9 years ago, I did a beautiful backyard remodel with System Pavers complete with a new retaining wall, patio pavers and turf. The finished product looked fantastic and my overall experience with the company was very positive. Recently, I contacted Project Manager Oscar Maciel about the retaining wall needing repair. When Oscar came out to look at the wall, he pointed out that there were couple of places where the pavers and the turf also needed to be fixed. Oscar did a fantastic job of overseeing the entire project, which turned out to be a much bigger undertaking than we had anticipated. Oscar is extremely professional, personable, and trustworthy! He worked so hard on my behalf to ensure that all of the repairs were completed in a timely and highly professional manner and did a great job of making sure that I was kept informed at every step of the process. The project foreman and his team of highly skilled craftsmen did an amazing job of making the backyard remodel look brand new again. And it is especially noteworthy that System Pavers did all of this repair work and covered all of the labor at absolutely no expense to me. This is a highly reputable company and my most recent experience with them has only reminded me what a smart investment it was to go with System Pavers. I look forward to working with Oscar and his team on my next project.

I hired System Pavers for a side yard project and found their end-to-end approach incredibly refreshing. They managed everything from design to completion, unlike other contractors who left me scrambling to find additional help for specific tasks. The process was seamless, and the results are truly astonishing. Working with Ron was great as he was able to help design and upfront about the quote for the project. Now I will be honest in my review too. I cant say the entire process didnt carry some problems. There were some obstacles during the process, primarily due to the initial project manager s poor communication. For instance, the portable restroom that had been rented out was left in front of my driveway for days even after all the initial construction had been done leaving a terrible odor in the area. Also the slow or even lack of communication between me and possibly even within his own team had undoubtedly delayed the finishing of this project. However, System Pavers quickly addressed the issue by assigning a new project manager, Oscar Maciel, who was fantastic to work with. His professionalism, attention to detail, and clear communication stood out to me most. Not only did he resolve all the issues I identified, but he also went above and beyond, addressing problems I hadn t noticed and keeping me informed about the work schedule. It was basically night and day after Oscar had taken over. Any future projects I hire System Pavers for, I would definitely want to work with Oscar again. Despite a few hiccups along the way, I am a satisfied customer. The end result looks fantastic, and the transformation is impressive.

We used System Pavers to completely transform our townhome s small backyard. Lidiana (the designer) did a fantastic and efficient job working with us to craft the design we had in mind. She was amazing to work with and really got the job done quickly and perfectly. Adrian was our project manager, and he s the guy you want running all your home improvement projects: easy to talk to, detail-oriented, coolheaded when things go wrong. The team did an excellent job building out our new backyard, and the results speak for themselves! We really enjoyed how systematic and efficient the project was from start to finish. I had retaining wall and driveway installed by system pavers in 2016. The driveway had some unevenness and rain collecting in one spot. Adrian O donoghue came out and assessed the driveway and determined that it needed some redo to assure water would go downhill. Manuel came a couple of days later and replaced about 1/3 of the driveway. It looks great and he tested the water issue. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the quick response. Manuel knew his craft. He also demoed some old retaking wall that got missed in 2016. That is fabulous service!

Derrick and Garrett were awesome to work with, as well as the guys out doing the work. They made sure everything was done perfectly. We will be back for more !

I highly recommend System Pavers. Our project was supposed to a relatively smaller project and they arranged the crew to fit us in between other projects. During the demolish stage, they even discovered a main root issue and was able to help us to find an arborist that can come on the same day to have a quick check to move the project forward. Our project Manager, Oscar is very informative, responsive and detail oriented to guide/update us every step during the project to ensure we are 100% satisfied. The project came out beautifully done and we are very happy with the result. Big applause to him and the rest of the team.

Needed a warranty repair on my front driveway. Just like my original project manager, Adrian ODonoghue was so responsive and had it all done and dusted within a couple of days of the initial phone call! System pavers stands by their work. Great to see!!!

I thoroughly recommend System Pavers, from the first phone call to the final inspection the whole team is top notch. My design consultant was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process taking care to explain each step along the way. The installation team was very efficient, on time and very knowledgeable about the job. My project was finished ahead of schedule and I am amazed at how beautiful my patio turned out. The crew inspector made sure my project was running according to plan and made sure to explain what I need to do in case touch ups are needed in the future. System Pavers was great to work with on our new, beautiful patio! Alec created a gorgeous design, and Jeremy was a rockstar PM throughout the project, ensuring we got exactly what we wanted with all the small details, conduits, etc. The crew was great too and kept my tractor loving toddlers super entertained. I had System Pavers install artificial turf over the backyard, front yard and sideyard areas of my home. About 8 months later, the backyard area had some unevenness. I contacted system pavers customer support. They were prompt and friendly and they immediately arranged for an inspection appointment. Adrian from System Pavers came over to check out the problem areas. He then scheduled a repair date and coordinated all the repair work without me needing to follow up. The team added turf sand and brushed the area. They tied out the seams that had come off at some places at the border. Overall, Im greatly satisfied with the level of service and promptness of response by system pavers and this makes me want to do more and more business with them! Great work Adrian and team! I must say that System Pavers did an excellent job! After receiving a business card at my door, I researched them online and found great reviews. Im glad to report that they lived up to the hype. Kudos to Dave and Adrian! Dave provided a reasonable quote and offered valuable suggestions for my landscaping. Adrian was on-site every day, supervising his team and ensuring the project was executed perfectly. I appreciated how he kept me updated via text and was always available for questions. When we faced a challenge, Adrian presented three solution options with their pros and cons, which made my decision easier. His proactive approach and dedication helped us finish the project on time. We contracted with System Pavers to re-pave our drive way and couldnt be happier with our decision. Their team was top-notch from start to finish. Initially, we worked closely with Sarah Slatter, their design point. She was terrific meeting at our house to discuss the vision and at the supply yard to select the materials. She also produced a color plan illustrating the concept design which enabled us to pin down additional details and edging. The construction team took over and were fantastic. Jeremy Durfee was on point to schedule and oversee a very smooth the process. The demo was quick and contained with material off-hauled as soon as it was ready. Jeremys foreman Abner, and his main paving expert Hector were excellent executing the work, and laying a beautiful new driveway. We had a number of custom banding and multi-point curve, existing landscaping, rock-walls and fences, all across a 20% slope. They were true craftsman with a great eye for detail and executed mitered corners that exceeded expectations. I would highly recommend this full team: Sarah, Jeremy, Abner, and Hector.

System Pavers did a beautiful job on my new paving stone driveway and patio. The sales and design team were very helpful and the construction foreman was very responsive to making some design changes happen quickly. Communication with him was seamless and quick. Although I was told work would begin within the week, it has bee te weeks and nothing is scheduled. No one at System Pavers gets back to me when I call. They do not call me about the delays. When scheduled and I notify all my renters about the starting date, they do not show up, do not call, and do not give me a new starting date. This has happened three times.

It has been 3+ yrs since we hired System Pavers to upgrade our driveway w/ pavers, lights, and drains. Heavy rains last two yrs caused one drain to raise up. Derek sent out a crew that repaired and improved the drain under warranty. They stand behind their work which is super important to us.

System Pavers is a reputable company. From the beginning of the design to the completion of the construction, they provided us with professional services. The entire backyard was paved with floor tiles and the retaining wall was built with excellent workmanship, cleanliness, and quick construction without disturbing the neighbors. A year later due to climate reasons, gaps appeared in the floor tiles and retaining wall. System Pavers honored the warranty and sent people to repair it in time. It s hard to add anything to the great reviews you may have seen with System Pavers, from the San Rafel area, and the work they do, but I will add to it by saying I have rarely had such a positive experience when hiring a company to work at my house and I have rarely been as impressed as I am now with the speed and commitment that I have seen on my project. Right from the start, Ron Willis, who drafted up the graphics for my yard presented himself and his company in a very professional way, alleviating most of my anxiety with the project, but when he measured everything in the rain in near ankle deep mud, I knew I was seeing a different level of professionalism that I have not been accustomed to. Within a week of signing on to have the work at my house, I was contacted by the Project Manager, Patrick Ambrose, who worked with my schedule to come out and conduct a site survey to prepare for the work. I altered the original draft slightly on the fly, but Patrick didn t miss a beat or charge me any differently for my minor changes. After his inspection of the actual worksite, I asked how long do you think it will take and when he said it would be 5 days, I admit, I did not think it was possible or a realistic timeline, but I went with it. After seeing the speed of the work crew and the fact that they worked a 10 hr day in the rain with 40 degree weather, I realized then that this isn t your average company and not your average crew. The total project actually only took 4 days, so they were even faster than they anticipated and the final project turned out better than I could have imagined. There is no doubt I would recommend this company and the crew that performed work at my house to any friends or family.

His team was super responsive and came back to do some repairs after the work was complete. He responded quickly to each call or text. We had System Pavers redo our driveway a year ago and then this past week they built a beautiful walkway from the driveway along the south side of our home to connect with the back yard. We contacted Beth Froelicher and Adrian ODonoghue, who had handled our driveway project. They both responded immediately, and within 2 weeks scheduled the walkway project and squeezed it in between the heavy storms. The crew handling the job were superb -- on time, efficient, and stayed late if needed -- and the resulting job was simply beautiful. System Pavers installed our backyard patio in June 2020. Since then we had an issue with one of our storm drains that we thought was caused by the patio install but it in fact wasnt once the crew came back to lift the pavers and investigate. The crew found the pipe below the pavers was disconnected, leaking and had roots growing inside!! They offered to help with all of the repairs and did it all in two days of work and saved us money doing so. They went above and beyond in helping us with a job that should have been thousands and thousand of dollars. Thank you, System Pavers!

We used System Pavers about 10 yrs ago for a long driveway that turned out beautiful and our artificial lawn that we are so very pleased with. This spring 2 of our steps in the yard became a bit loose after all the rain and a bit of a draining problem around the garage that was no problem for them to fix. The System Pavers workers and Aiden did a great job in fixing our issues under their warranty and kindness. We highly recommend this company as we are very pleased with them. I have had people stop me and ask who did the lawn as it looks so good.

The design process was smooth Jon P. was responsive and made sure to get every detail we discussed done right. He was able to work with my budget and coordinate things throughout the process. My PM Adrian O. was great too, he also was very responsive and even had the project done before estimated date of completion. He checked in everyday at the job and on the crew to make sure everything was on track and in line with the design. System papers provided a first class job for our backyard. They really transformed it. Working with system pavers had all the benefits of a small business. The design consultant ( Anthony) and the project manager ( Nick) were responsive, personable, and ready to help for anything, small or large. But also the benefits of a large established company, the project started in under a week and was done in 7 days, the website was easy to use and accurate and even when issues came up, like a tree stump the size of a Volkswagen that needed removing, it didnt slow down the process a single day. Top shelf work!

System Pavers did a great job helping to design and build my backyard patio and stairs off my kitchen. I also used them to build my front driveway and stairwell 3 years ago and it still looks like new. Mike Bing and Adrian ODonoghue and their crew were very responsive and accommodating and I highly recommend using their services.

We had a particularly challenging request for any company to install a sloped curved path up our hill within a confined space. As occurs from time to time, hidden surprises were found buried from the construction of the home in 1953. We selected System Pavers as part of a multi step landscape upgrade process and they were responsible for the largest portion of the upgrade. After having a poor experience once before, we were a bit apprehensive about what to expect. From the very first interactions, System Pavers was quite different to our prior experience. They were very professional. Mike Bing was our initial point of contact who then introduced us to our project manager Nick. Nick was absolutely fantastic in seeing that our vision come through to reality. He consulted with us at every decision point and provided options when we needed them. He was very pleasant to talk to and very responsive to communication. Nick & team had great ideas that helped overcome any issues & obstacles that came along as we were going through the work. We are very pleased with the team as they were very systematic & thorough. He exhibited remarkable attention to detail, investing countless hours in assisting us with project scoping, measurements, design, and quoting. Chris played a significant role in ensuring the projects success from the outset, and we were thoroughly pleased with his work. Throughout the projects execution, Javier Rodriguez served as our project manager. He was very easy to get a hold of, making it effortless to discuss any concerns we had. Javier visited the site daily, expertly addressed every issue we brought to his attention and provided clear explanations when needed. His unwavering availability and friendly demeanor made him an exceptional project manager, and we relished the opportunity to collaborate with him. The workers demonstrated exceptional kindness and worked diligently to complete the project while also taking great care of our requests and property. One commendable aspect of the companys service was their willingness to handle several tasks for us without any additional charges. For instance, they took care of the excess dirt from our yard by disposing of it at no extra cost. Cons: Despite being touted as the largest paver installer in the western US, we had higher expectations regarding the craftsmanship and quality of their work. We encountered several instances where we had to request corrections, including: The drainage piping was initially installed without glue, and only after raising the issue with the crew, they started properly gluing the pieces together. Upon completion, the pavers appeared uneven and, in our opinion, had unnecessarily aggressive sloping and waviness in certain areas. The patio area pavers were not measured and installed symmetrically, leading us to request a return visit from the crew. The retaining wall caps were not correctly glued, necessitating another visit from the team to rectify the situation. These issues left us somewhat dissatisfied with the overall execution of the project. In summary, great people to work with and a decent job done for a reasonable amount of money - thank you folks!

I reached out to system pavers for a quote for replacing our asphalt driveway with pavers 1) they immediately responded and set up an appointment 2) they were on time for their appointment 3) their quote was very competitive and the timeline to do the job was phenomenal 4) work was completed with no problems and the driveway looks amazing 5) they knocked it out of the park in every respect, price, quality, and time line. We had our backyard remodeled by System Pavers a few days ago. Our experience was amazing - System Pavers were responsive and on time from the very beginning of the work, the work has even started and completed earlier! The quality of the work is fantastic, I cannot think of anything being done better. I needed some modifications to the border on my patio steps. Javier Rodriguez of System Pavers was the project manager and did a wonderful job of assessing the changes, making helpful suggestions, and getting the right person (Jose) to do the work. We got our patio done with System Pavers. Design, workmanship and execution were all great. The process was clear, they have high availability, and the referral program is great. Adrian, our second project manager, was quite good at keeping tabs on things and communicating with us. Unfortunately for us, the first project manager left the company in the middle of our project. We understand that employee turnover happens everywhere, but that change pushed us back a few weeks. Additionally, an oversight during the design phase led to an unexpected price increase of almost 30%. We recommend having a PM look at the site prior to committing, as designers might miss things. I believe this was an honest mistake, and not any kind of malicious tactic, but it was quite disruptive to the cost of the project. Overall, this was a positive experience and we would recommend them!

System Pavers did an outstanding job creating a beautiful new driveway, entryway and patio at the front of our home. His expertise was evident in his recommendations, and he was willing to update the plans as our needs changed. Adrian was our project manager, who went above and beyond. Finally, gave my availability for someone to call. Anthony, arrived early on the day of our meeting. After checking out the yard and my ideas, showed me the design, to include both pavers and turf. I was hesitant about the price. He reassured me he would try to work with me. We met on the third day and he in fact was able to accommodate me. He spent a lot of time and was very patient with me. I am a visual person, and he walked through each part of the design. After signing the contract, I received a call and eventually met my project manager, Adrian. Both Adrian and Anthony arrived to lay out the yard design, and I was told they could start by the following mid week. The workers arrived, about 5-6 of them, and got to work with such speed and efficiency. The day of demolition, they cleared out the small bit of concrete and disposed off the old shed. Alex the crew lead was helpful to let me know what their plan was, and reassured me that they had all the design and plan lay out under control. I was told it would take about 3 weeks, but the whole project was completed in less than 2 weeks. Every day of the project, Adrian was in touch with me via text, or phone call. I was away at work, and could not be present when the workers arrived. Adrian checked in with me and the communication was open between him, the workers and me. At the end of the project, they somehow didnt finish a minor spot for the drain & cover and concrete spot that looked unfinished. During the walk through with Adrian, he called Alex and re-assured me that it would be taken care of. It was. The new space looks lovely. My neighbors have come by to look, and were amazed at the transformation. Thank you Anthony, Adrian and team Alex!

Adrian and the team lead came the day before they were scheduled to start and. worked out all the unknown gotcha s that you usually get in large projects like this one. It really got the project ready and the team was able to start immediately on time the next morning. I cannot say enough good things about System Pavers. We were so impressed with the quality of the work and the speed at which the job was completed. We were also impressed with the Design Consultants knowledge when initially surveying our back yard and bringing awareness to the risk of flooding that we had forgotten to take into account when first discussing our goals. Adrian ODonoghue was our project manager and he was patient, helpful, and responsive to all our questions and concerns. His crew did a phenomenal job, working tirelessly to complete the job quickly. I appreciated that they always confirmed the look/placement before beginning the installation, e.g., the wall in our backyard and the placement of lights in our front porch steps. Our pool deck and surrounding walk-way and patio tiles were cracking and starting to buckle. I attended a local Home Improvement Expo in late September to research local vendors to do this replacement. System Pavers had a booth & provided answers to my questions without any sales pressure. I decided to go with them after reading their materials & reviews. The Design Consultant, Garrett, came over and explained the entire process & answered all our questions. It didnt take long for us to make a decision to go with System Pavers to do the project. In addition to the pavers, we also decided to replace our patchy lawn with turf. Adrian ODonoghue, project mgr, was courteous and very responsive and efficient in fixing a post installation issue with drain pipe depth (related to our site elevation). Anthony Radogna, design consultant, was helpful and efficient and wasnt too pushy. The pavement itself is beautiful. Final height is higher than communicated during design consultation but our site is a little challenging to begin with in terms of height, so that is probably as good as anyone can do. Just wished there was more time to discuss during the project. They work really fast.

I keep looking at my yard with disbelief. We decided to install turf in our backyard and Adrian was our project manger for the job. He was very professional and communicated with us in a timely manner, and explained all the details to us. We just finished a backyard pavers project with System Pavers. This is our second time using them. The finished product once again looks great, something our family will enjoy for years. Their crew was polite, hard-working and very skilled at their trade. Our product manager Adrian was actively involved throughout the project. He made sure all the finer details were handled and had some good recommendations that made our patio look even nicer.

We got quotes from various companies to set pavers in our front yard. Although System Pavers was on the more expensive side, we chose them because we wanted the best quality work with a 25-year warranty, and they exceeded our expectations. I m not someone who leaves a lot of reviews but from the initial consultations to final cleanup we are so delighted with System Pavers and the work they did to improve the looks of the front of our new house that I had to comment. Their design consultant Beth Froelicher came to the house and walked us through the process. She worked within our budget to design a beautiful walkway of paving stones through our front yard which incorporated the garden. I honestly had no idea how it would all look as we looked at the stone samples but she helped us choose the perfect ones to go with our homes exterior. Once all approved, she handed us over to the project foreman, Jeremy Durfee who was fantastic! He oversaw a great crew who were extremely professional. We hardly knew they were working outside our front door each day. Jeremy kept us up to date on the scheduling and answered all questions during construction. Within just a few days we joyfully stood over our beautiful new front yard. We can t believe how dramatically different it looks and how easy System Pavers people made it! We definitely look forward to working with them again when we upgrade our backyard. Thank you!

We just had System Pavers complete our patio project and are very happy with both the results and their process. We had them convert our back lawn into a water-saving patio five years ago. Their work has held up very well, unlike our previous efforts which turned into gopher warrens. When we decided to complete the design by replacing our old cracked and bent concrete patio with an extension of our converted lawn, we again called on System Pavers. Not only were they quick to respond to our inquiry, Beth, who designed the first project, came out again to help us come up with a design that integrated the entire yard. They were able to get started on the construction quickly and efficiently. They broke up and removed the old concrete (all with hand tools and wheelbarrows since they didn t have sufficient side yard clearance to get bigger equipment in) and hauled it away in a single day. They then needed a day to dig out the various roots that had grown under the concrete and prepare the bed followed by three days to complete the job. Kudos to the project manager, Jeremy, who stayed in close contact throughout the project and worked with us on a few small changes that we wanted to make. Bottom line, we are extremely happy with the final product and look forward to an even nicer backyard and entertainment space that we had before. We can t recommend them enough.

Efficient turn-key operation.

We made the decision to finally fix our front yard and chose System Pavers to replace our front porch, front walkway and to put a patio and fire pit in our front yard. I was nervous about what it would look like because I had an idea of what I wanted but just wasn t sure I picked the right pavers. Andres Fossgreen was our Salesman and Adrian O Donoghue was our Project Manager. Both of them were incredibly helpful and Adrian was wonderful making sure that the work crew was on schedule and everything went smoothly. When everything was done, it was even better than I had hoped. Adrian followed up every day and always answered our texts and questions right away. I would recommend System Pavers and Adrian very highly.

We liked the way their design Consultant Mike Bing came and designed a plan to remake our back yard. Mike took our ideas and combined them with his ideas to create a beautiful paved back yard. We also, like working with Adrian Odonoghue who was the project manager for the renovation of our back yard. Adrian kept us up to date each step of the way on what was going on. If we had any questions we would call Adrian and he responded right away. We are very happy with the renovation of our back yard and would use them for future projects.

System pavers staff was either early, or on time, never late. Some problems arose in the beginning, where I mentioned the sales agent did not inform me of extra charges if they encountered roots. Adrian ODonoghue understood the situation and worked with me to resolve it, and no extra charges were made. Any questions I had during the day, I called Andrian and he picked up almost immediately. He also texted back within minutes. The work I requested was installation of astroturf. My initial consult with the sales agent mentioned a weeks work, but they performed this all in ONE DAY ~ 500 sqft, very impressive. They were very organized in the timing of their hauling trucks and product delivery for the installation. Im very pleased my sons baby feet were in the astroturf by the end of the day. Youre in good hands if you get Adrian to head your construction crews.

Ive had my yard done by system pavers they did a really good job but after a few years Ive been having issues with my pavers sinking.my pavers are under warranty for I believe 30years but when I call system pavers to send someone to fix my issue no one seems to want to call me or or set up a date to fix the problem. After several attempts I finally got a call to resolve my issue and will update on my experience.

I waited a while to write this review. I really wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but it really seems like they are really about the 90%. They seem to almost follow through and then stop right at the end. I had asked them to work on my yard and they got it about 90% of the way done. Then on the follow up meeting while I was away at work they told my wife it looked better the way they left it at about 90% done. After calling and asking them about it they apologized and came out for another meeting which I appreciated. However since that meeting I have not heard from anyone on my team and have left messages and voicemails with no response. I really liked the 90% they did but I cannot recommend them if they proceed to ghost dissatisfied customers. I am sure this review might get some headway but overall very disappointed and not worth the premium price they prided themselves. A warranty is not worth anything if the company refuses to answer for their incomplete work and lack of response.

I had the original installation 10 years ago. Called them for some warranty work. They showed up, looked at my issues, and said we need to fix this. But while were here we should fix this and that as well. Things I had no problem with, but they felt they were out of spec. System Pavers in not the cheapest, but man, they stand by their warranty! I went with them because of their warranty! Im so happy I spent the money to not have to deal with issues from a paving contractor no longer in business. Not cheap, but you can depend on the warranty, and the quality of work

My husband and I are very happy with the work System Pavers completed in our backyard. Our design consultant, Heather Martin, worked with us for numerous days to ensure our project fit in our budget and was perfect. Michael Bolla, Alex and crew fit us into the schedule the very next week we received HOA approval. They also came on a Saturday to finish the job up quickly for minimal disruption to everyday life. Additionally, they went out of their way to help further along another project we had planned. The crew was very nice and did an excellent job cleaning up the job site (hosing down driveway, smoothing out border, leaf blowing patio, etc ) We are satisfied and happy customers!

Need Paver Work Done? GO HERE!! I got tired of pruning the front yard, not to mention the drought issue that CA is facing, so I hired System Pavers. The entire front yard got an awesome face lift. I got pavers that matched my house perfectly. Neighbors have already stopped by with compliments. The quality of work was high and the CUSTOMER SERVICE RECIEVES HIGH MARKS from Derek and Team. Communications stayed tight throughout the job, I knew what was going on and when the crew was there. I particularly liked System Pavers contacting the utility companies to minimize surprises. I plan on more follow on work, which will make my decision on who to go with very easy: Absolutely with System Pavers!

After I researched the average price for the install of driveway pavers, a neighbor who installs driveway gates professionally, had just used System Pavers to do their home s driveway and highly recommended SP. I then got a quote from SP, and they were at the highest end of quotes however they were the only pavers to offer a 25 year warranty. That meant to me they stood 100% behind their product. So I arranged a meeting with their Virginia St. representative, Mike B.1 and I couldn t have asked for a more informative and no pressure rep to work with. My driveway was begun the following week. The project manager, another Mike B.2, was extremely interactive and professional and frequently gave me important updates and other pertinent information at the start of the project and throughout it. The demo manager, Angel, was also outstanding with a great sense of humor but again, was efficient and professional, arriving at 7:30am to start the demo and finishing in a timely manner including removal of all concrete debris and laying of aggregate. The actual paving process was amazing to watch. The crew worked carefully and created a beautiful intricately crafted pattern on both my landing and driveway. The project manager Mike B.2 was there with his team to supervise the install of pavers. I had complete confidence in his ability and execution of the work. I was completely amazed at how beautiful the driveway and landing began to appear as the individually placed pavers were selected and tamped into placed after precise measuring and cutting. You get what you pay for. I received the most gorgeous driveway that enhances and beautifies my home. My System Paver experience and final driveway and landing result was absolutely worth the money spent.

Michael Bolla took over Napa/Sonoma region as a site manager and greatly facilitated our ability to have artificial turf in front yard replaced after it was exposed to sun damage due to window reflection.

Were really happy with the job that System Pavers did at our home. Could not be happier with the outcome of our extensive Pool area Hardscape project with System Pavers. We live in the Bay Area (Novato) and used SP to reinvent our outdated brick hardscape to system pavers materials with their design team and crew. Our job lasted less than two weeks and it was an exceptional experience at every level. The SP pavers we used look almost as specialized as our more sophisticated and expensive Connecticut Bluestone stone work on another patio area. We were so impressed with the work ethic and skill level of our crew, especially our Job Foreman, Jeremy. Thanks to everyone at SP for making this big job go from concept to reality...every detail was organized and timely and reasonably priced. Ive used System Pavers twice, last year for a driveway project and just recently for a backyard patio. I could not be more pleased with their work. Robert designed my space and Jeremy was my project manager. The crew that worked at my house was very professional and impressive. Our designer, Jason, came up with a creative design to tear out our old lawn; excavate and level the area; and build a large paver patio with a back sitting wall. We just finished our front yard project with System Pavers. We couldnt be happier with the finished product. Beth helped us create a vision for our home front. Luis and Alex added to our original design with excellent lines and curves, precise paver installation, and outstanding turf application. Jeremy brought us home ahead of schedule by navigating sourcing problems and numerous challenges presented by our yard. He wrestled all the issues to give us our dream front yard. We were having trouble navigating our garbage & recycling bins through one side of the house, so we contacted several vendors, including System Pavers, to (initially) have a concrete path installed. Turns out that they only do paving stones (aka pavers). We werent ready for a pretty expensive project -- but after our own research, some knowledge imparted on us by Robert Frost (their designer, unsure of any relation to the late American poet), and careful consideration, we decided to go for it. And they did not disappoint! Did you know that pavers are 4x stronger than concrete? Very hard to break or damage! Aaand it matches the rest of our driveway! VERY impressed with how this project was handled from beginning to end. Once we got the green light from our HOA, Project Manager Jeremy Durfee took it from there. He handled this project with professionalism, respect for our property & family, and communicated with us from beginning to end. Whenever we had concerns, he was also super responsive which we appreciated very much. No regrets. Considering the quality of their work + 25 yr warranty, it was well worth it. After everything was said and done, their Client Relations Coordinator Morgan Gace also reached out to ask about our experience. Love businesses that, inspite of several projects being handled at the same time, make you feel heard & valued. Happy to recommend this place!

We were happy with the work that System Pavers did for us. I had a problem with the sales person because he did not show me pictures of the final product. So we were not in the same page in one part of the work. So always request to see pictures so it is clear in your head of the final product. After that the crew came early and worked very quietly, clean the area that they were working at all times. I asked questions when they were working and workers stopped their work and make sure I understood the final product. Jeremy Durfee was the person in charge of the project and he was very helpful in making sure the project was done to our satisfaction. He checked the work at all times and made sure the place was clean and we were happy. Thanks Jeremy for the excellent work.
