Took my Honda lawnmower in for repair Had to return it (5) times , every time charge me, spent over $250.00 lawnmower only cost $400.00 at Home Depot new , this lawnmower is only 4 years old, different reason every time, tryed to talk to the owner about it Got very angry told me to leave Would highly not recommend this place I have Been in business for over 40 years I know how to treat a customers,all he wants is to get more money every time when he didn’t fix it in the first place Two customers were their and said they would not be back because the way he treated his customers (me) Owner says that I have bad gas that’s what wrong with my mower, this after he charges me again. So I go bye new gas and a new gas can, tryed to mow my lawn and the same problem Called to tell the owner again will not listen Wants me to bring back a (6) time I have gave good hard money just to get it repaired I don’t need to talked to like this You give me no choice I will see you in court To anybody that reads this Think a again about using this company

I went in to buy a tire for a cart a very small tire with the price tag of $39 but I ended up paying $73.85. they were right about to close and I was exhausted so I really didn't pay attention and just handed him the money. But I think I was way overpriced and plan to go back tomorrow to talk to the owner of the shop hopefully he can explain to me why I paid $30 and some change over and above what the tire cost. We'll see.

I left my weedwacker there on a Tuesday and told him (Paul the owner) that I needed it back the following Monday. I thought it was rather strange that he hadn’t called to tell me what was wrong and how much it would cost to get it repaired. Rather than call him on the following Monday I stopped by and he hadn’t even looked at it. I let him know that he agreed it would be done on that day. I left and no sooner got home he called me and told me the motor was no good. That said, he knows his stuff, but he really has no process there. He wants to see your “claim ticket “ yet he has no system. Again he knows his stuff but don’t expect the customer service level that you may elsewhere. He is convenient and close by. Hopefully his son , who now works there, can fix that aspect of his business.

I've been going there for some time now,they always treated me fairly with only my needs in there heart,and it was good to see Daniel all grown up helping his father.

Brought my Lawnmower in for repair . I told him it would not start and to replace the pull cord . When I came to pick it up 4 days later He tells me he replaced the old Carburetor put a new pull cord on it . When he brings it out to me he starts it up and I told him it's not running right , the timing is off and it's way to loud so he keeps it for 2 more days .So I come back to pick it up I bring it home to use it and it had trouble starting , I got it started and I took 3 passes on my lawn and it stopped , it did that the whole time I was mowing a 24ft ×30ft yard and it took me 45 minutes when it should have taken 10 minutes. So I bring it back he keeps it another 2 days and then calls me to pick it up . He tells me that it had bad gas and he shows me gas in a Gatorade bottle with Water in it he is telling me that I put water in the tank ! 😠 I told him r u nuts , it's the same gas that was in it when i brought it to him in the first place !!! For one , it took him two days to tell me that ? Another who's to say that he didn't just find a bottle and put water in it himself and accuse me of doing it ? 😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠 So he tells me $30 dollars to fix it I said no I'm not paying that , it should've been fixed correctly the first time. Then he says $20 dollars I said no ! So I was not happy at all , I just wanted my mower back so I paid the $20 and he gave me a 30 day warranty !!! Huh ? I will not go there again !!!
