The fact of the matter is the company did brought new sod (typical that s what you pay for) and once laid down it looked great. Whatever I do write here, watch there will be an excuse or some sort of explanation how the customer is wrong and the company is always right. The operator is a sales man, please make sure you do not get any recommendations from him but go to someone who actually deals with the actual grass, soils, weather, timing, watering etc. We were over promised and way under delivered. The guarantee is not existent other than maybe slab a new tiny area sod (because the one you actually paid was bad, had 0 solid and dried grass that was put on at the beginning) that now you have to manually take care because it s a waste of water. My point I am making is this company is a sales company nothing more. Obviously at the end they will overcharge whatever you originally agreed to (about 10% in my case) due to error in his measurements (but I have to pay for the error ofcourse) and the promise of yes your lawn will look beautiful, lush, green, healthy, etc etc is simply that. Sales. As you can see from the picture, we spend $1500 on a monthly water bills (hundreds of thousands of water used) as recommended, not using any chemicals from lawn care company (as recommended for the first 30 days) and now the grass is simply shit . Weeds are all over it (speaking with my lawn care people they suggested that some of those weeds aren t from here a therefore most likely comes from the farm) and spending thousands and thousands of dollars on new sod just approx 30-40 days later to look like this it s a shame. The operator is extremely rude over the phone, only blaming, always finding excuses as to why is this happening and taking 0 responsibility of the overall job. To be fair the workers, not the actual owner, did fair job regarding timing of delivery. By now I am sure you get an idea how I feel about this whole situation so again. Just make sure you consult with other people before hiring this company who suppose to be the professional. I thought they were the professionals who would recommend whatever it s necessary to be done to make sure the newly expensive sod doesn t go to waste as mine. This part is after the companys reply (I told you above the company will reply with bunch of excuses of course). Super unprofessional, talking about financing and assuming a customer dont have money LOL! (Btw, they removed that part of their reply)!! What a joke. And now customer fault not following instructions when my water bill for 2 weeks only was $1500. I have receipts and you calculate how many gallons of water that is! We were running the sprinkler system for over 10 HOURS PER DAY! On top of the rain. And now as per the reply we got worms 2 weeks after installation (of course) they fell from the sky! So, he is full of it! Wish him luck and hope I helped someone out here!

Julian was very prompt in responding to my call for a quote. He and his crew were ready to start work 3 days later. Unfortunately I had to wait on HOA approval. After I called Julian to let him know Imwork was approved, they were out the same week and completed a lot of work in only a few days. They replaced pavers on the sides of my driveway, redid my planter areas and installed new sod in the back yard Julian is very good at communicating. The crew was very respectful about cleaning up. Last year after the hurricane I called Tezna landscaping to replace the landscaping in front of our house. They were prompt, efficient, the crew was very friendly and accommodating, and we were very happy with their performance. They also replaced sprinkler heads and reviewed the entire system, adjusting heads where necessary. Overall, we were very happy. Did I mention their pricing was very reasonable? Just this past week I called again to remove a palm tree, removed dead branches hanging on our roof from the neighbors tree (20+ feet up in their tree), cleaned all the gutters and refreshed the front beds, removing weeds and mulching. They came the same day and completed everything to my complete satisfaction. We highly recommend Tezna landscaping.

Julian reached out by phone and sent Carlos out same day. We scheduled his crew for a few days out by our schedule and they arrived and did a great job. Even with the roots from our oaks , the rock filled beds and the fabric underlayment, they worked very hard and completed the work out front and around our palms and pool in one long day for them. Tezna Landscaping, in my opinion, is the best in the business. I went through many landscaping sessions with other businesses and not one of them came even close to what we experienced with Tezna Landscaping. It appears that we are literally at a different home than we were before Tezna provided the landscaping service. If I could post before and after photos here, I would do that - but as of this moment, I am not seeing an option to post photos. Just tell Julian at Tezna what you want and what you need in order to be happy with the completed project. He literally takes everything you say into consideration and brings very impressive results. Tezna Landscaping can very easily service the homes of the rich and famous and they all would be very well pleased. That s the quality of service and landscaping that Tezna provides. (No, I am not being paid to post or to say anything here. This is just our true experience.) My advice is: If you are ready for an amazing TRANSFORMATION, allow Julian at Tezna Landscaping an opportunity to earn your business. There is literally NOTHING that was left undone. I hired Tezna to replace a palm tree that had died on me and I also asked for sprinkler repair. When I met with the owner, I emphasized that I needed a palm looks good. I have scouted some farms beforehand and saw some nice ones but several rough looking palms. I was hoping he had some better connections. Man.....did this guy deliver. I now have the best looking palm tree on the block. But it doesnt stop there, there so much more to the service I received. He delivered when he said he was going to.... great start. I had a small job yet he brought a big team, and everyone was working together, which made them highly efficient. They were in and out. They showed so much respect to my property. After a very detailed consultation, provided sizing, colors and dimensions, a set plan was made for our front lawn. Appointment booked almost 2 months out. The Friday prior to our lawn remodel (the following Monday) i was called to confirm materials. Not only was I up-charged from my original quote but the materials were all different from what I originally requested. What i was very specific about. I even called them to confirm two weeks out since i had not heard anything. Had things been confirmed and communicated with time this could have been avoided and my time wouldn t have gone to absolute waste. Such unprofessionalism.

In these times of record high inflation, it was a refreshing to find a company that does quality work at very reasonable prices. Tezna showed up on time, and with their crew of six, made short order of job. By lunch time, they had removed and hauled away three large queen palms, installed two foxtail palms, and trimmed a large oak tree. They also did an excellent job of cleaning up after themselves. Julian is a true professional. We had 4 large oak trees trimmed back significantly around our home. His team did a beautiful job, but unfortunately a large branch fell onto our mailbox and it was damaged pretty badly. We live in a strict HOA community where the mailboxes are very unique and custom. Julian immediately contacted our HOA to let them know what happened so we wouldn t be penalized and he got all the information on how to have our mailbox replaced. He took care of everything for us and we did not have to worry at all about the mailbox. Mistakes happen, it s life: but it was so wonderful to have a vendor who takes responsibility and just handles it. Again, a true professional. I highly recommend.

The sod was cut at the sod farm and installed the same day. We just had a pool installed and was responsible for fixing our neighbors backyard after the trucks were using it to access our backyard. I contacted 3 sod companies to get bids and Tezna was the middle quote so we chose them. What a huge mistake. They came out to do the job on the day we scheduled, but did not lay it properly so the sod was just laying about 3 inches above the rest of the yard. My neighbor has flooding problems and he was concerned that a big rain could flood it even worse. I called Julian and he said he would come back out and see what he could do. It wasnt much better after that and my neighbor was still not happy. After that, Julian went dark. Both my husband and I have tried several times to reach out to him with absolutely no response at all. Very unprofessional. We paid him $1250 to do this job and now we just had to pay another company (SodX, whom I highly recommend) to come out and do it the correct way. So...lesson learned...we should have gone with the highest bid (which was SodX, by the way) and had it done properly the first time. It would have saved a lot of headaches and uncomfortable moments with our neighbor.

Tenza came out and trimmed a bunch of trees on the side of my yard. They also did a great job clearing a lot of leaves in the back yard. Would use again and recommend.

I had Julian and his crew install landscaping after my pool was completed. The project consisted of 2 pallets of St. Augustine, about 30 plants, some border edging and plenty of river rock (medium). Julian and his crew arrived promptly as discussed. Everything was done as quoted and completed in about 9 hours. The crew did a great job with the install! My wife and I was very satisfied with the project. Julians pricing was fair and the sod (and plants) were of great quality. Tezna Landscaping relandscaped the front & back of my house. They also resodded my front yard & used the extra peices to patch some of the side & back. They did a wonderful job & I definitely recommend them!

We love our new landscaping they did, they also cut back our bushes that desperately needed help and cleaned out other area around our house that had bushes grown up... GREAT JOB.
