Tuff Turf Inc in Vancouver

Received a bill in the mail from this company going towards the HoA of my neighborhood which isn't even mailed to the correct address first of all; and also for a service we did NOT agree on or even got contacted about some "iron supplement" on our grass where I walk my dogs daily, and also when our grass is basically dead to begin with. And secondly, really unprofessional of them to also mail 2 other bills for locations not even NEAR my address in the same envelope.

Wanted to get away from TruGreen so I contacted tuff turf for an estimate. Got a call back thanking me for my interest and that they would put my quote together. A couple weeks passed so I called for an update and I got excuses as to why the delay, I asked them to please get back to me soon. Over a month later and still no followup, no quote, nothing. I also found the person's handling calls to be rude. I guess this business believes they can run on poor customer service and non existent communication. Needless to say, I've gone back to TruGreen, at least they'll call you back.

I have already pre paid for a year. They haven't shown up in weeks. I can't get a hold of anyone. At this point I want my money back so I can go with someone else

They were not interested in doing weed application unless I had 1 acre minimum. Most homes have less than 1/4 acre.

Tuff Turf is amazing! I am a relatively new client of theirs, but I shopped a lot before choosing them. They are not only a better value than their competition, they also provide a much higher level of service, and they don't call you non-stop with robocalls like the national company. I am very particular about my lawn, and am willing to put in the work to have the best lawn in the neighborhood. Tuff Turf helps me try and achieve that! I highly recommend!

Very unprofessional. I run a landscape maintenance company and I requested several estimates on multiple pesticide applications for 4 large property's. Was told I would receive a estimate within a few days. It's now been 4 weeks and no estimates. I have emailed the Lady several times and keep getting "oh just wait another day we will have it". Needles to say we have already had all the work done by another company while tuff turf has not even responded back with a estimate.

I received a bill for an unauthorized treatment. Tuff turf completed a service on 12/08/2015. No service was received after that until 11/29/2016- which they did NOT receive consent for, and then a bill was sent to my home address with a past due balance and a comment about Turning me into collections. Bad business practices.
