard from them. I was told they would let me know prior to any treatments. I also asked for a treatment schedule so I knew what they were putting in my yard. But they just show up out the blue. As for the yard, it doesnt look any better. In fact there are a lot more weeds than before. I will be canceling my treatments and asking for a refund.

After core aeration and one treatment my yard is looking great, huge improvement and I can see patchy areas filling in and am very happy with the results so far. The amount of rain we have had in June has certainly helped with the grass growth, but on my own it wouldnt look this good.

I have received top-rate service from AEL Pest Solutions. As a new homeowner that purchased a house with a termite bond from AEL Solutions, I can say that this company stands by its product and its word. When termites were found in the garage, AEL solutions came out, treated the termites and replaced any damage they caused. The president, Richard, came out personally to my house and ensured our family received an excellent standard of care. I couldnt be happier, and so I am happy to recommend this company and its services.

I would love to comment on Alternative Environmental. I had the operations manager come out and give meet a quote, look over my yard, and we agreed on a price . I was supposed to be put on the schedule but nobody ever showed up. I contact manager he said he would take care of it. Over a week later still nobody. I have seen their work , their treated yards look great. Their product looks to be top of the line. Their customer service needs a lot of work. Still waiting?

It took the company 3 weeks to come out and treat my home and after they come out I paid the $65 and they tell me about their come back policy. I have contacted 3 times in the last 4 weeks and still no response from them. I left a message on Richards voice mail and never heard any thing. I have given them many chances to earn my business and now I am making it public knowledge, maybe this will get thier attention. I do not recommend the pest control side of AEL
