I get Trugreens tree and shrub service. A real value-addded service from Trugreen. They really make a difference with my trees and shrubs. Best service from Trugreen. Trugreen needs to tighten up their transparency in identifying in advance the services they are providing. Trugreen also needs to provide the exact services they present in their ads and website.

I am pleased with the lawn care I ve received over the years. The Tru Green specialist was professional, punctual, and readily answered my questions.

Trugreen performed essential pest round to keep insects out of my home. Their report stated that my lawn looks great. However, after the drought and high temperatures, my lawn is a mess. I dont know if its brown patch disease or if the grass has died. Looks like it is dead grass in large spots.

Detailed report assessing our yard. He even picked up my Christmas tree that fell over from the high wind. Thank you so much.

The Tech ( Andre C) was very observant, and knowledgeable.

I have used TruGreen for several years to treat my lawn. Their Specialists have been consistent in their method of treatment which is memorialized in my review. The success of theTruGreen treatment concept is indicative of the rich, pure green, thick and weed free appearance that I and my neighbor see on a daily basis during the spring and summer seasons.

Joshua was on time and did a full review of my lawn. We then had a very good conversation to address my concerns and he proceeded to apply the winterization fertilizer.

50/50. App never showed where tech was prior to arrival. Tech never rang doorbell to meet with him prior to my first service. I received 2 messages within 10 seconds which were tech arrived then tech completed. Never saw the guy for any explanation of the plan nor able to discuss trouble spots in lawn. I paid good money for no explanation. I contacted area branch and Esay came out to meet with me and explain treatment schedule and lawn concerns. Im on the fence with this company and Esay saved them from my cancelling. I have some hope for future hence my 50/50 review

The annual treatment plan works, so thats worth noting as a foundational capability. Anytime, the customer notices a covered issue or a treatment thats less effective than intended, a retreatment is done without questions.

Cathy B from Tru Green provided excellent service for insect and disease control. She is very knowledgeable of the company policies and products. She explained what she was going to be doing and what the product will do. She also gave advice on why the bushes get diseased and what to expect from the bushes and other tips why the bushes get diseased. Highly recommend Tru Green. We also use them for Lawn Service.

2 gentleman that came out were great, but I need to speak to Sam, the manager for this area, about workers calling me prior to service. I have spoken twice to a call center rep that told me he would pass this info on, but workers are great, mosquito defense works!!

My lawn looks great now that I have trugreen come out and take care of my lawn service

In 2018, I used this service for my previous property and they failed my expectations. Caught on my ring camera is the technician arriving at my door and he places a door tag on my front door with the service he has performed, however he never serviced my lawn and just left. After speaking with management they tried to rectify it but I chose not to be a customer anymore. Fast forward to 2023 at my new house. I decided to give them another try being this was a newly built house and newly installed sod. The service started out ok. Staff on the phone was friendly, pricing was reasonable and they serviced the property well. This diminished at the end of last year and up until now. Many separate issues have occurred since I starting back up with TruGreen ranging from little to no product put down, no lawn health improvement after a year of applications, attitude from employees, arriving with broken equipment and having to hand apply the product, only servicing the front yard and not the back where they had full access to, and blatant lying. The lying is what did them in. The first time I wasn t home and they serviced the lawn. I happen to inspect the lawn when I arrived home, and there are areas where you would clearly see no granulated product was applied. TruGreen apologized and sent a technician out to reapply the product. The next and most recent issue occurred when the technician arrived. I got the notification on the app and walked towards the front door and by the time I got there they were pulling away and I received a cancellation notice from the driver saying due to the customers request to cancel they were not serving the property. This was completely untrue. I haven t spoken to anyone or requested a cancellation. I contacted the local office which you never talk to because they send you to a call center and explained what happened. This was never rectified and I was told to call back in a hour to see what happened. I did just that and they never provided an explanation, never put me on with a supervisor as requested and instead offered to provide a free service which I declined. The next day I received a call from the call center of TruGreen asking if I wanted to schedule the service I had cancelled. I explained the story and advised I didn t cancel anything. I again asked for a supervisor to contact me. I received a missed call from tru green the next day and missed the call. A voicemail was left and they provided the call center number. You can never get through to the local office it s like they can only call you but you can t call them. I don t know what it is with this local TruGreen office, which is I believe Upper Marlboro, Maryland, but they surely don t care about their customers or pick who they want to provide a service to. Do your research with other local companies before getting on the TruGreen hype.

Very dissatisfied. In the fall, I pre paid for a year of service and no matter what I did, I could not get the services I paid for. I would finally get on the schedule, and then they would just cancel. Their customer service is overseas and it is nearly impossible to talk to a local representative after you sign up. Overall, I just couldn t get the services I paid for and very disappointed.

They stand by their word and came back to complete the job the next day.

TruGreen came out and took time and covered all areas of yard. Back yard is fenced in for puppy and I missed two of her toys. He took the time to pick up toy and move so no chemicals would get on them. Then before leaving took time to explain everything that was put down and reasons. The little things make the difference.

When I first enrolled in the plan it was great and my grass was beautiful as the season went on my grass looked horrible . Paid for overseeding and aeration and the seeds never germinated . I called they said they would send someone to look in 48-72 hours that was a week ago and nothing . I cancelled my plan and I will only use local family owned companies that know what they are doing using technicians that care and follow instructions. They are 1 of the worst . Lawnscapes was wonderful and I m off to find a family owned local company like them .

The service was great, and Corneilus was spectacular. However, on Wednesday, I was informed by Trugreen that I would be receiving a weed control application, and was shocked when the technician informed me that the application he applied was a fertilizer. Needless to say I was confused because I had just received a fertilizer treatment a few weeks ago.
