Travis Pest Services is a family-owned and operated business, proudly serving our neighbors on the Treasure Coast & Northern Palm Beach County. We have a vested interest in providing environmentally-conscious solutions to your pest problems, which is why our services are based on the principal of Integrated Pest Management (IPM). IPM is an effective approach to pest management, home maintenance, biological and mechanical controls, and finally pesticide treatments. We will work with you to find the best solution to meet your needs. With offices in Stuart and Vero Beach, we are able to provide prompt pest control service to our residential and commercial customers.

John arrived in time, assessed the situation and laid down several drops of poison in the two locations we noticed the ants. 🐜 Within an hour they were flocking to the bait and in 24 hours or so were crawling back and forth to the bait from the nest. After another day we noticed they were all gone. They had completely disappeared from our sight and we are very pleased with the results. John promised to return to check on the situation in a week. Photos of before (showing ants at the bait) and after 3 days.
Carlos successfully replaced Scott which was a hard act to follow. Carlos is extremely professional. Always has time to answer any questions and provide advice. We are lucky to have him.
These folks are great--we began noticing a steady stream of tiny ants in our kitchen 2 weeks ago. Called Travis yesterday to see if they could do something for this. Within an hour our tech Liz had called to set up an appointment; she was able to come by this morning to place a few traps to take care of the problem. less than 24 hours after we had called Travis the necessary service was completed! Route 05 Sheila was the absolute best! She was very professional and thorough. She explained everything she was doing and recommended appropriate services. Within a couple of days I noticed my pests were eradicated and I have seen any others since. Absolutely A+ for Sheila and Travis!
Travis Pest Control is our go to company to keep our home bug free! Called recently to have someone come out because we had noticed ants in our kitchen area. Had a great conversation with the very pleasant customer service person who said she would send someone out when possible. Literally had Carlos call within 15 minutes saying he could stop by within minutes….he was there in less 30 minutes from my call and treated the areas of concern explaining what he found in a detailed fashion! Weve used Travis for a number of years and Ive always been pleased with the service but today I question whether or not the service was actually performed. I saw Pedro sitting in his truck and then I noticed that he was brushing the bugs off the window frames, etc in the front of the house, which he always does. Approximately 5 minutes later I noticed the truck was gone. I seriously question whether any spraying was done, especially in the short period of time that he was here.

I called your office yesterday about the presence of ants in one of our bathrooms. I was told Chris, our service representative, would call to arrange an appointment to address the issue. This morning he arrived at the scheduled time. In addition to servicing the area in the bathroom where we had spotted the ants, he spent additional time in the adjacent hall and laundry room to determine where and why the ants suddenly appeared. It seems that our recycling storage bin was the problem. We were impressed that he not only came in to treat the area, but spent the time to track down the source of the problem. He also offered to come back in a few days if we still see ants by the weekend. All in all, he has proven to be very professional and through. Never knew he was here was home all day til 3pm. I had previously requested with a phone call to the main office that I be notified before his next appointment to discuss some areas where we were havingI problems was told I would be notified prior to his arrival. I have had to purchase ant repellent and had wasps in our bathroom. I also took a picture of a couple of bugs I saw dead in our living room I hoped he could identify and a pretty significant ant problem on our lanai. I am very disappointed that I was not notified. NO ONE CALLED TO TELL ME THEY WERE COMING HERE TODAY. SINCE I HAD TRAVIS SERVICE, THE TECH WOULD CALL THE DAY BEFORE TO LET ME KNOW WHEN AND WHAT TIME THEY WERE COMING, I WOULD APPRECIATE THIS STILL BEING DON.

We use Travis Pest Management for lawn care....fertilization, insecticides, herbicide, etc. Our lawn was full of weeds when we signed on, and now we have one of the best looking lawns in our neighborhood. I believe that this is the only time that I have written a google review on a company. I have used Travis services for fertilizing, weed control and lawn pest control since October 2019. The lot is approximately 1/2 acre. I had a serious problem with lawn pests and weeds that required me to re-sod large sections of the lawn multiple times over the years to the tune of thousands of dollars. A representative from another large pest/fertilizing company advised that the entire backyard and most of one side yard was too far gone to recover from weeds and that I needed to re-sod it again. I then hired Travis. They treated the lawn every other month, and brought the lawn back (other than a small area over the drain field). They did an excellent job after the other company told me it couldnt be done. They are very responsive and returned as often as necessary until the problem is solved without extra charges.
Worst company ever. They are charging me and they never came to my house. They lied and said they were here and saw my new screened in porch well I d like to see it because I don t have one. Then they said they met my husband. Funny I live alone and I m not married. They are refusing to give my money back. Contacting the better business bureau next.
