All Pro Tree & Landscaping Services in Vernon

I just signed up with All Pro for snow removal this year. It this point I am pretty frustrated! So far they have only had to clear my driveway 3 times and I have had to call 3 times to get service! I had an expectation that the drive would be cleared promptly in the morning. Once it way done around 10 am and the last two days it’s around noon or later. I hope they can improve ! They have said they will. I pay a monthly rate for 5 months and so far I’m sure not getting value ! They did good work for me with landscape work but snow removal has been a disaster so far

If you’re gonna have company vehicles on the road, be sure not to cut people off Vehicles now a day have things called turn signals,

They never showed up for their walkthrough for an estimate nor did they call or email

Over the last winter we contracted All Pro to do the snow clearing for our long gravel driveway. Even after showing the driver where to place the snow he would often push the snow into areas where we had garden plantings or grass. The driver always came in the dark as we were low priority on their schedule and we would wait from 10-18 hours for the driveway to be cleared. Probably because of the dark the driver dislodged numerous stones that lined our garden bed. The real challenge came in springtime when the snow melted and we discovered the driver had set his snow blade too low. We found the gravel of the driveway was now spread out over the adjacent lawn. The company was slow to respond and a man was sent over only today to try to rectify the situation. Within a minute of arriving he yelled at me and insisted that his company had not caused the problem. I would not recommend this company for snow clearance for the issues noted above.

They came and saved my cat from up a tree in our yard when no other services would, very greatful for them, very friendly and professional thanks so much guys 💯💯

Very good team. On time, reasonable price, responsible. They have fantastic cutting/ trimming tools, grinding trucks and machines. Well equipped, energetic teams. Definitely will hire them again for all garden/yard projects.

I was shovelling my snow and noticed Rick up the street clearing snow in a Bobcat. I went and asked if he would mind coming to help clear my snow when he was done. He said sure no problem. Rick was fast! Helpful! He did more than I asked. Or expected. Made my experience excellent. Thank you so much again Rick.

Excellent contact with this company. I needed a landscaper for cleaning a 0.5 acres yard on a property we have just bought in Vernon. Rick was available quickly to see the job and to provide a quote. He was the only one in short notice to come and see the job! Thanks Rick for that! And then when time came for doing the job, everything went very well. There were some big trees to cut down, some tricky, very close to houses. His team was very professional and no issues to report. The price came lower than quoted as they worked fast and efficiently! Rick is very kind and professional! We will work with them again. Highly recommended.
