Ive had the pleasure of working with Jody recently. He explained everything in great detail. You can tell hes very experienced and has a ton of knowledge. We have been using Americhem for a couple of years. They are exceptional. The customer service is phenomenal whether speaking to office staff or service agents. Kelly stops by occasionally while conducting the monthly around the house treatment. He asks about problems. One time we returned from up north and. our baseboard was being eaten. Kelly identified a unique problem - we had Caribbean Ants. he searched and found them. Now Ants gone. The service is exceptional and a great value. When we started we had a Palmetto bug infestation - no more. We travel frequently and for weeks at a time. When we now return we find maybe one dried dead roach that tried to breach Americhems protection shield. Bottom line: hire this company. You will receive superior service at a reasonable price. They are a local family-owned company. So great - peace of mind!

I have used Americhem since 2003 and have had very few bugs, ants etc and when I did have an occasional ant it was probably because my children snuck food in their bedroom! Greetings. My experience with Kelly Castillo (JR) has been excellent. He has continually been there for my wife and I thru a very uncomfortable experience. We are getting mouse and rat traffic due to the continuing construction in our development. The back of our property also butts up to a berm and a drainage canal, so there is easy entry from their habitat to our residence. Kelly has responded to numerus calls and texts within minutes and even brought in an associate for confirmation on his suspicion that we were dealing with more than one type of rodent.
