Excellent service, immediate response to a broken valve which was releasing a flood of water into the yard. Replaced the valve and also installed a pipe cover box.

Love how responsive they are in handling the lawn and home maintenance. If anything happens between visits, I call and they are on site within a few days. And it's great having the same technicians each visit.

I spent a year with another large service company with no results. My yard remained full of several type weeds. Always a different service person each month. Within the first treatment with Massey I could see a difference. Massey is full service. Living in FL irrigation is important and that was the first job they managed. They ran the system, moved directions on heads, and replaced as needed. 4 months and I LOVE my lawn. Same technicians each month, they own what they do! Similar costs. But quality in everything they do. I highly recommend to anyone wanting a beautiful lawn and healthy shrubs.

Jason was knowledgeable about Massey products and services and helped us figure out our irrigation issue when he came out to assess our yard. I felt comfortable working with him and no pressure. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly and answered all my questions.

My lawn had bare spots, weeds and it just did not look good for the money I was spending on it. I called Massey Services and talked with Richard Ward about my lawn and my issues with how it looked and what I would like to see happen. Richard and I agreed on an appointment time and date and he showed up early and we walked the yard and I showed him my issues with the yard. Richard agreed that my issues were valid and that he felt very confident that he could put together a plan and execute it and over the next several months I would see a significant change in the appearance of my lawn. He shared with me some of his ideas as well as some very new products they wanted to test on my lawn because the new products related to my lawn issues. He told me what they would be doing over the next couple months and if I ever felt like things were not improving or I had any issues that arose that I should call him personally. I appreciated that because I knew he was the General Manager and was committed to getting my yard back in shape. I started seeing some results early on and Massey continued to build on that early success over the next couple months. In fact I had areas of my yard that had always been bare and grass never grew there and I really didn’t think grass would grow in those small areas and I would have been ok with that if the rest of the yard was taken care of. Richard told me about the process he was going to use on those areas, the first was to get nutrients back into the soil and once that was done then they would work on getting the grass to grow in the areas. I was very pleasantly surprised to see how it has really started to come back and the other parts of the yard now look full and healthy again. Richard stayed committed to his plan and was willing to take the time to analyze the soil and other components of my yard before developing his plan. Most companies just treat your yard like everyone else’s and THAT did not work for me! I really appreciate all of Richard’s efforts and those of his team. He stayed informed and regularly checked on my lawn and with me to make sure we were moving forward and getting the results we had discussed. Massey Services and Richard Ward delivered BIG TIME!
