My HOA used them and we had to fire them for performance issues. They kept killing plants that our owners put in. Mike would strip branches and fruit off trees, cut water hoses, break pots & plants. He deliberately vandalized our homes and tortured small animals he came across. So our pets weren’t safe. Neither he nor his dad could accept redirection or training. They complained constantly and are too brittle to accept criticism. It was an absolute nightmare working with them. Both men are so angry they can’t communicate effectively. They need therapy desperately to help with anger issues!
