Great service and good location to drop yard waste like large rocks and dirt

I buy landscape products here regularly. The selection is good and being able to get product in downtown Victoria is a bonus. Prices seem to be competitive with other out of town suppliers.

Last week I went in for a cubic yard of 3/4 clear crush. The staff were swift and loaded my truck with the wheel dozer. 5 stars, would recommend to friends :)

Top soil has lots pebbles so tried the law soil, more pebbles to screen. If used as is , it wont be plaisant to cut the grass after leveling. Screening is a must

Big Thankyou to the guys at Victoria Landscape Gravel Mart! Their products are phenomenal, I received 4 yards of garden supreme blend March 1st and when I was digging in it last week it was loaded with so many fat worms! This time we ordered 4 yards of magic mulch and the staff went above and beyond with their customer service. The delivery drivers are top notch, friendly and very careful of where they drive and dump so they don t do any damage to existing grass and property! We have been supporting this business for over 10 years and will definitely continue!!

As always fantastic service. Went for wood chips for under grandsons play set. Calculated amount for us. Pulled the amount out of the bin, and generously gave us a bucket of sand for his sandbox. Wouldnt go anywhere else. Will be back soon for gravel and lava rock

This soil dries out incredibly fast, forms a hard surface I can knock on, and nothing grows. All my veggies are stunted at 1 tall, I water regularly and its been two months of decent weather. There is nothing supreme about this garden soil.

I had the exact same experience as this post below. We bought a number of yards of it and this grow season is pretty much a huge loss of time, effort and money. At first we thought it was the weather but it wasnt. It is like they forgot the compost part. I do not recommend. I purchased 1 yard of garden supreme and wow, the worst soil Ive ever come across. Not only was it a waste of money, but my garden and lawn took a hit as the recovery from this garbage soil might take years. Its extremely hard when it dries and hinders the growth of everything you try to plant in it. Oh, I also now have poison Hemlock growing in my garden thanks to this incredibly poor quality....substance they call garden supreme. There are far better lots out there with WAY better product. I will not be returning to this place. You can do better, too.

Highly recommend Victoria Landscape - Gravel Mart Ltd. Yesterday I needed to get some drainage rock delivered and I only needed a couple of yards and figured I may have to wait up to a week for delivery. They were able to deliver it the same day and actually within a couple hours of calling. What that ment for me as a customer, is I could complete a task before the snow that arrived last evening. I have always been impressed with the service and selection of sand, gravel, compost, garden eqpt, etc.

Today one of the gentleman behind the counter was incredibly rude and antagonistic towards me. Ive been coming here for years, but I cant support a business that treats people that way.

I have been coming here for gravel for my yard for many years now and I find these guys great to deal with. They have always been friendly and helpful not to mention efficient. They have many products from slate and concrete to create walkways and add interest to your yards. I like this place.

These 1 star whiners obviously don t know good old fashioned service when they get it. Who else hand writes invoices? NO ONE. You can t get real paper like that anymore. Keep up the great work and those classic Victoria vibes Vic Gravel Mart.

Took care of us when we got the wrong soil.

Great service. Sifted soil still had some rocks and such in it, but was still of good quality. Veggies seem to enjoy it, anyway.

Went for screened mulch twice. Very efficient, particularly if you have a truck or trailer. In and out in minutes. Recommended!

Good selection, decent prices. Allow for split load at an additional $35 fee. Delivery guy was courteous. Unfortunately way too many clay clumps mixed in with my order of large 4-6 cobblestone; making the shoveling heavier and had to use a lot of water to clean the stone up nicely. Hence the 4*s.

I have been going here since I started my company a long time ago. Had countless loads of material and disposed of countless clean loads and now the company is trying to grow and mistakes like a rock or two get mixed up in with debris. today the owner proceeded to throw two rocks at my company truck after I tried to apologize Very unappreciated and very disappointing I want to thank my long time friend mark at the gravel yard for calling apologizing and making it right in the end !!!

Great service and garden products, always cheerful. However, their navvy-jack is too fine for structural concrete, it doesny have large size aggregate, it is mostly 1/4 aggregate. Better navvy-jack [better price, too] can be found at VMD, the aggregate goes from 1/4 to 3/4, great for a strong concrete mix

If you have a pick up or trailer it is a great spot to pick up mulch, landscape rock, topsoil etc.. at a reasonable bulk price.
