Lawn Patrol in Valdosta

We were double billed. We paid $1879.59 up front to treat weeds & such. We were billed $1879.59 twice. We are experiencing an abundance of weeds. We feel like nothing to show for our money. Can’t get straight answers, no call backs. Poor customer experience.

Sprayed for bugs today and did a great job. We have a mole problem, so hopefully when the bugs are gong, the moles will leave too.

I don't know where a negative review comes from about this company. We bought a house with St. Augustine Grass that had mostly dirt covering my yard. After 6 months, my lawn looks amazing. They come by every two months to look at my lawn to make sure my yard is progressing!!

I had problems from the time the service started. Staff was not prepared to handle the job.and basically destroyed my lawn and then wanted to get paid for substandard work.On one occasion put 6" ruts in my grass with a heavy aerator on soaked soil. It took me renting a large leveling attachment to return it to a flat surface. Do not expect to have the maintenance-free lawn you pay for. Pricing not commensurate with the service provided.
