Professional and wonderful service!

I dont think their lawn care improved my yard after a year. They subcontract lawn treatments to NULeaf which didnt let me know when they were coming or what they did to the yard. I thought I cancelled the service for this year, but it seems it automatically rolls over year to year unless you explicitly cancel it. Im done with them now.

UPDATE: Nothing has changed. I like them even more! I subscribe to leaf removal and mowing and am thrilled with the service from the office (Rebekah) and the workers. I find their prices reasonable and greatly appreciate the flexibility and responsiveness. As a family-run business, they find it easier to manage things by email (with a very quick turnaround) and so do I. No phone tag. A perfect match. Highly recommend.

I sent a form to request an estimate. However, no one has gotten back to me about an estimate. I sent an online form to get an estimate on Monday and now here it is Thursday 3 days later. I call that very poor customer service and I am not inclined to call for an estimate Elizabeth A. Houk

This is a locally owned business that only handles the Vienna area. Rebeccah answered all my questions about the service. An estimator came and looked over the property, talked to me about suggestions. Very promptly I received a detailed proposal for work that needed to be done. A list of services, with detailed descriptions and pricing arrived. I checked off all services I was interested in. Services included spring cleanup, flowerbed weeding, premium dark brown mulch, aeration, and more. Ramõn and his crew were incredible, on time, hard workers, and took pride in their work and detail. They cleaned up after themselves and completed the work in two days. I was blown away by the transformation . Excellent service and will continue to use Michael s Lawn service. I highly recommend this company.

Very poor quality compared to many other similar services. Horrible communications by telephone, website or email. Unable to contact them to discuss issues. If you E mail no response is sent to even acknowledge receipt. Very unprofessional office. Look elsewhere. they are they talk the talk but dont walk the walk And incidentally the email you claim I waited a week to open was the third identical message. Ill read Hemingway 3 times but not you.

We use them regularly for lawn care (regular mowing as well as seasonal cleanup) and they are reliable and do an excellent job. Highly recommend!

Michaels landscaping was servicing my neighbors yard with a pesticide treatment. The truck parked in front of my house and I noticed it was leaking pesticide directly in the sewer drain. I walked over and notified the technician who did not respond to my comments. I then called the company to let them know of the situation with no answer. As a final resort I called the Town of Vienna police hoping they would come out to document the situation since its illegal to have pesticides entering the storm drain. The police did not respond but did notify the town water quality personnel who came out two days later. I ended up hearing back from Michaels landscaping who assured me no pesticides were being leaked into the storm drain and it was only water. This is simply not true, I followed the leak to the storm drain and it smelled of pesticides. The situation leaves me to wonder who at the Town of Vienna is responsible for enforcing environmental law infractions? The police? As a side note I did discover the owners of Michaels landscaping live in the Town of Vienna and have connections with the town council and other staff.

To summarize, FANTASTIC JOB! From initial walk through to project completion, my end-to-end experience was INCREDIBLE! Michaels Lawn Service checks the box for everything, including friendly customer service, timely communication, accurate scheduling, detailed clarifications to my questions, detailed watering instructions etc... Everything went smoothly.

Weve been very pleased with Michaels Lawn Service. They are easy to work with--responsive, reliable and they do great lawn and landscape work. Plus--they offer snow clearing for existing customers. We chose them because they had good reviews and are a local, small company. But another big factor is that they donate their services to Vienna Volunteer Fire Department, as well as supporting the community in other ways.

Late last September we had Michaels Lawn Service re-seed our lawn and trim back a tree that was overly shading a section of the lawn. Camerons team did a great job. A few weeks later I noticed that the seeding did not take well in some areas. I contacted Michaels and Cameron was out to inspect the next day and spread more seed by hand. While a final judgement of the seeding will have to come this spring and summer, at this point in late January the lawn is looking very good. We are quite pleased with the work Michaels Lawn Service provided and the responsive and excellent customer service we received.

We have just started working with Michaels this year, but have been very impressed with the services thus far. The team was very responsive in providing an estimate and answering some follow-on questions, they were quick to get the teams out for both mowing and gardening, and their partnership with Nuleaf seems to be working very well also. Their prices compare well with other companies, theyre local, and offer a full suite of services, to include gutter cleaning, through their partners. A swarm of yellow jackets (4 guys in yellow jackets) from Michaels Lawn service swarmed over my yard and did an excellent job of removing all the fall leaves. I definitely recommend Michaels Lawn Service.

Michaels Lawn Service is awesome! They work with me concerning what I want and what I need. They respond quickly when I contact them through email. They come when they say they will come and tell you if there are exceptions, (ie, weather). Of all the lawn sevices I have worked with, these guys are the best.

Michaels did a great job with my leaf clean up this fall. They came 3 times for a very reasonable price and worked with me to make sure they could have access to my lawn while keeping my pets safe.

We signed a contract for one year. The application price was on the high side. When negotiating for 2017 I noted there was no change in the weeds. The response I received was, maybe I needed a larger lawn fertilization company.
