With Lawn Masters your worries over the lawn and mowing are gone. Lawn Masters takes care of everything in a professional manner and with expert precision from cutting the lawn at an appropriate height to cleaning up afterwards. Their billing process leaves no doubts you are being treated fairly. I recommend them wholeheartedly. Im editing this, I did NOT write this. This is wierd do not trust these people

Two people came out. They didn t speak English, so we had difficulty communicating with them. They were very friendly and polite, but in the three days that they were here, they spent most of the time standing around talking to each other and looking at their phones. They did a hack job on our property and and as a result killed several of our landscape plants. The project manager was unhelpful and refused to address our concerns. I shared my concerns with the company COO and he was equally unhelpful. He seemed offended that I had even contacted them about customer service. If you work with this company, be sure to get every small detail in writing and then keep an eye on the workers (or video tape them like we did) because Lawn Masters will say say one thing and deliver another.

Ive been trying to have the company call me back for a few months. Have left over a handful of messages with the answering service. Please give me a call back. Thank you!

The two gentlemen that were sent out did a great job. Very reasonable prices. Will hire them again

We have paid our invoice in full; but allow me a few moments to discuss the service we received. First, the lawn was poorly aerated. In the time of ring and other security cameras, it is very easy to go back and watch video of the quality of work performed in the yard. Many portions of the yard were skipped with respect to aeration and overseeding. The portions of the yard that were overseeded were barely covered. The aeration quality was extremely poor as well. However, the biggest issue was that one of the workers collided with the siding on the house, putting several large gashes in the siding. The entire piece of siding was moved and slid away from the house. It will require repair to fix the siding. When the office was called, they dismissed the damage, the poor quality in overseeding and aeration. When the supervisor came out, he was equally as unprofessional and dismissive, upsetting my wife to the point where she left and went inside. We will not be using your service again. We will also encourage friends and neighbors not to use your service. John Jauss

John the irrigation manager referred me to an excellent company that did my irrigation initial installation, excellent work. Dominic is my go to guy for ongoing work and glad Jay is back with the company. Lawn cutting is prompted, mine occurs on Monday morning. I look forward to the next season and thank you Lawn Masters for the professional work you do, with my lawn, landscape, and now irrigation.

I have been using Lawn Masters for 18 months and have had good success with them. As with any service company, there are always situations that need their attention. Communication has been slow at times, but ultimately they come thru.

Lawn Masters came and did a fall cleanup of our landscaping beds and trimmed our shrubs in preparation for winter. They did an amazing job! We were so impressed and we will definitely be using them for all lawn care needs come spring time.

My sales guy, Zee, was very prompt in getting back to me. The landscape guys accidentally cut/disconnected my outside lighting and Lawn Masters did bring someone out to fix the problem. It did take 3 weeks for come out to fix it but very happy they stood by their work. Would definitely recommend Lawn Masters.

The service was great and done in a timely fashion and the price was reasonable. The results were great. The only issue I had was the additional charge for the knotgrass treatment which did not work very well. Other than that, I would definitely recommend Lawn Masters to others.

I have been a customer for 2 years, using their fertilizer service. They have done a great job in that area. So, I decided to get an estimate for a landscaping project. After several months, and numerous promises of delivering the design plans (that we agreed to pay for), I have received nothing, and all contact stopped. Since I am an existing customer, and am getting no further inputt, I have no choice but to cancel all services. Too bad, as I was happy prior to this.

I had tried contacting them by phone and then by email. When I initially sent in an email, it took a few days to get a response. Abril Sanchez ended up emailing me and letting me know someone would give me a call. Its been a week at this point and no one ever got back to me. I have decided against using this service because if they cant remember to call a potential client to earn more business, I feel like my lawn would be forgotten weekly as well.

They havent returned my email yet been several days

My husband and I will no longer be using Lawn Masters. The crew that takes care of our lawn is great but due to the lack of professionalism displayed by the office staff, we will be taking our business elsewhere. My husband called twice, days apart, to schedule sprinkler winterization and was told he would receive a call back both times but no one ever called. He called again today and was fed the same line in addition to being notified the schedule was filling up and we would not receive service until after the freeze. He relayed how he had called twice already and the lady he spoke to became combative, stating that they would never not call. After a bit of back and forth, she proceeded to hang up on him. He received a call a few minutes later from a gentleman in the office who had seemingly overheard the conversation. This gentleman apologized but they gave the same spiel that they would never not call back. He said they had call logs they could check. When my husband provided the time and date stamps of the last two calls, the gentleman then stated that it would take too long to check the logs. Again, the field crew that has taken care of our lawn is great but the office staff is rude and disorganized.

Not sure why my experience was different than other reviewers, but Lawn Masters was the worst Ive ever hired-- in just the three weeks I employed them before I fired them, I had missed appointments, failures to respond to calls (for multiple days), services requested that went unfulfilled, rude phone receptionists, and damage to my yard. All in all, a comprehensively failed effort. Id give them zero stars if I could.

We had an extensive landscape project performed in 2017. I had worked overtime for over a year to save up; that gives you an idea of the monetary amount. I really liked Christa, and I felt she understand what we needed to transform our backyard into a livable space. That is the end of the positive comments. Why am I writing this so late? Normally I dont like to complain, however I had my second interaction tonight with them over their contract with our homeowners association, and now I feel like EVERYBODY needs to know. The project hit many snags, lots of rain delays, bedrock, and trees that we had to take out ourselves because referrals did not respond. It has taken me years to finally correct some of the problems, the drainage in the front flooding the lawn, and some like the bedrock, (I thought I could cover up and live with); have ended up hating. We already spent over 20k and I have consulted with others, but just cant afford to fix it. They ended up putting over 6 inches of mulch in the front flower bed, instead of dirt. I had to order a load from St. Louis composting to get anything to grow, and send all of the mulch to yard waste. The mesh that was put under the sod and supposedly dissolvable? Nope. I am still cutting pieces out when I rake and mow. They were definitely not the lowest bid, but I felt comfortable with their BBB rating and my husband went along. (No, I havent heard the end of it.) If you want the bare minimum, or not even that; then this is your company!

Jay and the Lawn Masters team are an exceptionally high-quality, professional outfit. They provided a thorough consultation, recommendation, design, and timely completion. Any issues I had (mainly nitpicks only Id notice) were immediately rectified without pushback to my 100% satisfaction. Ive had a few plants die (likely no ones fault) over the past couple years, and they were replaced free of charge. They truly stand behind their work and endeavor to provide the highest quality service. They have great pricing too. Highly recommended for all landscaping needs.

I paid 50.00 twice to have my lawn mowed trimmed and edged. I specifically asked how they edge when setting up the service with Jay he said they do a vertical edging with the trimmer so it s a cut into the ground. My first mow that didn t happen there is grass or weeds still going into the side walk and driveway. I called on tuesday after the Monday of the first mow, explained to the girl my issue she said she would leave a message but they probably wouldn t do anything until the next week! I paid to have it done on Monday not the next week! Jeff called I missed his call but called back call was disconnected so I texted a detailed explanation. Didn t have a response for days when he did call he said he would come out last Saturday I never saw him. Then he called Monday of this week when lawn was suppose to be mowed again. I missed that call but called back the yard guys were already there and finished in 10 minutes!? He said he was coming out, came out unannounced and then called and said my yard has different lengths of grass and weeds so that makes it hard to edge!! The length of the grass has nothing to do with edging edging is a cut vertically and if there is grass in that vertical area it will get trimmed but Ed Gigi gets should always be visible. I m not a landscaper but I know how to edge and they did not edge!! I would do it myself but I hurt my arm. And that girl was right they were not going to address my concern until the next mow. I would have stopped the service a week ago if I knew thy would have an excuse for how they do business so I ended it this week but they were right on charging me 50 dollars right after job is done no offer of any credits just an excuse that they couldn t edge because my grass has different lengths when that has nothing to do with. Trimming was a hit and miss I have a rock in back yard that they never trimmed around at all last week or this week weeds are growing up the rock now. Also when I set up the service I had a request for specific edging if they were not going to honor my request it would have saved me time, money and frustration!!

Amazing Service! This is the first time weve hired a company to work on our lawn. We signed up for the weed treatment package and aeration/over-seeding in the Fall. At first we didnt think this would work but Jeff (the owner) told us to trust the process. Its been 6 months since we started and the progress on the lawn is fantastic. The weeds are down significantly which makes it easier for the existing and new grass to take over in its place. Its nice to look at our lawn in the Fall and Not say...Dont worry honey...itll look better in the spring!. Lawn Masters transparency is also a big plus as they let you know exactly what is happening with each treatment. We look forward to seeing even more growth for our yard in the following year. :)

We finally terminated our contract after 2+ years of less than adequate performance. I am so glad Lawn Masters was referred to me by a coworker. This is the first time I have ever used a lawn care service. I started earlier in the summer so I am receiving only the 3rd through 7th treatments. I know it may take until next year before I can really start seeing results. I have been very pleased with Lawn Masters so far. When I called for an estimate, they responded right away. They leave me instructions, and send me a text and e-mail each time they have treated my lawn. I like that I can simply pay with my credit card automatically after each treatment. When they aerated and seeded my yard, I could tell that they had done a good job with turning over the soil, especially the bare spots, and had dropped lots of seed. They left detailed watering instructions for me to help the seed grow. The only reason I am giving them four out of five stars is the first time they texted me that they had treated my lawn, I had been home the entire day, and knew that no one had stopped by. It turned out they had treated the wrong house. I had to place a few calls before someone finally showed up to do the treatment. And they did not show up on the day that they had scheduled to do the aerating and seeding, but they did show up the next day. Since they had scheduled that day with me, it would have been nice for them to call me to explain that they would be by the next day instead. Instead, I had to leave a message with their answering service to see if they were still coming to work on my lawn. I understand that these things can happen, so over all, I am happy with the work that Lawn Masters has done on my lawn.

I have used these guys for a number of years, after my previous lawn services quality just got too shoddy. It also helped that Lawn Masters is very affordable. I dont know how they make money off me, but they keep me as a customer and dont raise my rates every year. Anyway, the lawn is also cut well, and they do a nice job of making sure that grass clippings are mulched up. If there are too many clippings to mulch with the mower, like when the grass is growing so quickly in the spring, then they will rake them onto a tarp and take the clippings away. Whenever Ive had a question or request, I just leave a message and get a call back pretty quickly. Over the years, I have added more services from Lawn Masters. First it was having them mulch my landscaping in the spring. Again, for a very reasonable price. And you can request brown or black mulch - maybe other colors, but I go with brown. I like my mulch to get put out a little earlier than most, so when I call to schedule it, I always ask them to put it out by a certain date, and they do that for me. Then a few years later, I started having Lawn Masters aerate my lawn each fall. Yet again, they do a fine job with the aerating, and again it is quite cheap.

We switched from another company due to lack of communication and poor quality of work. From working with Christa to completely revive our lawn to scheduling treatment plans with Jeff, every staff member is great to work with - polite, friendly and efficient. Lawn Masters is honest with what is needed, works within our budget and has great communication. I would recommend to anyone.

Lawn Master has done an excellent job of cutting and improving my lawn in 2018. They have been very dependable, and their weed removal and fertilizer applications have yielded impressive results. They also pruned my bushes, and removed weeds from the beds in front of my house, and the fall leaves from my backyard. I cant speak highly enough about Lawn Masters. We have been using them for over 20 years and they handle all of our commercial properties and some of our personal properties as well. Very honest, always on time and they pay close attention to detail.

For years, I tried to handle my own yard in terms of weeds, fertilizing, etc. I finally a few years ago hired Lawn Masters and I have not looked over my shoulder since. Since I hired them for monthly treatments, I have also hired them to put sod down and over seeding. This year when they over seeded, I felt that some spots were not done enough and they did not hesitate to come back out and address. I own my own company and pride myself on our level of service and believe these people are on it too!!
