There are other places that may be less expensive...but as they say you get what you pay for. And to have someone like Reece who truly is passionate about his work is priceless.

Pest Bear has been great for our lawn and pest control only complaint I have is here recently they went up on their prices and didn t notify the customer. That is not good business practice. I would appreciate a heads up in advance of prices going up especially since I have automatic withdrawls.

I trust this company and Dan their tech.They took care of all of my bug phobias. I dont have to worry about the spiders, sugar ants, sand scorpions, water bugs, palmetto bugs, roaches or centipedes. Good customer service. I recommend them all the way.

I have used PestBear for seven years and have always been happy with their services. Their rates are reasonable, they let me know ahead of time when they will service my home and yard, and they always knock to let me know when they arrive in case my dogs are outside. I highly recommend them.

Terrible experience, mis-managed, disorganized. I had Pest Bear for my lawn service for about 8 months. The lawn got worse and worse every week. Their technicians did nothing it seems, and I canceled. Canceling was a pain. I had to call 4 different people trying to convince me to stay before they actually canceled. Then after cancelation, 2 or 3 more numbers called of different managers trying to get me back with free service. I ve had to block multiple numbers. Today, a month after I canceled service, they came to my HOUSE trying to get me to sign up again. Completely unacceptable. I don t know if there isn t coordination between the different divisions, but if not they need to fix that. This is ridiculous. One of the worst customer service experiences I ve ever had, and definitely the worst lawn care I ve ever had. Do not buy.

Admin and techs are responsive to calls and questions. Techs take the time to assess what your home needs. They are very informative and provide educational information about pest control and lawn care without trying to sell their services. They are friendly and professional.

One guy showed up two times in the past year the first time and more important time was inside the house where the pest service is really needed. The second time he tells me he was there and sprayed outside. So he said. No one tried to make appointments in the following months for follow up, to actually fulfill their end of the bargain and service contract, yet, they re very anxious to collect money that they re not entitled to, because they haven t done the work, nor made the effort to come to the house and do the work. I refuse to pay under the circumstances. What do I get today? I noticed that my account is in collections . They have no idea what s coming As for the work, they actually did do the only times they showed up the first two times did not keep the bugs away, so there s that. Anyway, have a great day!

Had pest bear for half a year and had nothing but problems.

Amazing company with delightful staff

1. I have a no soliciting sign, and they ended up soliciting my house which is in a deed restricted community. This is why Im writing today. 2. The sales person put I have drought stress... This is wrong. I water every day because I have new sod. It has winter stress/damage. 3. My neighbors that Ive had Pest Bear in the past have had horrible service. Different techs every time.

Do not use them for your lawn service. They use cheap products and lack attention to detail. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Still waiting for a reply from my sales representative

Was with them for 4 months. My grass grew black bushes, my grass is light green, my bushes have huge fungus , and I found a roach in my new built house for the first time. First they say 3 months to see results, then when you call to cancel they say 6 months. They did not give confirmation of cancellation so they note in their system that a manager saved the job and keep you on recurring payments. My grass got worse with them and all their manager can say is it s living and things can go wrong. Very rude and unprofessional managers. Will be talking to anyone in my neighborhood that has their signs on their yards.

Lawn is still filled with weeds. Front lawn and backyard! I would not recommend at all. I asked for the techs to meet with me before services are completed on the lawn and they never contacted me.

Can t speak to their service but I m rating badly because of their predatory sales tactics. My wife and I bought a house and the door to door salesman, Davey Crosson, would not let my wife go until she signed up for the service. She requested multiple times that she wanted to talk with me first before signing up for anything but the salesperson kept pestering her that she would lose out on deals . Ridiculous.

Ive been with PestBear for several years now and Ive been nothing but pleased with the service and results.

5 months, so far so good. I can see changes. New sod is doing great! Looks great, no weeds. I think that bahia grass should be burned. The resistant bahia is requiring more attention, but there is a reduction in the weeds, way more to go though. There is improvement though. I have a great tech; always texts me when he arrives, tells me what he did and reminds me about the watering.

Terrible results. I have repeatedly ask they spray the weeds and have had them send out follow up service to respray and they still are there.

DO NOT USE PESTBEAR! I started my service with them and after a couple of months there was a little bit of improvement in my lawn. However, it got much worse after a while. I explained this to them and they suggested I do one more month of treatment and it will get better. I agreed and allowed them to do one more month of treatment. There was no improvement. I did not want to keep paying them for a service that was making my lawn worse, so I called them to cancel the service. They still showed up the next month, treated the lawn, and sent me a bill. So then, I emailed them to cancel the service. They stopped sending people over, but they still billed us for that month. I called their office and told them that I am not paying that last month of service, because there was no service done and I wanted to cancel. They continued sending monthly bills. I continued to ignore them, until they started charging me for late fees as well. I called the office AGAIN asking them to cancel. They said the manager was not available and that someone would get back to me. No one ever called me back. They are now trying to collect the money that they think I owe and continuing to send bills. All the other negative reviews that are on here are correct. They will make your lawn worse and not let you cancel the service. They will keep billing you for ruining your lawn. Do not use this company. You would be better off going to anyone else.
