If you need landscaping done, would highly recommend this business. The staff and employees are courteous and have pride in what they do. If you like to buy local, this is a family owned business and they take care of you as if you are family.

They refused to quote me for landscaping work unless I paid them to design it. RLM and Redbid have already been out and quoted me for free. 3D renderings included. Go with a company who is customer centric. Not one who is trying to nickel and dime you at every opportunity.

Vegas Landscaping (Eleazar and his crew specifically) has done Spring cleanup (weeding, putting in new mulch, trimming bushes) on our garden beds for several years now. Our landscaping isnt small, but theyre done in a day, and it always looks incredible. We couldnt ask for a better group to take care of our plants--they always ask specifically how we want certain plants handled. If youre looking for someone to do landscape maintenance, you couldnt do better than Vegas.

We have used Vegas several times in the past years and they always do a beautiful job. They are hard- working, courteous and do great work.

Eleazar, Jose, Manuel, and Luis did an excellent job with our spring clean-up. The yard always looks so good once they are done.

Actually have 2 Vegas crews working at our residence today. One crew working on our drainage project is now finished. Eleazor, Jose, Luis and Manuel did a great job while completing the job quickly. This is part of a project we started last year facilitating better drainage in our yard. thanks guys! Seccond crew just finished up their job of replacing borders on both sides of the driveway as well as borders for flowerbeds all around the house. The job looks fantastic as we expected it would. Tried calling a few times. Only get an automated system and it doesnt even make much sense. I tried a bunch of extensions and just got mailboxes.

I just love this company. My project started out on a reasonable scale. Due to unforeseen issues with my contractor my project turned into a massive undertaking. This is the hardest working crew I ve ever seen. From the landscape designer always getting back to me right away and meeting up on site to the crew working until almost 7 pm at night to get my job finished on time I m just blown away. I had a mudslide issue in my backyard (not to any fault of theirs) and they actually answered the phone for me and were in my backyard at 2 am to help me in anyway that they could. On top of the amazing service I am left with the most beautiful landscaping I could have ever imagined. I feel like I m at a resort when I step into my backyard. HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING VEGA S. Absolutely fantastic and talented group of people.

I started shoveling my driveway and I minding my own business when this older mexican guy(dont know his name) drove passed, stopped and helped me remove the snow from my driveway. I did not ask him for help and he didnt ask if I needed help. He just did it outta the kindness of his heart. He seems like a great employee. Thank you very much for the help.

We had Vegas install additional berms and refresh our current landscaping. It was a larger project which they finished in one day with a number of crewmen. From the beginning it was a pleasure working with Samantha on the design and contract process. She gave us her honest professional opinions. She was also on site and help make on the fly adjustments as plantings were installed. We had a great experience with Vegas and would use them again. We wish we had worked with Samantha and the Vegas team the year prior for our patio install!

Highly recommend Vega s! They just completed a large retaining wall and stone staircase project for us, and we couldn t be happier. Very high quality work with attention to detail. From the design to execution, the whole team was a pleasure to deal with.

They finished our patio, landscaping, and put in a drainage system for the side of our house in September. The work is exceptional especially our patio, it s really a work of art, we love it. Their guys were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The drainage system on the side of our home was a big concern for me and it works great. No more water build up and this was getting worse every year. So I couldn t be happier with their work. We certainly recommend Vega s landscaping to everyone thinking of having landscaping work done in the future.

Alex and Samantha are fantastic! In the spring of this year, we contacted Vegas for landscaping work that we needed to have completed. Samantha came by and listened to us and answered questions and concerns that we had. She was great and one of the nicest people we had dealt with in this process. About two weeks later, our sprinkler system backflow busted and water was shooting out and flooding the side of our home. I did not know how to stop it and repeated calls to our sprinkler company,who installed our system, were not answered. I called Samantha hoping she might be able to help me and sure enough she contacted Alex(Vegas owner). He was in a meeting and left the meeting and rushed over to our home in Aberdeen to take care of the problem. I had never met Alex and what an amazing thing that he did for me without expecting anything in return!!! That alone should tell you how respectable this company is. Louis and Armando did amazing work for us and they were so professional. Vegas, Alex, and Samantha are the best!!!!

In the Fall of 2019 we had a fairly large landscaping job performed by Vegas Landscaping of Valparaiso. I wanted to take a moment to commend them for their professionalism, work ethic, efficiency, and the high quality of the plants, boulders, mulch, and stone they provided for us. They also expertly buried our downspouts all around the entire home. We even had an old metal basketball pole on the edge of the driveway which they graciously removed and hauled away! The circumstances of this job were a bit unusual, because the birth of our fifth grandchild coincided with when the work was scheduled. That meant that for most of the time we were going to be nearly 1000 miles away in Washington DC while the Vegas Team labored on our premises. This did not phase them in the least (I m guessing that they probably preferred not having someone constantly looking over their shoulders). In any event, it was actually quite a wonderful experience to fly back into Chicago, drive home to Valparaiso, pull up into the driveway, and see that the job was well on the way to being completed. The team prepared beds around the entire exterior of our home, installed the proper protective material, expertly planted dozens of healthy and beautiful plants, and topped the whole job off with the artistic placement of some large boulders, attractive mulch, river rock, and flat paving stones. In short, my wife and I could not be more happy with the outcome. I did not mention the extra hours that Samantha put in prior to the actual completion of the job itself. She took the time to expertly render detailed computer graphics showing how things would ultimately appear once the work was completed. Even though we changed our minds on several of the details, Samantha always remained supportive, patient, and professional. If you are considering getting some landscaping work done, it would be well worth your while to sit down and talk with the Vegas Team. I have lived in Valparaiso since 1972 and the experience we had with them was one of the best we ve had during that entire time! I couldnt be any happier with the job that they did for me. They were very professional their office kept me updated on what was going on. I needed to do a landscaping job but I was on a tight budget. I Had an idea of what I wanted And they worked with me to come up with something that fit my budget. Alex came out and gave me a ballpark estimate and when I got the actual estimate sent to me it was actually under the price that he quoted me. I had a lot of existing bushes and plant material that had to be removed when I came home after the job was done everything was cleaned up it didnt even look like they were there all the debris had been taken away. They were amazing you will not be disappointed if you hire them
