I’m very disappointed with this landscaping service that came to our HOA community. Despite any community’s clear rule against noise before 8 AM, they started at 6:58 AM, waking up residents well before the allowed time. This lack of consideration shows a disregard for community’s regulations and the comfort of its residents. I hope the company takes steps to improve its scheduling practices and respects neighborhood rules moving forward. I would advise others in HOA communities to discuss noise policies thoroughly before hiring them. Truck #364250
You can always count on the leaf blower guy to media blast your car! When confronted, his reply was "SO!" and kept going. Bright view landscape please have a conversation with your employees, this is not the 1ft, 2nd, or 3rd time we have to tell them something. moving forward, we will record and send you the bill for any damages done to our vehicles. I don't know how else to ask them not to media blast the cars. We even move them around and still they do this.
If you want your employee's cars all damage badly ~ They have cracked 4 vehicles windshields & more than 5 cars paint. They DO NOT care about anybody safety nor property.
BrightView manages the landscape at the townhomes were I live. They let the landscape die, and do not tend to the landscape properly. Terrible service!
Brightview is the landscape company my HOA uses. Our property manager refused to maintain the common area surrounding my condo. Every time we brought it up, she would act like she didn't know what we were talking about. This went on for two years. The last time we asked, she blamed it on Brightview, saying they weren't doing their job. I know who was not doing their job. I contacted Brightview myself and they had someone out to my property within 30 minutes. They did a great job! They still need to trim one tree, but everything else shows a 100% improvement over how it had been. I was very impressed with their customer service and their rapid response.
