Called to see if they could help me and got hung up on. So I called back trying to give the benefit of the doubt and when they answered, they just hung up. Very Rude. Edit to add. No I am not a telemarketer or nor do I work for one. I was calling to see if you could help with a work order I had in your area, but clearly you did not want to be able to get some extra work. But instead of just hanging up on the calls, you could have said not interested or whatever else. Show a little respect for potential customers honestly.

I wasn’t able to book these folks but they were happy to pass along contact information for other places in town who could help me out. That shows great integrity in my opinion, as their main concern was not to make another booking but to ensure that someone who needed help could receive it. Thankful for the advice and the great customer service, even if just a phone call. Will try to book again, based on a great first experience.
