Best disposal place In town. No sorting in bins just drop on the ground . They handle the rest. Staff has a great sense of humour and always a positive experience. Much cheaper to just tarp your load and drive to Hartland Landfill. At HL they will charge you $20 on top of your weight charge if you bring in a couch or mattress. At DL Bins in Keating the minimum. Charge is $12 just for reference.

This company is a disgrace to humanity, the public would not know it, at this company if you are not white you are not right, this is why we still have the Aboriginal rights association and they should be notified.

Fast and organized. However, expensive for smaller dropoffs due to a 20 dollar minimum. If you go over 20 dollars of weight you are charged 40, no in-between. Over 40 it is by weight and as a result more cost effective.

Very friendly and pleasant staff, and there was no issue with the bin dropoff. The trouble was the pickup. We were initially told we could get it picked up the same day if we called before 3pm, but when we called at 2pm, they said they couldnt do it - the next opportunity would be in three days (it was a long weekend). They did come on that day, but quite late. This would not have been a huge issue except that it rained torrentially all through this time and the tarp we had didnt fit that well so tons of water got into the bin. We wouldnt have gotten it delivered when we did if wed known wed be keeping it so long.

Don t waste you time calling these guys unless you want terrible service and a very rude receptionist! I will try and write another post tonight when I m not so busy explaining the details with these clowns! If I don t post again, at least I may have discouraged a few people before they make the same mistake I did of calling them! DON T DO IT!!! So, many other better bin businesses to call!

I ve have been there a few times the staff are always very polite and professional. Front end staff have a great sense humour !

Easy to use and my full truck was only 40$ it was light stuff but still.

We came by on a Saturday around 10am with a SUV full of tested drywall. We were in and out in 10 minutes and the guys working there took care of everything. Reasonable prices - only $40 for 18 large garbage bags of drywall.

Im an electrician, our company has an account with a place in Langford, dumping material at the end of a day or week can be tricky with traffic, plus you have to sort it all yourself there. At HL the boys in the yard are friendly, fast and they do all the sorting for you! Super happy with my visit, what would have been 30 minutes in the yard at the other place was under 10 here, and I didnt have to drive all the way out of town.

The team at HL are amazing! I often remove debris and refuse from my clients properties when they sell their home, and I always choose HL. Its rare to find any level of customer service in this specific industry, and these folks are top notch. So much so that I look forward to making the trip when the need arises. Keep up the good work!
