I called to order landscape supply and the lady that answered asks how can I help you she takes all the information of what I need and we’re I need it and then says I need to take care of my clients first I will call you later I’m really busy and I’m sorry to upset you but that’s how it goes if you like it good if not go somewhere else and so I tell her ok I can wait and an hour passes and no call back so I call back and ask her are you still busy mam and she reply’s with a mean voice don’t call me asking me that you don’t understand I have a room full of people and continues to verbally attack me through the phone! Very rude person I hope this place does something about it because that’s no way to treat customers! And I always buy stuff from neimyers and there a big place we’re it’s always busy and still have the time to talk to you and take your order. Within 5- 10 minutes. And it’s understandable that she would of been busy but she doesn’t have the right to scream at customers and get awfully rude! I would of called neimyers but they are in crown point and I needed the material in lake station. But I will go somewhere else for landscape supply and I would give zero stars to this place if I could only because of the customer service!

Have ordered rock from them many times and I have been very satisfied with the product. They will load your truck for you or deliver . Drivers are very careful loading & also take care when delivering to a location. Belinda ,the clerk will figure out how much rock is needed if you give her the measurements . Prices fair,and rocks retain color well.Have had rock down for many years & it still looks like new. Highly recommend landscape company!

Great experience working with Michael Nietert. He was here to check out the job within a couple of days of contact, had an estimate to me within 48 hours, and the job was completed less than a week later. I wanted landscaping with river rock and it looks wonderful. I was so pleased to get this done!

The work site was always clean and tidy at the end of the day, and if something didn’t work out with the design, you were open to change. You were upfront with the cost; nothing was hidden. Expert landscaping contractor! The work was completed well, all the guys were great to deal with, and our yard looks fantastic. We added on last minute extras, and it was no issue. The landscaping architect was courteous to our neighbours and ensured that their lawn was unaffected. Everything turned out better than we were expecting. We love the final look of our yard.
