We had some Fall leaves cleaned up, some large hedges trimmed, and some gravel spread around. Nice work, would definitely call them again.

One of their people just sped through my neighborhood. They ignored the stop sign and hit a speed bump with their trailer.

I finally got a chance to work with Eduardo and his crew of Julio and Izac, as well as Wendy. Wendy was so very instrumental in the planning for my project with great suggestions for design and resources. She worked with me to accommodate my budget and was always available when I needed questions answers and also reassurance as I navigated my project. By the time the crew arrived I felt confident the project would get done to my specifications. The crew itself worked so hard troubleshooting when problems arose. Nothing came up that they couldnt handle. They dealt with me tirelessly needing them to move things around. By the time they finished the project my yard was completely transformed and truly the envy of the neighborhood. Eduardo was incredibly easy to work with and finished the project to my exact specification. Thank you so much for all the hard work. I look forward to working with the construction team again. I first contacted Boulder Falls for their Christmas Light service 2 years ago. I did not need landscape or maintenance help at the time. I had already established a relationship with the best company a couple of years prior when we first moved to the area. After overpaying them and being deeply disappointed with the more expensive company I decided to give Boulder Falls a shot. Mike came by at my convenience and walked the property with me. He was very friendly, very thorough and a real pleasure to meet. His bid came in at a very reasonable price. I had other offers that had come in lower but I really believed that Mike and Boulder Falls was the right choice for my needs. I met my crew, Rolando and Nicolas the following week. To say their attention to detail was far superior to the more expensive help we had been receiving is an understatement. Every time these two show up, they work with purpose. They take their time making sure each of my plants are well cared for. Rolando is so careful to fix anything that is out of place and Nicolas is so very willing to help me understand how to fix problem areas and then fixes them with a smile on his face. As the foreman, Mike always responds immediately to my texts, his communication is exemplary. I cannot believe I did not hire them sooner. 5 stars for their maintenance service. I look forward to hiring them when I need construction work.

A few weeks ago after the bad winds we had, my yard was full of broken branches and debris. When the crew came out on their scheduled day, I knew they will make my big yard beautiful again. They did! We had a great time working with the team at Boulder Falls - the process was quick and the team left the yard clean and professional. The planning and quoting could have been more accurate, maybe a longer initial walkthrough or quote back and forth process. A final walkthrough would have been nice also. But all in all very happy with the result and the workers were great.

We cant thank Boulder Falls Landscape crew enough for the great work they did in our front yard. The stacked stone retaining wall was built with great detail and design and looks terrific. They also put in a stone walkway and made our ugly French drain look like a creative river bed. The crew showed up when expected and worked so hard. Boulder built a long retaining wall along my driveway. It looks perfect and they finished a day early. You won t find harder workers than Eduardo, Issac and Bellio. Made me feel like a sloth.

Following some extensive hardscape done by Boulder Falls in Spring of 2023, I worked with Wendy and Eduardo again this fall to complete the final phase of my vision. They were absolutely stellar at listening to what I wanted to achieve and directed their crew on site to execute everything exactly as I had it pictured in my mind. He came out and let me describe my vision (neither myself nor my husband have green thumbs) and gave us great recommendations. He was even accommodating when I let him know that we weren t ready to commit to one specific piece of the project, so we just went forward with turf installation and river rock. His crew was punctual, respectful, and kind. You couldn t even tell they were there when it was all said and done (except for our new yard!). After a snafu about the start date, once the guys got there and started working they were finished quickly. Super professional and nice work crew. I feel like they went the extra mile making it look amazing. I m so surprised how realistic the pet turf looks. It even feels close to real grass. I am so thrilled with the results, and the dogs seem to like it too!

The architect who remodeled our home prior to us purchasing it recommended Boulder Falls when we were looking for a concrete contractor/designer. We had a side yard that was all grass, most of the year wet and unusable. We worked with Boulder Falls to design the layout and size of pavers. Scotts team of workers were simply the best, hard working, polite, took pride in their work, and cleaned up the site at the end of each day. Scott and his crew are just amazing! We had a rough idea of what we thought we wanted, and Scott changed a few things here, tweaked a few more there, and we ended up with an amazing design. From the patio stone-work to the lighting for the trees, the sidewalk design and the outdoor kitchen -- everything is simply beautiful and we practically live in our back yard now. The installation and workmanship are impeccable and we could not be happier. Cant wait to have them back to work on the rest of our landscaping!

Eduardo & crew removed ugly shrubs, grass and rock from our front yard and replaced with the most beautiful brick walkway leading to our backyard. Their work is excellent, they made sure it was right and cleaned up each day. I would use them again without question.

Scott and his team did an outstanding job for us on a large patio, fire pit, glass wall, covered porch and pond/waterfall feature. Build materials and workmanship were excellent. Scott s crew worked hard, were talented and cleaned up at the end of every day. Scott personally visited the site almost every day (about 5 weeks of work in total) and supervised the work well. Cost was a bit higher than other bids, but the quality and workmanship ended up being worth it. I would recommend Boulder Falls.

Scott is an artist, plain and simple. Every segment of the project was personally inspected and tweaked to perfection, while maintaining a natural flowing appearance. Prior to working with Boulder Falls we tried multiple local companies and were unhappy with the finished project. Scott has done two houses for us now. I would like to share, that in my whole life, I never had much of a yard or landscaping, so you could imagine my fear in hiring a landscaping company to make decisions for me, and install the landscape at my new home. From the time I hired Boulder Falls to the final walkthrough was one of the best decisions and experiences my family has had in our new home. Each day we came home to a new surprise as they went through the process. This hard working crew amazed me every day. I witnessed them one morning at 8am having a foot race up my driveway, in the rain to start their work day. They witnessed me lifting a piece of plywood one day and greeted me with let me do that for you, I dont want your shirt to get dirty I made many changes throughout the process, and the crew just kept surprising me with great work. One day, a worker saw me struggling to reach over the fence to unlock it, and the next thing I knew they were drilling a hole and installing a string before I even asked them. Long after the job was complete, it got very windy in our town, and I was very surprised to come home and find that the crew at Boulder Falls had tied down every tree, and actually found a shrub that had blown away and re-planted it, without being asked to do so. I would recommend Boulder Falls to ANYONE who needed quality work done, at a fair price... THANK YOU TO THE WHOLE CREW, FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART!

Boulder falls landscape was absolutely impeccable to deal with! From our first contact with Scott we had a great experience. I asked Scott to draw up what his vision for our yard for low to no maintenance would be and give us a quote. About 15 minutes later we had a great deal in hand. We decided to go ahead with the job. They had to remove 2 trees, re-level the yard, and order turf in that looked like grass as well as install it to look natural. They had it done in 1 week. I fully expected it to take much longer than that. Scotts team was incredible!!! They came and left politely, they always left the job site super clean and neat so we didnt disturb our neighbors or our HOA and were absolutely hard workers! They put in a beautiful retaining wall and made our yard more beautiful than I could have ever imagined! Scott was checking on it every step of the way and making sure I had everything I needed and wanted. He went all the way down to the details in the blades of grass attached to the turf. I was impressed as to his attention to detail. I am so incredibly happy with the job done I would recommend him and his crew every day of the week! Thank you so much Scott!!!

We had a very good experience with Boulder Falls Landscaping and have built a good relationship with the owner, Scott. The backyard he designed and built is very eye catching but also very functional. He was able to give us everything we were looking for in a yard and created a better looking design than we could have imagined. When we have friends and family visit, they are drawn to the 3ft tall serpentine retaining wall that Scott and his crew installed. At 75ft long, flanked by a 3ft wide dry creek bed to help with drainage in a critical spot in the yard, he addressed an issue (standing water) with a visually impressive wall, steps leading up to the garden beds at the top, the dry creek bed and irrigation system. We are already talking about the next few phases- a firepit made of the same stone as the wall, with a built-in bench for seating, landscaping lights, and an outdoor gas fireplace. Scott will be involved in these next steps and wed gladly recommend him to anyone looking for a landscaper that takes pride in his work.

It has been a little over two years since we had Scott completely redo our yard. The grass and garden area were done very nicely, however, we asked him for edible plants and privacy and we hardly got either. There is no landscape designer working for this company. Im sure theyre capable of doing the work but the design was SEVERELY lacking. At this point we have no more privacy than we did when we hired Boulder Falls. They did not listen to our needs and they did not meet our expectations. We are disappointed to the point of having to redo the landscaping ourselves. Fortunately we learned from our mistake and hired a botanist to design it this time. Do not use these guys without one!

Scott and his crew just completed our front and back yard makeover. We replaced the front grass, added a couple paths, a dry creek bed, water feature, irrigation re-do, and many new plants. Total project was about $12.5K. Scott has a great eye for creativity. We pretty much let him run with his ideas. Were very happy with the results. We would highly recommend Boulder Falls.

Scott and his crew are hard workers and they know what theyre doing. They put in a beautiful patio and the price was reasonable. Everyone who sees this patio, and I mean everyone, loves it. We get compliments all the time. It has completely transformed our back yard. We used Columbia Slate for the pavers--a beautiful Northwest design. There were some minor issues with a few of the stones after the guys were done installing it. I called Scott up and he came right back within a few days and fixed all the little problems, no questions asked. This is the second patio Scott and his crew have done for us in the past ten years. Boulder Falls comes highly recommended.

I used these guys roughly a year ago and in my opinion they were just ok. Here is my experience and you can gauge how youd feel about them. The owner arrived at the scheduled time and we walked through the job I needed done. He had some good ideas for landscaping and I stressed the importance of good follow through as I had been burned by a multiple contractors with various jobs before. He assured me theyd do an excellent job at which point we agreed on a prize and I paid a healthy sized deposit. The work was scheduled for the following Wednesday, but no one came and I let it go a few days. That following Monday I called the gentleman and left a message asking if I had heard wrong. Over 3 weeks go by of me calling the office, leaving voicemails, and sending emails but no one returned my call. Finally, a month later, I get a call explaining that his assistant wasnt doing their job and that his phone wasnt working properly. I explain that I no longer want to do the full job and he can use my deposit to just do the clean up. He seems surprised by this but still he sent a crew the next day. They worked hard, were nice and did a good job. Despite the job being finished and them doing well, I wouldnt use the company again because of the serious lack of follow through.

Boulder Falls Landscape just finished a huge, tiered block wall in our back yard. This wall not only serves as support for our back yard, but has also made for garden and landscape space. They removed the old and rotting railroad ties that served as the original support system. They put in two sets of stairs and an irrigation system for us too. I cannot say enough good things about their work. The crew worked in awful weather conditions as the majority of this job was done in January and early February. The crew was on-time and respectful at all times. Always cleaning up behind themselves and answering any questions I had. Communication was great! I would highly recommend Boulder Falls Landscape for all your landscape needs!!

We recently had Boulder Falls redesign and landscape our backyard. The work was completed in a timely manner and looks great. The crew was respectful, punctual and thorough. I recommend them for any landscaping projects you may be considering.

Scott and his crew worked on a rather intense waterfall project for my property. They managed to squeeze us in last minute right before Christmas time and although stretched with time and material they managed to complete the job, remain professional, and deliver a great finished product. I chose to write this review now, because 5 months later I received a follow up call from Scott. How great is that? I almost never receive such great continued service from a vendor. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Had nothing but problems having them do the work we requested (non-English speaking workers and no translator available - boss/foreman not on site) and warranty work was non-existent until I filed multiple complaints via the Better Business Bureau. Areas that were not prepared properly are again caving in and now, 1 year later the sprinkler system is leaking at multiple sites with other problems as well - I will definitely use another service to repair the pathetic work Boulder Falls has done. Can only say I wish we had gone with a different landscape company - overpriced and undervalued!!

I must say that I love the work that Boulder Falls has done. Just seeing the pictures on their website made me excited to get a job done but when you see the results of a finished landscape in person, it makes it worth every cent. The owner, Scott, is always respectful, prompt, and honest. It was a pleasure to work with him and his crew.
