Set a meet and greet for a quote. Company never showed up. Maybe good workers but for office worker to not call or respond. And yes we verified the phone number for them to reach out still a no show no call. Not a way to run a business. I would be out of business if I worked like this.

When I received the estimate via email a week later, I responded that it was more than I expected. I asked how negotiable the prices were, and if I could split the ~$5,000 project into two separate projects so I could better fit it into my budget. Its now a week later, and I have not heard back from them. I originally gave one star. Tuesday 9/6/22 Updated post: I received an email and call with a revised estimate that split the project into two smaller projects. I am waiting for the next steps. In the meantime, I added a second star. Wednesday 9/14/22 Updated post: The team arrived on time and completed the project as expected. They were professional and careful. They addressed my concerns. I added two more stars. I still have to schedule my second project. Thank you for your attentiveness, and see you soon. I called Rays Tree Service on Friday April 30 to schedule trimming of several trees plus the cleanup of many dead branches on the hillside behind my home. Ray initially scheduled my job for the following Monday but shortly called back to ask if they could do the job on Saturday. He and his crew if 4 showed up on time and spent the day completing this job. The hillside work was very difficult and these guys worked very hard. They did a stellar job! And once they finished they cleaned up the yard perfectly. I enthusiastically recommend Ray Sanchez (Rays Tree Service) to anyone!

Ray Sanchez does a great job. I have know Ray for well over 25 years and I would not trust my trees to anyone else. He and his crew have done a number of jobs, each one done to our satisfaction. And, they clean up when they are done too! Like a bonus! I highly recommend Ray.

We are very happy with the work provided to us by Ray s Tree Service, Inc. Over a two-day period, Ray s team removed 11 dead trees (redwoods, birches, maples, and cherry trees) from our front and back yards. All those trees had their stumps grounded. We also had our healthy trees trimmed. The invasive trees, plants and weeds that took root in our yards from other sources were also removed. Ray Sanchez visited our site several times each day ensuring good communication so that our needs were met. Ray s team did an exceptional job and the clean-up was fantastic! Without a doubt we will be using Ray s Tree Service in the future.

We have had Ray s Tree Service work on our trees a few times and we have been pleased with their work. Had Rays team cut limbs off a tall tree that were growing over my roof and into power lines from the street. They did a excellent job! I called for a quote and he came that afternoon to give me a estimate. Very reasonable. They brought a chipper and cleaned up afterwards. Couldnt be happier ! I will use him again. Highly recommended.

After having a tree fall from the wind, we needed to have 4 other trees removed. We also needed to have the remainder of the fallen tree removed. Ray was highly recommended. His crew showed up early Monday morning and immediately and carefully removed the trees. When they were finished, they removed every twig and branch and totally cleaned up the yard. Nothing was left behind. Not only did they remove the remaining stump of the fallen tree, they used a board to cover the hole in then fence. His price was very reasonable. His company is insured and bonded and he reminded me that I needed a permit from the city, which I already had. I will call Ray if I need to trim my trees or have another removed. Thanks Ray!

Ray is the guy we call for any tree services. He has done a beautiful job shaping our Peppercorn tree as well as our fruit trees. The biggest job we hired Ray and his staff to do was remove two trees on our property. We were so sad to see them go but, unfortunately they were uprooting the sidewalk/street, as well as our houses foundation. We were so impressed with how quickly the job was done, how well he cleaned up, as well as the price. The tree that was affecting our foundation was tricky to remove the stump, other estimates said it couldnt be done. He did it! So, needless to say, Ray is our tree guy and I highly recommend him. Plus, he is just a nice guy.

Rays Tree Service is fantastic! They were super fast, efficient, and affordable. They did a great job cleaning up as well. We had an enormous sycamore (and I mean enormous) in our front yard that was dying. They removed everything and grinded the stump out in one day. We recently moved to the area and had some questions about trees on our property. Called up Ray and he came over and gave us some great advice. He wasn t looking to just get as much business as possible from us, just gave his advice. Will definitely be calling him when it is the right time to do the pruning!

We had three gigantic piles of brush that needed to be chipped as a result of our wildfire brush abatement efforts. Ray came out, looked at the work, and gave us a fair price. His crew came out as scheduled, completed the work quickly, and even gathered up some fallen palm fronds for us that didnt make it onto the pile. They spread the wood chips where we asked them to and we couldnt be happier with the result. We will definitely call them again.

We recently moved to Vallejo and we were figuring out if we need to trim the tree by ourselves or seek a professional. We called a lot tree services for quotes , but their price range were a bit high for a trim. Some gave us quote $750 without checking our tree! Thankfully, Ray called me back after I gave him a missed call. He was so nice he went to check our tree twice because the first visit , I was not home. He gave me a reasonable price $350 for a trim and to make the tree look upward so it will grow nicely. The service was great. They finished within 2 hours. I gave him $400 cash. Thank you Ray.
