Prestige Lawn & Landscape in Vienna

The lawn team blows my neighbor's debris onto my lawn, driveway, and car. I have contacted them before about this problem. It stopped for a while but now the old habits are back. The disrespect for my property and the work I put into caring for it is unprofessional. I didn't take photos but will be sure to do it next time. Please educate your teams!

After reading so many positive reviews we were disappointed by the lack of communication and timeliness. We asked for a quote for lawn care and landscaping and received a partial quote 1 month ago with a promise to complete the quote once a manager could evaluate the job. After 1 month and 2 follow up phone call inquiries we have unfortunately not heard back. We had every intention of hiring this group but at this point I worry about the professionalism and timeliness of the company.

I watch the crew, cut the lawn, blow all the grass and leaves into a pile right at a critical turn on a bike trail. When I asked them to remove it, they just blew it around some more. They had no clue on the proper way to remove the debris. Just in a rush, taking shortcuts and avoiding issues, a real safety liability.

Dependable. Mowers vary direction whenever possible to avoid tracks. Edging is very thorough on the many obstacles in our yard.

I have been a customer for over three years and I am very satisfied with the service, recommended Prestige to my neighbor too. Crew is on time, conscientious, management is very responsive, prices are very clear on the website. Great company!
