Waiting at a bus stop and a dsm crew all non-English speaking turned on the sprinklers which soaked me without warning. I was standing directly in their view and after I had been there a several minutes and saw them look directly at me many times….No respect for others. Could only imagine this attitude carries over into the quality of their work.

DM Property is building a huge high density project by our house which is way off brand for the neighborhood. They wanted to be able to use our property to support their work and we said no. We have many photos of them using our property anyway. One of their machines pulled our internet cable so hard that it ruined a section of our siding. Later the cable was completely severed, rolled up and placed by our home. We asked for a hotspot while we wait for the repair. Nothing. They said they would try to find matching siding to fix our house. I’ll change my review a bit if they do. This project is so close to our home, and they’ve done nothing to secure their workspace or our property. At the speed they’re going, we could have years of this. Do better DM Property. I know this is only about money for you, but this is a neighborhood to us. We expected some issues, but we figured you’d own up to them and take care of them. We also thought you’d honor our property line.

When there contractor was plowing and backed into my truck and drove off like nothing happened. Then the company won't work with me on getting a rental car, so I can get the repairs done to my truck.

Even though winter has finally caught up with us, I can't help but think about how amazing your service was over the summer! Jacob was absolutely fantastic and undeniably the best indivdual I have ever had service my lawn. Dsm property and construction services never disappoints! Can't wait to see you out here again this year!

Ryan and his crew at DSM are an absolute Class Act. Incredibly high levels of professionalism, customer service, attention to detail, and all around quality work. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. We built a new home in Ankeny, and we hired DSM to perform a large scale landscape project and irrigation. We were referred to DSM by another professional, and we are very thankful. Look no further.

This afternoon. Your white pickup truck time was 12:15 pm located on 36th street Ankeny and Ankeny Blvd. Older male driving south as he turn onto Ankeny Blvd. Rolled down his drives side window to purposely spit on to my car. Are you in business ? To spit on the public whom support your company. And yes we have used your business for our association water issues. I will let our management know your not welcome to do business with us.

Two days ago they spent the whole day to clear the leaves. They left 1/3 untouched. As they were leaving, I tried to stop them to ask about it, one of them yelled "shut up " and drove off. I'm told that our hoa spent $2000 a month, and this was the only thing they had to do this month.
