Jared Craft and Jack Cahill just mowed my lawn. Amazing! Just turned on the golf channel and couldn’t tell the difference between my back yard and hole 18 at Augusta national.
This company is horrible! Last year had problems with cut grass blown on my newly installed white marble rock. This year different guy, even worse. Grass not cut short enough uneven cutting bad job at trimming. Now my neighbor is pissed at me cause they went way over on his property and made a huge mess. So I cancelled them. They still came out! Hack specialists. The secretary Natalie was very nice though. Call someone else.
Had the lawn mowing service. They didn’t always do the best job with trimming, but we just dealt with it. Last week Thursday someone came out to cut and didn’t trim at all and left “Mohawks” all over the yard. As if that wasn’t bad enough, he blew all the cut grass into the landscaping that had just been done the previous Sunday. We had to remove that mulch and replace it. The worst part of all this is we have called several times to try to resolve the issues. We have left messages and spoken with the office admin who has told me she’d given the owner my info to call. I had sent photos of everything so they knew I was not just being picky. I’ve given them plenty of opportunity to make things right and clearly they don’t want to. We told them to not charge us for that service because it was not completed but we were charged anyway.

Signed up for snow removal and while we havent had much, each time removal is needed it is down early and well. Same with their lawn care, done well and timely. Lawn never looked better than last year.

I have been personally involved with Natute Cuts for more than three years both on the winter and the summer. The work they do is very commendable and as I am a senior citizen is is very appreciated. It was Monday morning. We were told by Faith the manager, that our lawn would be cut this week. It was Friday and we called and texted and nothing!!! So after listening to the voice mail we heard the emergency # and called. It was the owners # and he said he did not have our information but he would work a miracle and he did. We found out he was in Michigan City about to launch his boat! But instead, he drove all the way to the west side of Valpo and personally mowed our lawn. He will now have our lawn care and mosquito spray business . Thank you for you over the top customer service!!
Started cutting my over grown yard last summer, then this season they said they couldnt cut my over grown lawn(even though they already have before) and have been over charging me.
