Roots Outdoor in Urbana

It’s sad that roots outdoor has to be babysat and be told what to do I also know that I put in an application for roots and they seem like a decent company. They’re probably wishing now They had hired me at least I don’t have to be babysat Ultimate finish is still better than roots outdoor they’re crew can’t weed eat

I had weeds growing in my planting beds and under a tree in my front yard. I feared the weeds would choke out my Day Lilies. Roots Outdoor cleared the weeds and now my Day Liles can breathe. They do excellent work and are very reasonable.

All old deteriorated landscape timbers were removed and replaced with low tumbled stone walls. Overgrown plantings were pruned. All planting areas were finished with black mulch. This work was done around our home, a lawn barn and two planting areas at the base of our driveway. All trimmings and old timbers were removed. Two areas formerly used as decking for a dog kennel and storage for a camper were removed and reseeded. All decking timbers were removed from the premises. The work was completed in one week and our property was left neat. A few spots in the lawn damaged by pallets of stone or tire tracks from equipment delivery were repaired and reseeded. We are very pleased with the work done and the professionalism of Braden and Dan and addtional workers involved in the project. A couple of places that we felt needed some additional work were immediately attended without additional cost. We would strongly recommend Roots Outdoor to anyone wishing to improve the appearance of their landscaping.

Quotes and hired these guys earlier this year. They were very professional, super easy to work with and offered a fair price. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the results. They did the work in a very timely manor and we're enjoying our new patio. I would recommend these guys to anyone and everyone.

Called to see if I could get weekly services for mowing and trimming. Told them the backyard would need to be push mowed. I was told that would not be a problem. They came that day and did the job. I was told I would be notified of day and time to be on a schedule. Waited two days and no response. I emailed and got a response that my yard didn’t fit their business! What kind of a response is that? Would I even had been contacted that they weren’t going to come again if I hadn’t emailed? They should have come out and looked at the yard in the first place instead of saying they could do it then don’t. Very disappointed! I would not recommend this business.

I have been using Roots Outdoor for 2 years now. They are always very great with communicating if a schedule needs to change for weather. They have issued me quotes very quickly and are very reasonable. They are fantastic!!

I love this company. They do an excellent job and are very fast and efficient. Always reliable and have an easy way to pay. I would recommend them to anyone. Definitely took the stress of lawn care off my shoulders !
