Had a great experience with Omar during the initial process. He is great at communicating via email and working around my very difficult schedule. He is enthusiast about his work and does try to make sure the client is happy. Unfortunately, after a couple of weeks, I had issues with my dry creek bed and the fix was just a patch. After a couple of years, my creek bed is now a bed of grass/weeds and does not have the drainage for water that I requested (the reason to install it in the first place).

Trash. Don t let these reviews fool you. I had Omar and his company do work a few years back and they had to keep coming back out to fix mistakes and wanted more money from me. Maybe they ve gotten better but the foundation of the company most likely is still rocky.

1 year has passed since Omar and his team created our back yard path and patio - all I can say is that the work is amazing! We have so many comments and compliments on the work that they did. We love our backyard now and we utilize it so much more. Thank you Omar and team - job well done.

Had someone come out 22 Feb and was told I would have a quote and some design choices in a week. On the 28th I reached out again and was told it should be done and they would check with the office. Still nothing, I contacted again March 9th with no response. Wanted to get this project done by spring so I feel like instead of getting jerked around for 3 weeks I should have just went with another company.

I enjoyed working with this team! Omar design was on point. He provided a blueprint for entire backyard. I just complete Phase I and the team was on time, respected the property, and very professional. I look forward to working with them on Phase II of my project.

Omar and Landscape Therapy HG, gave me the look, privacy, and details I asked for in covering my existing deck with a roof. The project looks amazing, and adds value and an upscale appearance to the rear of the home. I loved that they handled the permit process with the county, since that can be an ordeal within itself. Ultimately, Im very satisfied with the outcome, the materials used, and the fact that I can enjoy being on the deck 4 seasons of the year.

Omar and his team are phenomenal. My deck and patio are the talk of the neighborhood. From day one, Omar was great. Working with his company was the best decision I could ever make.

My sloped front yard had been an unattractive pain for years. It was beautiful due to Landscape Therapy s (LC) work. Less than a year after the job was completed, however, certain plants didn t survive. I discussed plantings, design and shading issues with Omar extensively, prior to and after the work was completed. As a landscaper he should have known that certain plants would not thrive or survive. Instead he overpromised, took my money (thousands of dollars) and many of the plants died. He does have a one-year guarantee on plants, and the ones that died were replaced. The replacements died, too, and when I reached out to Omar about the issue, he ignored my text messages. Some of the plants struggled last summer, due to heat issues and lack of water ( I was out of town), but those plants struggled primarily because they were shade intolerant plants. As the so called expert, Omar suggested the placement of all plants, even when I shared that one type of plant had previously been planted in the same area and died. On top of the dying plants, a fungus was in the mulch that LC used, and that made for a pretty disgusting sight. Omar was responsive at times, but typically when there was money in it for his company. It s very unfortunate that I am starting this project over again with another company. Omar lacks integrity, and it s all about money for him. He s also not nearly as knowledgeable about landscaping and plants as he claims to be. Immediately after the work was completed, I rated LC a 5. My yard was beautiful. I should have given more time before rating LC. A year and a half and thousands of dollars later, my rating for Landscape Therapy and Omar is 0 (Zero).

For the first time in 20 years, I am delighted by the view when pulling up to my home. It is such a pleasant and pleasing sight. Omar s eye for design is impeccable. I did not know what I wanted but I knew what I did not want. Omar nailed it. My neighbors can t stop complimenting me. Landscape Therapy made my front yard absolutely beautiful. LOVE IT

The absolute best. They did what another company stated couldn t not be done. They gave us the outdoor screened porch of our dreams. Our previous balcony did not meet our expectations. Omar told us that our dream could be done. He also served as an advocate to our behalf when the county originally said no to the size of our deck. Even with lots of rain they finished the deck before the time. The workers were respectful of our home and cleaned up every day. Every day multiple times my husband says that they far exceeded his expectations. We have a creek behind our house (about 75 feet) and it draws mosquitoes. We don t have to worry about them any longer. Looking for someone to meet your landscaping needs, your search is over!!

They did a stone paver patio and it is exactly what I wanted! I gave him a (not-so-Picasso) drawing and they nailed it. They also put up a fence and Im so excited about being able to actually USE my awesome backyard space! Id definitely recommend his business to any and everyone.

The design of our patio and landscaping is superb. If you are willing to wait (typical contractor timing which is much longer than estimate), it is well worth the wait. Be prepared for change orders, they can be more than what you budgeted for. This is also something I have learned is a Norm with almost any home improvement or contracted service. Bottom line is, it s worth it.

Back yard is a pond every time it rains. I had a drainage system installed which included an underground flow system with catch basins, regrading areas of the yard, and downspout drainage installation. Omar and his team were awesome during each step of the process! Christian came and provided the free estimate and explained the reason why we were having drainage issues in the yard. Even after providing the estimate and initial invoice, he took time to talk me through each step in the process and why they made the recommendations they did. When work started, Noel was super professional, respectful, and kind everyday. I would definitely recommend Landscape Therapy to all my friends and family and cannot wait until we have another project and reach out to them again!

Don t do it. They charge a $99 design fee to make the appointment to come out - during this process they were very responsive, then it takes forever to get the design and estimate. It s been over a month and I m still waiting. The $99 is the hustle IMO. If you want positive reviews, be professional and follow up with your clients in a timely manner. There is no excuse for this.

We had a drainage issue in the back yard Christian from Landscape Therapy came out and gave a very detailed explanation on what was needed. We then received an acceptable estimate and got the work scheduled and completed. The wife is happy and so am I

Omar and his team at Landscape Therapy HG literally just changed our backyard from an unused plush grass space to a beautiful backyard entertainment space. They built a sizable screened in deck off the kitchen which sits just above a beautiful paved patio with a firepit. They also added paved walkways so my guests can stop walking in the grass to access the backyard and basement. When a builder and the county hand you lemons, Landscape Therapy can make lemonade! For over 10 years weve battled about our water filled backyard due to poor grading and drainage. The County came out and blamed the builders for the awful grading and vice versa. Thousands of soil tests, treatments and any remedy you can think of failed. We used Omar for a small project years ago and were pleased. Fast forward to a week ago when he devised a plan to bring us a backyard that promised to no longer be an eyesore. He suggested a patio and landscaping. BOY DID HE DELIVER!!!! To say we are satisfied is an UNDERSTATEMENT. The ENTIRE job was professionally and skillfully executed. I was so grateful to see his diverse staff that were nothing short of pleasant and professional. There was never any debris strewn about-- this was important as weve seen what other contractors have done and we try to be decent neighbors. The pictures do the job NO justice. I am still on awe that as it rains today, I am not seeing water pool to become a boggy mess! Trust me when I say, this creative genius will not disappoint. Ive seen so much of his work each project is unique. He is really in tune to the needs and desires of the homeowner. Topline: Omar is knowledgeable, astute in his observations, and offers competitive prices. My review is based on two (2) projects completed by Landscape Therapy in the summer of 2020. I had them install a patio and remove/install new sod. Since moving into my community Ive always done my own yard work and since moving in Ive never been satisfied with the landscaping underneath my deck. The builders sod never fully flourished and the area was always an eye sore, no matter what I tried. Limited sunlight and poor grading in the area necessitated I do something different. I did my research and settled on a patio. Landscape Therapy was the last company I invited out. The four (4) others were generally overpriced, didnt pay attention to my needs, and/or didnt truly seem interested in capturing my business. My experience with Landscape Therapy was totally different from the beginning, I felt Omar was genuinely interested in helping me create a space I could enjoy. A few reasons why I think you should consider using them: Omar lives in my community and in my opinion he is invested in ensuring we as neighbors are fully satisfied. A couple of the other companies I vetted appeared to be more interested in bragging about the number of decks theyd built in the community versus my project. Contracting with Omar is an opportunity to support a responsible locally owned minority business. The installation crew was amazing. They communicated timely and took great pride in their craftsmanship. They were good in policing themselves and keeping the area clean all things considered. Finally, I found Landscape Therapy to be priced competitively. Not so low that it would reflect in poor quality of work but also not astronomically high. Installing a patio or deck is a substantial investment. It was important for me to strike an appropriate balance. In closing, Ill say I strongly encourage you to consider Landscape Therapy. The installation of sod was a breeze. For balance, I did experience an occasional complication working with LT. Nothing major, nothing that would prevent me from recommending their services. I have spoken with Omar directly and I am satisfied in his response.

From our first meeting until the end of the project, Omar was professional and cared about the quality of the work. He assisted us with a design that was perfect for us and had many choices for paver styles. The crew that worked with Omar were craftsmen that worked methodically and skillfully even in the most extreme heat. We were very pleased with the final product. There are no regrets in choosing Landscape Therapy as our contractor.

They did a great job on the french drain and at an affordable price too. Photos 1-3 are of the yard after it has rained. Before the french drain installation, our yard would remain muddy even on a sunny day. Now it dries up. Pictures 4 and 5 are of the dry yard.

I highly recommend Landscape Therapy. Omar was very professional, provided great advice on designing my patio at a reasonable price. Though I had some hickups with the contracting team, Im very pleased with my final patio and plan to use Omar for future landscaping services!!

We hired Omar and Landscape Therapy to update our backyard. Omar is very responsive and quickly visited our house to provide a quote. He was also able to schedule the project in under two weeks and had the job done in three days. This was much shorter than other quotes I received. The company originally did not purchase enough bricks for patio but they were able to deliver the necessary amount to complete project in time. This did come with an extra fee but they did free landscaping to offset costs. Overall the project turned out great and we are very happy with the new patio. I would recommend Omar and Landscape Therapy as they were the most responsive I found on a CAPITOL hill. Just make sure to have all details ironed out before project commences.

I was badly in need of new flower beds in the front of my home. Landscape Therapy, LLC came out for an estimate (at the promised time, very punctual). Omar looked at my existing beds and drafted what they would look like when done. His designs are beautiful. The crew came yesterday, they removed all of the old material and built the new flower beds, they were friendly. professional and on time. The new beds are GORGEOUS!! Landscape Therapy will be back to do the planting. I am so excited.

This contractor is the worst I have ever dealt with on any project of any kind. Extremely unprofessional, lousy work, unreliable, and he will try to cheat you out of whatever he can. I had numerous complaints, some of which were addressed. In the end, I was left with dead plants and insufficient mulch.

I reached out to Landscape Therapy about resodding my backyard. Reggie came out and assessed the backyard, walked me through their process. He gave me a quote the same day and they sod was installed within 2 weeks (would have been quicker but we were our of town for the holidays). The grass looks great and all done at a reasonable price.
