I see others talking about great communication etc and being from combat arms we lived by great communication. Sadly that s the last thing I ve gotten. I was promised work that never happened and then told I would have a quote Monday which I couldn t even get the Decency of a text message back even though you ve read, turn your read receipts off, all four that I sent over a two day period. Simply tell the customer flat out no if you don t want to do their yard instead of stringing them along and missing deadlines because of your issues.
He pays attention to details. Does a great job on overall jobs in general. Definitely coming back.
