If you want someone who has great communication, work ethic, works in a timely manner and decently priced, Fallingwater are your guys. We were blown away by these guys' service from the beginning. Their quote was very detailed and informative. This helped us understand where the price is coming from as well as it allowed us to make changes very easily because we knew all the details. They were here first time in the morning working non stop for almost 3 weeks. They did our irrigation system and landscaping. Very very happy with the results, and it made our new build finally feel like home. We had many small tweaks here and there during the process and they were open and flexible and able to deliver. I cannot recommend enough these guys.
Wes and his crew (Jamie & James) did an absolutely sterling job on our 7 day (working days) project! From the initial request for an estimate Wes was on top of every detail at all times. 2-way communication was carried out every day. We rarely had to ask for more info because Wes anticipated and informed us, in detail and in advance, of any information we needed. Jamie and James were not only very professional in their work ethic they were a pleasure to work with. They worked steadily and hard executing the planned design while keeping us informed of progress and asking for inputs for our preferences on every facet of the project. Both have obvious expertise. Wes ensures all members of his team take the appropriate courses to stay well informed on an on-going basis. So nice to see a team that takes obvious pride in their work. We have done many renovations and landscaping projects over the decades. Wes and Fallingwater were the best company we have ever worked with. We got estimates from 5 companies. We look for best value not lowest bid. Fallingwater's estimate was about 10% more but their presentation of the estimate left all the other companies in the rear view mirror. We highly recommend Fallingwater. If you want hard working experts who say what they will do then do what they say then hire Wes and his crew. It is that simple. But you don't have to rely just on our say so; look at the results below!

Their power rake service completely revitalized out pothole-ridden driveway. In only a few hours the drive looked brand new without having to bring in any additional gravel. Exteremly cost effective. I would highly recommend calling Fallingwater before you fill another pothole.
My experience with Falling Water has been excellent. My condo building has been looked after CAREfully for years by this team. We have an aging landscape and they expertly keep us young and fit from season to season. I’m a small business with a focus on quality time managed service with an equal amount of heart. Falling Water comes from the same school of thought. The team doesn’t change except to get bigger. We are lucky to see the same smiling faces week to week and meet new ones. Dave (Construction & Enhancements Manager) provided us with a comprehensive and easily managed garden design for our rooftop. Dave and his team (Lucas and Jamie) spent two days carefully hauling all the soil and plants to the roof with careful considerations for the common areas. The overall result was above our expectations and would not hesitate to recommend their services.
I was fortunate enough to be nominated as a frontline healthcare worker to have this amazing team come over and do what I haven't had time to do. They were prompt, clear and fast in their services. I am excited to have them back. Thank you so much!!
Love the service we get from Fallingwater Property Services. The crew really knows their stuff and they work hard. They're very organized, always on time, and they communicate well. They're always finding ways to improve our landscape. Especially appreciate that they're full service so I don't have to find different providers for irrigation, etc.
Cant thank the people at Falling water enough. They were doing work at a commercial site that I had also done work at. Some how my wedding band must have slipped off and I didnt notice. Days later phones the property in the off chance they found it. They hadnt, but mentioned the landscapers were there today and they would mention it to them to look out for it. Low and behold they found it. Thank you guys soooooo much!
Fallingwater services our strata so we contacted them out expanding our backyard garden. Dave showed up on time to give us some ideas, and when Dave and his team came back to complete the work they were on time, professional, cleaned up afterwards and left us with a beautiful garden. Highly recommended.
Replaced the wooden edging of our rooftop garden. Incredible care taken to ensure all plants and rock arrangements were returned to their previous state, spotless afterward and worked under crazy weather conditions. Edging looks wonderful. Very personable and professional. Really appreciated their hard work, care and attention to detail.
The team is great!! So educated and easy to communicate with. We have had them coming to our yard for over a year and just keep adding projects for them. Only reason they didn t get a 5 is no Credit card option for payment. Highly recommend them

As a healthcare worker, I was a lucky recipient of garden services by the Fallingwater Landscaping Team. I was so impressed by how much was accomplished and by how beautiful my yard looked when they were done. Grant and Mitchell were kind, professional and did an amazing job! I would highly recommend them and I plan to have them back in the future.
Our ground floor unit overlooks extensive landscaping, water features, and public pathways. I often see Fallingwater crews out there (not hired by me), and they are very quiet, careful, and thorough. The landscaping always looks terrific. Ive never seen debris left on my patio or in the areas they maintain. And I REALLY appreciate how quiet they are!
This company has been providing landscaping services to my strata property for over 8 years under its various umbrella business names. After this long you would think the plants and garden would be greatly improved having the same landscapers on the property week after week over the years. This past week they visited the property to do a spring prune.... I will let the pictures speak for themselves....... Unfortunately my strata has chosen cost vs. Quality of service year after year; the result is now my property value on my garden suite has drastically been reduced thanks to the consistently careless crew and their lack of proper horticulture knowledge.
