I spoke with Dean a few weeks ago and asked him to come and quote me for artificial grass for my garden as it was either being scraped up and ruined by my children playing football or it was too wet and muddy for them to use throughout the autumn and winter. Dean and his team arrived promptly and navigated the difficult access I have to my garden without fuss or complaint. They worked professionally and cleanly throughout the entire process and when I say they hardly stopped over 4 days I'm not exaggerating. Right from the start of the process Essex Artificial Grass have been very professional and friendly. Dean and his team arrived on time and were very respectful. Highly recommended, Trustworthy and Professional from the start! I just wanted to mention more formally on how professional your team conducted themselves this week. You mentioned an early start and for a ~60sqm area to be completed in 1 day. With the challenges and restrictions imposed on the team, I didn't think that this would be achievable however the way they took to the task in hand was exemplary. Not a single negative response from any of them throughout the day, courteous at all times and all round good lads that made us feel very comfortable with them cracking on. Price versus quality was spot on. You certainly do get what you pay for. There is more aggregate under our lawn that there is our driveway! The post installation advice provided was knowledgeable and gratefully received. The feeling of being able to walk on the new lawn bare footed without a stone/weed/mud/divot to worry about is second to none. You said that this is an investment that will pay back more than you could imagine we completely agree. Dean and his team were top draw from start to finish..! We got 4 local quotes and Essex Artificial were by far the most professional. Dean came to quote and price the job up. His communication from the start was great. Following the consultation he then then sent email with the proposed work. This was all presented in a professional document. We then booked him to carry the work out 1 month later. His team of 5 were polite, concencious and very hard working and got the job done within the day. It is very rare that I take the time to write reviews but when you come across a proper company these days I think it is worthwhile to do so. From the start Dean was quick with arranging a site visit and arriving on time for that visit. He was quick and professional with emailing the quotation and the price was competitive. All his team wore company clothing, had clean sign written vans and they arrived on time everyday and finished our job within the advised time frame. My job was not straight forward in what we were asking for and I had to contact Dean to make a rather big change in the middle of the job through a measurement mistake of my own! This was greeted with a positive attitude and he and his team got it done with minimal fuss. Proper team, Proper Company and very pleased with the job. What a shame there are not more companies around like this any more.
I have been extremely pleased with the finished product supplied by Dean and his team, but more impressed by the care and professionalism shown throughout the works taking place. Having worked with lots of contractors, I have to say that these guys were an absolute pleasure to deal with and always went over and above to ensure we were happy with the works as they occurred and the end results.

After plenty of research & quotes from near enough every artificial grass company in Essex, we decided to use Essex Artificial Grass. Dean visited our house to take measurements & provide us with a quote - from the off he was courteous, professional and honest and it was clear that he was an expert in his field. The quote was emailed to us shortly after with a detailed description of the work that would be carried out and what to expect as a customer. On the day of installation, his team arrived early in the morning (before 8am) ready for a hard days graft, it was one of the hottest days of the year but this didn t phase them. Dean and his team are extremely hard working and genuinely really nice guys, staying right through until past 7pm to get the job done. The preparation work they do is very labour intensive and quite unbelievable with attention to detail given in every aspect. I am beyond happy with our garden and so pleased we chose Essex Artificial Grass. It is possible to find cheaper companies but the bottom line is, you have to pay for quality and that is exactly what you get with this company. If you are undecided on which company to use and are reading this review, I can not recommend Essex Artificial Grass enough. Thank you Dean & Team for transforming our garden

Dean and his team came and installed my garden yesterday and I am so thrilled with the results! I have little time or patience with gardening and so to have a stress-free garden, that looks beautifully neat and very realistic means that the summer will now be a much more relaxing time for me!
