Lawnworks Landscaping And Snow Removal in Vestal

Not usually one to give poor ratings, but my parents hired this company to regularly come do their lawn care, as they are both physically unable to do it themselves these days. Just about every time they've been scheduled to come do the work, the crew doesn't show up and no one ever calls my parents to let them know they won't make it. My parents have had to call numerous times (always getting the voicemail except one time), and eventually several days later the company shows up and does a semi-acceptable job with the lawn. I get that this isn't a high paying job out of all the ones they probably have scheduled as my parents have a small yard, but it's extremely poor business practice to show such little concern for even your small jobs, especially when my parents have given the company quite a few chances now. I have to add, I feel bad making this post, as I understand first hand that it's not easy to run a private, local business, but the potential customers do deserve to know about any significant issues faced when hiring a company. Twice now we have employed Lawnworks to do major landscaping. We were very pleased with the first job. This time they removed five large shrubs and replaced them, built a small retainer wall, removed a flower bread and planted grass, trimmed shrubs, and mulched. Also, they resurfaced the driveway. We were impressed by the great attention to detail. They cleaned everything up and left it neat. The crew was friendly and very hard-working. Great job.

Set up service for lawn care via email. Set a date. However they never showed up, called or emailed confirming, or rescheduling. August 22nd: We could be there Thursday or Friday this week if that works for you? Reply either works for me...discussed payment and cost...August 26th declined services from this company and thanked them despite them never showing up. Customer response was wonderful, however customer response does not complete the services requested.

Justin and team did an excellent job mowing and trimming my yard. I don't have a perfectly square/rectangular yard and they maneuvered around it perfectly. I can definitely trust them to do a great job on my lawn.

No showed on multiple occasions. Made arrangements for him to come look at my lawn and talk more about services. He told me he would come on Mother’s Day and never showed. No call, text or email. Got back to me the next day and apologized because he didn’t realize it was Mother’s Day and we rescheduled to the following weekend. Told me he would be at my house at 5pm and never showed with no explanation. If you can’t take on a job, just say it.

Justin and his team at Lawn Works Landscaping did an amazing job on my home landscaping. His team was very professional and on time treating my home as if it was their own. The quality of their work was excellent and pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend you give them a call. Alex Palmieri

The worst experience I've ever had, Justin was very irresponsible, made promises he never kept. Do yourself a favor and never use his services, if you do you'll be waiting for lawn mowing and/or Landscaping quotes that never happen.

I’ve used Justin’s lawn mowing services for over 3 years. He is awesome to work with - responsive, responsible, and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend.
