Im a new customer and very happy so far. From the estimate through the first treatment I couldnt be happier. The techs explain the treatments and give instructions for care. If you are out they provide the same in writing. Highly recommended.

Hired this company, we were on their schedule for our first application, nobody showed up, no call from office, when we called to inquire, the girl had no answers or solutions. Hiring another company immediately. Extremely unprofessional way to conduct business!!

Apparently it s company protocol for their guys to spray their poison where other people are working. While talking to the office manager to discuss the issue of spraying poison at people, her response was, I talked to the technician and he said that didn t happen, and it s just the smallest amount of insecticide so it won t hurt you while giving me an attitude the entire time. The technicians don t use any respirator masks so they obviously don t think there s any harm in what they re spraying. As he was driving away, the technician then felt the need to put his truck in reverse to confront me about calling his office. I ve got everything on camera so I ll be happy to forward it to the authorities for their review. I d suggest staying far away from this circus of a company.

Today I had a panic attack when sitting down at my desk and reaching for my filing cabinet, I looked down and saw this terrifying sight! I can handle most bugs, but spiders...not so much. Let me rephrase, NOT at all! Is that a tarantula? I thought. I screamed. I chased my dogs out of the office, took a quick pic in case it escaped or worse, bit me, and then I grabbed the home ant killer. Squirt Squirt Squirt...repeat...repeat. And then I called Lawn Care Extraordinaire, our long time pest and lawn care company. I tearfully and fearfully explained my situation, and requested service today. Within 1 hour, the spider specialists Matt and Erik were at my door to take over. They worked with my hubby to determine what was going on...it seems as though a wolf spider (not a tarantula) got inside, and its little babies crawling around my office were probably hatched in the house. Gross . After about 30-40 minutes they inspected, and treated, every corner, closet, and the perimeter of my home. And I could get back to work. THANK YOU! I will recommend your company to everyone I can, and I appreciate the care and concern you gave for my situation today!

They were recommended to me after my last company nearly ruined my lawn over chinch bugs. LCE responded immediately, came out and surveyed my damage and started to rectify the issue and are now getting my lawn and plants back to normal. Very friendly and responsive.

Very disappointed! They dont answer or return calls when they say they are going to. They dont show up when they say they will. Then they show up when nobody is home so I cant speak to anyone to show them the problems. My lawn looks worse now than it did when I hired them back in October. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

Weve been with them since 2015 and, upon request for call from manager, waited 6 business days and another call to get him to call us back. Then he came up with excuses before even saying he would come out and potentially tell us why grass was not growing in a couple of areas of our property. I cancelled my appointment since he didnt seem interested in identifying the potential problem. Disappointing.

I have used LCE for 8 years residential and was very pleased. When all my beautiful grass started dying I reached out. Come to find out they havent serviced my yard for many months. Claimed they couldnt get a hold of me. They had no problem emailing an invoice. Beyond dishonest when called out. Tech said my house was under construction, untrue. Next I was putting a garden in, untrue. And finally the funniest excuse there were dog bones in the yard. Craziest thing ever. Zero accountability yet gladly take our money. Office staff is beyond incompetent. Matt, the manager who came to assess the damage was the only honest person I dealt with. Needless to say I would never recommend them again. Horrendous customer service. The VPs endless excuses and responses speak volumes!

I am really happy that I found this company through a friend. Compared to TruGreen, they are Extraordinaire. The price is good and when I had a problem they came to my rescue. They took care of the problem and told me how to avoid it in the future.

Before Lawn Care I had 2 other companies but was showing hardly any results. Heard about Lawn Care from a customer of theirs. Have been using them ever since, for years and years. The results are in my Lawn. One of the most beautiful lawns in our town. You pay a little more but you get what you pay for.

In Grand Palm, all homes are required to have the same type of lawn. It is a HOA thing. Several of us homeowners have been told by this company they will not treat our lawn, as we have the wrong kind of grass and they do not treat this type. That may be fine, except they do treat homes within the community. So they just pick & choose their customers? I would agree to your response - except the address on my street you service is one of the first build houses in the neighborhood. In fact it was built prior to the home I own and it has the same lawn as my home.

After over a year in our residence, I watched my lawn go from nice to bare spots, thinning grass, and brown patches. I realized that it needed much more help than I could provide it. So around mid-July, I gave Lawn Care Extraordinaire a call. Since there is no contract, I prepaid and told them that I would stay with and see what happens. Let me tell you what happened. After only 2 months, the lawn is a healthy green, thick, and with only one noticeable bare spot which honestly may require additional work. My wife and I are both very pleased with Lawn Care s service, great communications, and a great tech (Corey) who took the time on his first visit to tell me exactly what to expect. From my experience, I would highly recommend Lawn Care Extraordinaire.

Weve been long-time customers of LCE. Thanks to the dry weather, our lawn has taken a hit, but in such a way, we thought we were having problems with bugs. It was only have a service manager visited and walked our lawn several times, he shared the culprit was lack of water. He looked at our irrigation controls and offered advice in that area, too. The guy I believe his name is john came to my home, ring the bell and got back in his car and left, unbelievable, this is the service these people do, do yourself a favor and find somebody else, my cameras dont lie, and too add he came at 9:24am and left at 9:26am really????

Technician was professional and on time

Our yard care specialist does the best applications, utilizing care and knowledge. The company communicates well and is very transparent with what they apply and how you are billed.

Contacted them about fire ants. They came right out gave us a plan. They came a few days later and treated the lawn. Everyone I talked to is so helpful and friendly.

It is April 20 when I received this invoice. The work done at my house was on 4/17. This invoice subjects to water when opportune. In the past this type of information was left at my door so I could timely apply treatment. Have you changed this practice? Bill Lillich

We r very pleased with r yard, shrubs, pest control. My only complaint is the billing. I ask that a invoice be left after each service and that is still not happening. Then when I get a email bill it is usually mark out or added to so you r not really sure what u owe.

We were customers for about 3 years. A couple of months ago they spilled some sort of chemical and killed a chunk of our lawn. We called the office and the woman who answered was aware of the mishap and apologized. After a month or 2 we realized the grass wasnt growing back and asked for sod replacement or a discount on the bill. Thats when they denied and lied. They would rather lose a customer than own their mistake. They have no integrity. If I had the capability. I would attach all of the handwritten invoices left on my door after services. My May 30th handwritten invoice does not state big, weak, dead spot at the left side. In fact, none of April, May, June or July handwritten invoices reference any damage or that extra care was provided. There were certainly no free applications. Do you know how happy I would have been if that were true? Provide me the dates of the two free applications between regular visits and I will check security footage to see if your vehicle was in front of my house. Now that I know May 30th invoice was altered after it was left on my doorstep, I have no doubt your company has zero integrity.

Called to set up annual service. The lady I talked to in the office was very friendly and was able to set up service the next day. I was told I would get a call before the technician arrived. My doorbell rang the next day(no call) and before I could answer the door, the truck was driving away. I called the office and was told he would be back. The tech showed up about an hour later and was so rude that I had to tell him to leave my property and I canceled my service agreement. There are to many lawn companies in the area to deal with poor customer service.

This company is fantastic! The apartment I live at switched to them for our Indoor Pest Control last year and I have never seen an unwanted bug since. As a hater of the creepy crawlies, if I could give them more stars I would do so in a heartbeat!

All of the office staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and are always more than happy to help! The techs always show up on time and even better, they sometimes show up EARLY!!! My lawn is always green and I never have to worry about red ants or mosquito when my kiddos are playing outside. What a great company and fantastic employees.

The servicemen are doing a great job, and our lawn looks almost as good as the others on our street, however you need to come up with a chemical to deal with crab grass. I understand you dont want to talk about it, but there must be a way to get rid of it. figure it out! You are in the lawn care business.

When my lawn was showing signs of stress the technician (Trevor) rang my doorbell to discuss and we discovered that one of the irrigation stations was not running. My lawn looks great now.

Our St. Augustine lawn was a big expense and we had used another company to apply the solutions needed to control weeds, insects, and keep it healthy, but the results were not good. We noticed the nicest lawns in our neighborhood were cared for by Lawn Care Extraordinaire so we decided to try them, and we are happy we did.

Service people call before they apply a product so I know what is being done. Our yard is so much better now that Lawn Care Extraordinaire is taking care of it. If I notice something that needs to be done, I just call and someone comes out and fixes the problem. I appreciate the advice that they give about watering schedules. My wife and I contacted Lawn Care Extraordinaire and had them start treating our lawn, which was doing poorly. They have worked on it for about 6 months and the lawn has become lush and green. They also spray my pineapple palm(Canary Island Palm) every six months to keep any destructive bugs that bore through the tree under control. The tree is thriving and growing quite well.

My husband scheduled this, but Im the one kept waiting....no one called me...I had to call Lawn Care Extraordinaire at 12:30 to see where the company was. Left a message with the receiptionist, who never apologized, then once a call back apology was made and I was informed the Rep. was in Rotonda instead of my area. Called them for a quote, they came at 1, for a between 2 and 3 appointment. Questioned my housekeeper if she lived here. Then before getting facts straight accused me of owning a bill they had to write off. LOL, who would call a company for a quote, they screwed. I told the man he could leave. Then, called the office where I was told they looked it up on Zillow and its never wrong. I have only lived in this home since 2010. The problem happened in 2006. I would not recommend them. John who came out Rude. When I got the quote it was 3 times what we pay now, for less services.

I have a very long history with Lawn Care Extraordinaire, and I would say that they are one of the most professional and courteous companies you could hire. And I like that they are truly a family business, with such a long history in Venice. I believe in supporting locals who have earned our business, and this company is one of them.

I have to say I am dumbfounded. I did a search for companies that do bed weed control. I chose this company to come out and give me a quote. I then got a call that they were out and before they can quote me I needed to hand pull my weeds. I will include exactly what their website advertises so everyone can see what they say they will do for you. Now if I could manage my own weeds I wouldnt need a weed service. Also what is the point of weed control if you present them with a weed free environment in the first place. That would obviously mean you have a way to keep your weeds under control. I am very disappointed but they must not need the business if they wont even give a quote until weeds are gone for a service to get rid of and control weeds. Ridiculousness. If youre like most people, the thought of pulling weeds in your shrub beds and driveway cracks makes you crazy.
