I have been a Suburban Landscape customer for several years. I would not ever think of leaving. I have a large garden in my yard which is my pride and joy each Summer season. It is important that I keep any type of weed or pest infestation from getting near my garden. There have been a couple occasions I was concerned about weeds making their way toward my garden. Within 24 hrs. , Suburban sent a tech out to take care of it. This company is easy to deal with. They are personable and truly care about their customers. These guys are horrible. They run their zero turns into the gutters banging them up, they mow in the rain ALL THE TIME making a muddy mess and tearing the grass up, and one of them spilled 2 stroke fuel in the grass trying to fill a weed whacker that killed a 2 foot section of grass. 0 stars

My Neighbors lawn for the past few years has been so nice and found out it was from this company so we tried it out this year and wow very nice, I had a ton of weeds mainly because the last lawn cutting company killed our grass and left it to roots only so tons of weeds could get through. They didnt get all of the weeds but 98 percent id say so I am sure by next season they will be all gone and look great, I highly recommend this company the value is great.

Some friends of mine have always had a beautiful lawn, so when I bought a new house in the summer of 2016, I asked them who they used: Suburban. I called at the end of 2016 and was added to the schedule for 2017. Jump forward to 2022: - This will be my 6th year using Suburban. I am very happy with their services. % - Jeremy E. is very knowledgeable and always replies promptly. Its so convenient to email pictures and get a quick reply as to if theres an issue or not. - For me they are local, a 10 minute drive, if I uncover an issue, they typically send someone the same day. - Every year, Spring and Summer, my sub gets alot of competitor fliers. I throw them away. - I will never replace Suburban. - Oh, and I have a Greyhound that runs circles in the yard like a thoroughbred. But you cant tell, the yard always looks well manicured.

We have had Suburban Landscape Management for around 8 years now We have overall been pleased. Over the last two or so years, our front lawn has looked great in the spring but by mid - late summer it starts to look not that great. It may be our fault for the way we water - either too much or not enough... Not sure. I would like to talk to someone at Suburban Landscape about that. We plan to stay with Suburban Landscape.

They always answer any questions I may have. Very professional. The only problems I have is the fertilizer power spreader tears up the grass where it makes sharp turns. Also the fall application browned some patches through out the lawn. Overall the lawn looked very good throughout the season .

They have been servicing my lawn for many years, I have the best looking grass on the block hands down!

I have used Suburban the past 10+ years. They have always been very professional. My yard is always green. The best thing we did was have them do the bug spray. We were having a problem with ants and earwigs. We live in Sterling Heights where ants have always been problem. Larry and Jeremy suggested they spray a few times a year for the bugs. No more ants or nasty earwigs!

Never called me back

Beware... I used these guys for years. Last fall I decided to have aerification done. They spilled gas on my lawn and killed it. After making them aware of incident they stated they would come fix it. I started using them again in the spring thinking they would make things right. Boy was I wrong. They did one application this spring and after no resolution with the dead grass I cancelled service. A real company would have still rectified the situation. So, they kill your grass and leave you to fend for yourself. Better hope they dont spill anything on your lawn.

Sal and his employee s did an absolute amazing job. The were very responsive and always exceeded my expectations. They started with the design and installed a whole hardscape, retaining walls, landscape, stone pathways, and fire pit. I would never use anyone else.

They ruined my lawn and blamed it on drought. I m sorry I ever contacted them. They take no responsibility and treat the customer as if they are uneducated. Don t be fooled by their supposed professionalism.

I am a current customer, but will be cancelling because they always miss areas of my lawn and I have weeds growing in those parts. I told them this and the guys response was Ok, well check it out.. even after 3 applications later results havent improved. Customer service is poor at best. Disappointed Customer.

When we moved in we didnt have a lawn we had weeds. Suburban was able to bring the lawn back to life. I wish I had taken a before picture on how bad it was.

I chose Suburban because the best lawns in my sub used their services and each of their customers I spoke with highly recommended them. I had them aerate my lawn this spring. It was the first time it had been done in a very long time. Why? Because every time I had it previously aerated, my sprinkler lines were perforated. No problem this time! I gave them a 4 star rating because my lawn has yet to thicken up they way my neighbors lawns have. Next year I hope it is thicker and I will give it 4 stars. And no, I have not used their overseeding services.

Used a couple other companies before I found suburban thru some neighbors and what a difference it has made it the look of my lawn couldn t be happier! Prices are very competitive.

I have used Suburban for several years. I am really pleased with their operation. I receive a text the day before the application and if thats not convenient, all I have to do is call them. I saved so much money by switching to them, its worth your time to get an estimate.

Signed up for lawn fertilization including weed control, requesting a 24 hour notification prior to application. Service reasonably priced and lawn generally well fertilized, but broad leaf weed control only fair. Also have gotten notified of application on next day only to have him show up on THAT very day.

My yard prior to using Suburban was full of weeds and never looked good. Since I started using Suburban my yard started to look better after the first application. By the fall I am so happy with my yard. I don t even water my yard and my yard stayed green pretty much all summer. I will be getting the same service for 2022.

Charged me for 2 additional treatments after service was canceled. I canceled once around the beginning of May and once at the beginning of July. I did what was right and paid for 2 of the treatments then they charged me for 2 more.

Weve been using Suburban for approximately 5 years. Good people. If we call, they pick up the phone. If we have a question, they answer. If we have a problem, they fix it.

I can honestly say that our technician, Chris Bayer, is the best we have ever dealt with. He really cares, it isnt just a job to him. He does an inspection of the whole acre every time he is here.Gives simple fix ideas to get it right. We have a tough time here because we back up to Stoney Creek so weeds, especially nettles are a huge problem. Been here 20 years worked with True Green.... lawn has never looked so good. Cost for True Green was more than double. I highly recommend this company. D.Lictawa That was 3 years ago. I m back again to tell everyone that we are so very happy with Chris. I highly recommend these guys. We even buy the mulch every year from the company they recommend. Chris tells me what to do if an area of my lawn is bad too. I would never have known I had sod worms. Those little white moths that come up from your lawn are what are making those patches I thought were dry patches. Go figure. Killed those and grass is growing great now. We had to seed a large back section 1/4 acre and he told us what seed to get, how to prep the soil and when to plant. Mind you this is all free just being a nice guy too. Any naysayers on here I m sorry you had a different outcome. Maybe try them again. We are very happy.

Suburban has been making my yard look perfect for six years. They leave a note of the services provided and recommendations after each treatment. I rarely leave reviews but this seems like a well run company.

Really nice people. Easy to reach over the phone. They have been fertilizing my lawn each summer the past four or five years. They will text you a day ahead before arriving. The man that actually comes is professional and courteous. This is a solid company.

I have used Suburban for several years for fertilizing service and they always do a great job. Once last year, the technician accidentally spilled some fertilizer in a spot in my backyard. He made a point of coming to me and informed me of the accident, apologized and then did his best to clean it up and spread it around. Unfortunately, that spot still died as a result. It didn t really bother me that much - I figured it would come back this year. But, all of the sudden - without me asking or complaining, a crew showed up and cut out that area and replaced it with new sod. That is great customer service! Fast forward to this year and I am unable to do some yard work this spring due to shoulder surgery. So, I contracted Suburban to do my spring clean up and re-mulch. At the last minute I asked if they could cut it for me this time, too. The crew came first thing Saturday morning and did a fantastic job. Very efficient and thorough and it looks great. A neighbor even commented how nice my yard looked later that day!

Suburban Landscape has been handling our fertilization program as well as our Grub Preventative for a few years. The techs are knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. Our lawn looks great. I spoke to Kari today to pay my bill and she was so pleasant and helpful regarding questions I had about mulch. I highly recommend this company. You will be greatly satisfied.

This company came to are business, to mow the property and edge the medians in are parking lot, And broke my windshield on my car, now they will not take care, not even apology, They say well are guys didnt see it get broke, What the hell you think there going to say. Very unprofessional company.

Suburban has been an outstanding company to work with and along side. The Landscaping Crew works diligently and is able to complete any task with Customer Service being kept key. As well as the fertilizer program has been consistent with keeping lawns lush and green with price to the customer always being taken into account. Suburban Landscape Management does a great job when it comes to making your lawn look beautiful. This is our first time using a landscaping company to fertilize our lawn, and all I can say is Awesome!. The weeds are going away and the green grass is coming in. After only one application we saw a major difference from what the lawn used to look like and the price is lower than other companies we have researched. They are always helpful over the phone and want to make sure the customer is satisfied. If you are looking for someone to make your grass look great, look no further, Suburban is the place to go! :)

This company provides a great service, my lawn has been looking better than ever since I switched over! They have an amazing staff, especially Jeremy Eichbrecht, who made sure that every square inch of my lawn was in great condition. Definitely recommend to anyone in the Utica area.

Do not use this service. They do not actually take care of your lawn and still charge you. When you call to complain, they will be rude back instead of working with you to resolve the issue. Theres a reason you cant find my account. I dont trust you guys.

I was so impressed by how nice they were on the phone, promised me they would only use granular. Now i have barely any grass in my back yard and half my front and the boulevard is also spotted and dead. When i talked to someone on the phone he was very rude and said my dog did all the damage. I told him i knew what damage my dog caused and this was something more. Nobody has called me back or come out to my house to even look at it. I had them two years. DO NOT USE THERE SERVICE YOU WONT HAVE ANY GRASS EITHER

The yard was a mess, had to call last minute for a Grad party. They came on short notice and got the job done better than we couldve ever hoped for!

So very rude! They didnt call us several times to unlock the gate so they could spray our yard and would still charge us the full amount event tho they didnt spray the back. The one time we forgot to unlock it, he didnt even knock on the door and i was home. He just didnt spray the yard....When i called and told them i wasnt paying thr full amount they adjusted the bill $3! He said hat was the rate for the square footage for the backyard! My backyard is 3 xs bigger than my front. Never ever use this company! Rude condescending jerk!
