Larix Landscape did a great job in transforming our neglected yard into a very pleasant area with new lawn, paving and plants. The work was accomplished in a short time and with the minimum disruption. A special thanks to Craig who listened carefully to our requirements and gave some great advice on the layout. We are very pleased with the results.

We had larix excavate a large portion of our front yard with planting of new garden beds and installation of patio stone. Joel was excellent with communication. He had good ideas but also listened to what I wanted for my space and we came up with a good plan together. The workers were friendly, on time and left things clean. I would recommend this company to others.

Craig from Larix came out to talk about possible drainage issues I thought we were having but it turned out not to be an issue with drainage. He could have told me that and left, but he spent time talking to me and explaining other possible issues and possible solutions and also referred us to another company that might be able to help with our moisture issue in our garage. I really appreciated that Craig spent extra time chatting with me and trying to help me problem solve. I wont hesitate to reach out to Larix again if we need help with a future project.

Weve used Larix for two jobs now around our property and both times have been Great! they replaced our perimeter drains and built a rock retaining wall close to our house to hold back the hillside. The crew( Dustin and Francis) that did the retaining wall was excellent and did a fantastic job, and then had our lawn refinished and added a sprinkler system by Matt and Lee, which was great everyone was very friendly, and left everything cleaned up when they are done the job. Would recommend them to any of my friends and family!

Three projects so far. Large backyard, front gardens and new drains right to the street. A proper job. I wont hesitate to go back for more when required.

We had a new front walkway and front door landing done by Larix Landscape. We are very happy with the results and are enjoying are new sidewalk and landing! We got Larix to install a few french drains, do some rock landscaping around our planter boxes and side of the house. Matt did an awesome job. Hes a hard worker, was great to talk to, made sure the job site was clean at the end of every day and even entertained our dog a bit throwing the ball for her. I also liked that photos of the progress and drawings were posted online on the project tracker. Joel was also great to deal with, very detailed with what would be done, responded to questions/clarifications the same day and came to inspect the job when it was complete making sure it was done properly. These guys care about the work they do and make sure to use the proper tools and high quality materials to it done. Very happy with them and will recommend them to friends and family. Thanks guys.

Larix just completed a large landscape redesign for us which included a complete hardscape overhaul of our backyard after installing a new septic system. The scope of the work included building a retaining wall, loading soil and grading, building a large outdoor patio area for a firepit with gravel paths, large interlocking paver patio prepped for a hot tub and natural gas fire table. We couldnt be happier and hope to enjoy this usable space for years to come. Huge thank you to Dustin and Lee for their expertise to help design and build this new space. I would highly recommend Larix to anyone searching for a reliable landscaper at decent value.

Joel Cuttifford came to give us an idea of what might be required for our installed perimeter drains. He stated getting the drains scoped, but asked no questions or even looked about. Wore his dark glasses the whole time and he seemed uninterested. We did call the office and asked to set up an service appointment. Never heard back. Glad we found another company with an enthusiastic and knowledgeable person.

Joel and the team from Larix Landscaping did a great job landscaping our backyard. They guided us through the design process, helped us choose and order great plants, and installed an irrigation system. When we had to leave town temporarily, Joel sent us photo updates of their progress. The folks at Larix Landscaping are reliable and friendly, and they do careful and thorough work. We recommend them highly.

Extremely happy with the work that Joel and his team did in landscaping my backyard. They started a day early, promptly arrived every day, were responsive to suggestions and requests, were friendly, and the cost was as estimated. Would 100% work with them again. Beautiful place

We were very happy with our experiences with Larix. We hired them to do a patio in our backyard. The job they did was excellent. We had Joel and Craig come over to give us a quote on a patio we were thinking of doing and were initially impressed with the time they took to walk us through the decisions and details related to the potential project. Dustin and his team who installed the patio did a great job and were lovely to be around. The patio looks fantastic and has drastically changed the look of our yard for the better. We also found the team at Larix extremely responsive to any questions or concerns we had. I would recommend them.

Turned a one week job into a three week project by failing to show up when they said they would and not bringing the correct tools. They also failed to procure enough material even after remeasuring twice, and left the front yard and sidewalk a mess throughout the project (they were working in the backyard). While the final price was in line with our expectations, we did not get the result we expected and the entire experience was extremely stressful.

Larix did some work at our place...a bit of hedge trimming, stump grinding and removal of a couple small trees. No issues, job well done. Price seemed fair enough.

My grandparents live on the island and we cant get over their to help them with the yard work as often as we would like. Joel and his team have been doing their landscaping for over 4 years now and taking good care of their needs. I must say his work is very impressive. Highly recommended. Used this company to redesign my backyard- excellent job! I am very happy with the final outcome and how professional and reliable all the guys were when entering in and out of our property. It was hard to decide on which company to use and I was glad I called Joel, his estimate was pretty much right on the mark for my cost, which helped me when I was planning to to do the work.
