My sister and I were picking up some very heavy privacy fencing from a house doing backyard renovation. 3 gentlemen showed up to do lawn maintenance, and helped us get the fencing in the truck. We were so grateful for their help, and will be the first to recommend them.

We hired Roots by Ross to clean up the gardens in our new home and get them ready for the season. Oliver and his crew did a wonderful job. The quote was fair, they showed up on time and left our property in great shape. We can certainly recommend them.

Oliver and his crew are an excellent team. They show up exactly when they say they will, every time. Their attention to detail is appreciated. Our garden is complex and multi-leveled, with many types of plants. We have had them come to maintain our garden a few times now, and they have consistently impressed us with their professionalism and care. It is easy to damage the different types of above-ground irrigation hoses and sprinklers we have, especially as they are mostly hidden by vegetation by the time Oliver and his assistant arrive. We have damaged the irrigation a few times ourselves, but they have not damaged them once. They have a cheerfully straightforward demeanor that makes them a pleasure to work with, and they listen with care to what we would have them do. They really want to know what you are looking for. Their open attitude makes it easy to tell them what we want, alleviating our stress of getting the job done well, leaving us with a garden looking the way we like. The combination of their punctuality, communication skills, open attitude, and gardening skill ensure we will ask them to continue working with us and our garden. The last couple of years we have needed help. Having Oliver and crew come in 2 to 3 times a year relieves our stress of the garden getting out of hand. They motor through the work in 3 to 4 hours accomplishing what would take us days. They care for the garden as if it were their own, always leaving it looking beautiful. Oliver was so quick at getting my yard work done for me, my mom told me to do a bunch of yard work or I’d be kicked out of my house! So instead of doing any work myself I hired roots by Ross and he was awesome, got everything I needed done and was fast and efficient. Thanks!
