Not one to typically write reviews, but happy to do it for this company. John and his team are so professional, affordable, helpful, and quick to respond. It's a joy for myself and my entire team to work with this crew.
The new paver walkway and retaining wall looks fantastic. John and his team did a great job. I would definitely use them again for any future projects.
After I developed a heart problem, AAL became the third landscaper that I tried in about 2 months, based on price. They also left my lawn looking much sharper than the others did. After another a month, I informed them that my health had improved enough so I could mow my own lawn. They seemed genuinely happy that I was feeling better & didn't even bring up the matter of payment. Of course I paid them, but I was impressed by their general kindness. I would hire AAL again in a heartbeat, not only because they do the best job for the least money, but also because they seem like good people.
I have been using All American for about a decade now and I could not be happier. I was having a hard time finding a landscape company who would be loyal to me because I have such a small property. But John and his crew show up faithfully every single week and do an incredible job! Now several of my neighbors and family members use them too! I have never had any issues or problems and the yard always looks spectacular!
All American Landscaping did a fantastic job on our brick patio. They were super easy to work with, did the job on time and with great attention to detail. John communicated with us on a regular basis, he accommodated our requests along the way and his crew was very respectful of our property. It was a pleasure to work with John and his crew on this project.
John & his team at All American Landscaping did a FANTASTIC job replacing our retaining wall! We recommend them highly & would/will use them again. Why we liked them? * Prompt & courteous at all times * Excellent value for the scope of the project. * John not only bid out our project himself, but also returned to lead & work closely with his team to complete the job in a high-quality manner consistent with our needs. (This is such a rarity. With other contractors, we met Sales guys who didn't really understand or couldn't explain how the project would actually be done.) * We were AMAZED at how little they disturbed our existing plants, flowers & bushes near the existing/new wall. Other contractors who bid the project warned us that we would lose nearly half our woodland garden. All American didn't tear up our lawn either, which was no small thing. * In short, we had a 50-year-old timber wall that was failing in multiple places - roughly 130 feet long with some curves & challenges. All American Landscaping replaced the wall with a much higher quality Unilock Pisa XL stone (Sierra color) - and did an excellent job. We should also mention it was literally 90-95 degrees every day -- for a week straight -- in early-mid June (i.e. unseasonably HOT for our scheduled dates). And somehow they worked through it professionally & promptly.
Everything with All American is first class.Johnin his crew prayer promptly efficiently do the work. Also, do one of the best job of cleanups I have ever seen and call to make sure the job was done properly. My experience you do not find this type of service anymore also the prices are more than reasonable.
John and all of his crew have provided excellent service for our property improvements which includes lawn replacement by seeding, installing sod edging, timbers and brick paving stone. When my wife and I are unable do the regular lawn maintenance and trimming All American will be who we call.

Dependable, reliable, trustworthy, reasonably priced and most importantly, consistently great work! That is how I would describe John and his team. All American Landscaping has been doing work for me for 7 straight years now (planting trees and shrubs, creating new garden beds, rebuilding and installing large trellises, stonework, spring/fall clean up with leaf mulch, weekly lawn mowing, etc.) and Im so happy to have found someone who knows what theyre doing, pays attention to my requirements (Im a very serious gardener!) and makes sure everything is done to my satisfaction. Needless to say, I highly recommend this company!

Was given an estimate, price was fair and they didn t show up two times. No phone call or text message to let me know either. Disappointed that I wasted time with AA when I could have someone else come do the work.
This was the first time I decided to use a landscape service, as we are getting older. I called for an estimate, made an appointment, took off of work only to not have anybody show up. There was no communication that they would not be there, they simply did not come and have not communicated since. It was a very disappointing first experience.

I have had John and his crew for the past 3 years. He has always shown up when he said he would and has done many different types of jobs for us. He redid a brick walkway, rebuilt raised beds and plowed our snow. He has always been responsive to small jobs too such as hedge trimming or removing tree roots. They are very neat when the job is completed. They do our spring and fall cleanup regularly.
A total and absolute disappointment ... I booked a project to place a small retaining wall with John. It was 5 weeks in advanced and agreed to a price above cost so that there would be quality and relatability. Thur before the project starting on Monday I got a notification that the wall blocks I agreed on were not in ... he suggested I choose options for another block .. due to the short notice , urgently I went to 2 places to find the blocks ... In the mean time he canceled the project .. no explanation , no discussion ... I waited 5 weeks for the project to start and took time off work to look for blocks due to to the irresponsibility of John ... I highly suggest not wasting your time w this company and John .. a total and absolute disappointment
What an amazing job! They got us all the information we needed for our home owners association and put in our patio right away . They did a wonderful job and the patio looks amazing! Thank you so much !!
Im not sure whats going on with this company. John came to my house, sent me a detailed estimate, and then fell off the face of the earth. He scheduled a time to do the work, but they did not show up and he is not responding to my texts, calls or emails.
Came and did a good job on my retaining wall after then we agreed on a price and date for another job that date came and went with no contact Im not in the business of chasing people down to work maybe something happened but no show no call still and this was in july.
