We got A New Image to put in a stamped concrete patio with Unilock block steps and firepit and it was a 99% perfect experience from start to finish! They did great work, were professional and friendly, and it didnt break our budget. Only very minor complaints was that the project was completed a couple weeks later than we were hoping for and cost a little more than we initially planned. But overall we had a great experience and would 100% recommend this company to anyone needing a similar project completed!

We needed help deciding what to plant in our yard to create privacy while still looking really good! A New Image delivered!! The designs they presented were so helpful so we could visualize the end product. And it was executed by a very good crew of hard workers. We are so happy with the outcome. Everything was placed perfectly and the trees they chose are ideal for our space. They pay so much attention to detail and it shows. We liked our yard before but now we absolutely love it!! Had tear out and new construction done. To make it more difficult I live in a neighborhood with small lots. In the front I had pavers along the driveway removed and stamped concrete put in. In the back a paver patio was removed a stamped concrete put in. Also a beautiful garden retaining wall installed. The work is impeccable, they worked like machines, were courteous and cleaned up each day. I would highly recommend A New Image to anyone.

Neil and Deana the owners were very helpfull in picking out the style and patterns for our stamped concrete patio, walk and Uniblock bench. We were actually sad when the job was finished because we enjoyed having them around so much! Once all was completed, and this impressed us the most, they seeded entire lawn area from job wear and tear, replanted bushes they had taken out so we could reuse and mulched all around the patio! Nice touch guys! Yard looked spotless upon completion! As for Neil, he s more than just a contractor, he becomes a friend! Very friendly and easy to chat with! Any issues we had, once job was completed, he was over in a flash to handle and solve. It was amazing for how busy they were, Neil was always quick to respond with a text or phone call! Disclaimer issues didn t stem from workmanship, but rather going from a deck to patio. We had siding and electrical issues and Neil was able to correct them all, even adding extra electrical boxes for our outdoor lighting needs! Can t said enough positive things about New Image! Deanna did a great job in assisting with tree selection and layout. The team worked hard and went beyond expectation as they cleaned up my leaves without me asking. I would absolutely recommend them. Landscapers are victims of the weather so deadlines arent always able to be met. You just have to understand that part of the business. They will get it done and done right.

I needed a concrete foundation with sonotubes installed for a covered porch along with a concrete base for a patio completed in my backyard. When contacting companies for quotes, I had to chase people down for responses. I also experienced no call no shows from several companies when an in person meeting was scheduled. This was NOT the case with New Image Landscaping. From the get go they were extremely responsive and punctual. They were a pleasure to work with and very professional. The finished work was exactly what I requested and their prices are very reasonable. They also did a very nice job of keeping my yard and grass intact for having a lot of foot traffic and heavy machinery in the yard. Best choice for me, new construction over $60000 in patios and landscape. We absolutely love it, best money ever spent. They kept us informed and came in under budget . Most courteous crew, cleaned up and put everything away every single day. We get best compliments on our 1.2 acre lawn and circular stamped concrete patio. Neal is straightforward and very talented in what he does. Highly recommend him.

My yard was overgrown, didnt know what to do with it. Deanna and Neal are great! It is a self employed business and they take pride in their work and they have great workers. New Image landscape designed and built a great outdoor family patio with fire pit and seating wall and landscaping trees for privacy. We get many compliments. Neil and staff were professional and thorough. Project was completed in a timely manner. Follow up was superb. Communication has always been excellent, Neil kept us well informed. Neil has exceeded our expectations. We had a service issue with the one side of wall and Neil promptly called us back and repairs were made promptly and fairly. Neil will be there when you need him. We have loved our experience with Neil and Deanna at A New Image Landscape! First of all, they are great people to work with - they are attentive, responsive and want to do the best job for you. We used them to add on to our stamped concrete patio and install a built-in grill in our back yard. The results were amazing and the crew was great too. It was awesome to see the entire crew on site all day until the project was complete. In the past we have had contractors come out and only work a few hours each day because they were juggling so many other jobs. We really felt like the entire crew was dedicated to our job and finishing it as quickly as possible and still providing an awesome finished product! Because of our great experience with A New Image for our grill install we decided to use them for our weekly lawn maintenance and mulch install - our lawn looked amazing all summer! So glad to have found a company that takes such pride in their work and are good people to work with! Would recommend them to any of our friends and family.

I had a very positive experience with A New Image. They completed my front and back yard in a very timely manner. I have a beautiful back deck with railings to keep my dogs safe. They also made a separate area with grass for them to use. I get so many compliments on my front yard. They created a unique brick planter and filled it with plants and a cute miniature Japanese Maple tree. They puts lights everywhere, on the trees, in the side of the planter and to shine on the house. Everything is on a timer so I dont have to worry about anything. Im still using them for lawn maintenance because they do such a wonderful job. I would recommend them to anyone.

Very unprofessional. I called six landscape companies to help us out with our new build. All of them went well, except for one. Neil scheduled an appointment 2 weeks out, which was to be yesterday @ 5pm. I left work early to meet him, only to get a call at 5:05 indicating that he wouldnt be able to make it. I was disappointed, but rescheduled for this morning. This morning I got a call indicating that it was raining, and therefore he wouldnt be able to make it again. (In my mind, if its raining, the landscapers dont have anything else to do...right?). In the voice mail that Neil left this morning, he wanted me to text him back. I did, and indicated that I could meet with him tomorrow morning. He didnt respond, so I called him back here @ lunch where he told me that essentially he doesnt need the work or headache of dealing with a multiple bid job, in a very rude tone. He indicated that hes the best...and therefore in a position to act this way. I do not typically write reviews (good or bad) but feel very insulted and I have little recourse other than to warn any future potential customers. Perhaps others have had a good experience, but mine was as outlined above, hence the 1 star rating.
