It has been a real pleasure working with the team at Landscape Solutions. From beginning to end, they provided great service. They helped me figure out how I could achieve what I wanted within my budget, gave me guidance on design and technical considerations, and were always friendly and low-key. They came when they said they would, kept working until it was finished, cleaned up after themselves, and left me with a beautiful new patio and much-improved back yard. It was always a pleasure working with Alexis. She was always prompt and got back to me whenever she said she would. Always great customer service when speaking to her.

In short: Great results, but communication needs work. Ive hired this company twice and the work theyve done has been excellent. For both projects (re-grading yard + retaining wall & new bluestone/mortar walkway) were very happy with how things turned out. With that said though, Ive been frustrated how poor communication there has been. Maybe theyre just extremely busy lately? When I call them theres about a 0% chance someone picks up the phone. Both Samantha and Bill are very nice and accommodating when you can reach them, but if youre looking for a contractor who regularly touches base with you throughout the duration of your project, you might be disappointed.

From the office to the techs who do it all they were great. Samantha was so courteous and underssnding to my needs for our property. The guys were great and so friendly and accommodating. We will be using their services for years to come.

Made a appointment for an planting estimate . Had detailed discussion as to what we wanted. Had to followup to get the proposal with estimate since they didn t contact us at all after our first meeting. Once we got it it had many mistakes. Asked for changes but never responded . Will not recommend them.

The whole entire team was fantastic! From Samantha in the office, to Bill the owner, to Carlos and the entire crew, everyone was so friendly, and accommodating. They listened to what we wanted, came up with solutions, and if we wanted to change something they were more than happy to do so. The communication from Samantha was great and she always kept us updated. Our project came out fantastic! We will definitely be using Landscape Solutions in the future!

I hired Landscape Solutions to completely remodel my backyard in Roselle, NJ and it was one of the best decisions I ve ever made. Working with Bill Schau, who was very professional and an overall good person was a breath of fresh air, especially after dealing with other shady contractors in the past. An added bonus was working with Samantha Niziolek, who coordinated everything regarding the project. She is incredible and was an absolute pleasure to work with! Carlos and his crew are very detailed in their work and what I appreciated most was that they showed up early ready to work every day! I gave them 5 stars only because 10 wasn t an option. The work they did blew away my expectations. I would highly recommend Landscape Solutions for any future projects. I guarantee you will not regret it!

We highly recommend Landscape Solutions. They removed old landscaping from our front yard and provided a detailed design proposal. We also needed sprinkler work done, so they recommended and coordinated with American Lawn & Sprinkler. I had questions on the proposal as well as a few revisions. Sam and Bill were timely in their responses, and always professional. They did their work quickly and it looks great too - we are very happy. An update here (6.11.21). We were so happy with Bills crew that we decided to have their team design + landscape our backyard. Our backyard was in pretty bad shape as it was overgrown with some patches of OK grass. Over the course of ~1.5 - 2 years, we worked with Bill, Samantha and Alexis on close to 10-15 different designs. It was a seamless process. Samantha and Alexis are super responsive & informative as it relates to plant maintenance. Bills team was meticulous as they regraded our lawn and carefully placed every plant. They also made sure that our sprinklers were hitting the right areas of our newly renovated landscape. Prior to the Landscape Solutions Teams work, my wife and I barely spent any time in our backyard as it was an eyesore. Now we consider it an oasis and an extension of our house. We are very happy and we highly recommend Landscape Solutions.

Landscape Solutions transformed our backyard from a mud pit to a beautiful outdoor oasis. Our yard is narrow and small and LS was able to create a great balance of grass and patio. Timing of the job start was a little confusing at times as there were other jobs ahead of us that needed to be finished and weather can be a challenge. Bills team of guys worked incredibly hard and daily clean up of debris was amazing.

Our recent project was a big one, and we couldnt be more happy with the outcome. The team that came to our house in Cranford was professional, efficient, and extremely skilled. Any future projects we have we will definitely be using Landscape Solutions again.

Bill and his team (including office staff) were a pleasure to work with from getting estimates to the completion of our job, which was addressing our backyard that floods and overall was a complete mess. Carlos and his crew spent a couple days regrading the property and installed 2 catch basins that connected to a sump pump to actively manage water during rainstorms. We also decided to add some landscaping, since everything was getting torn up, and the design Bill came up with looks fantastic. The work crew was very professional and the quality of work was outstanding. There were no corners cut, and you can plainly tell they really take pride in their work. They put in some additional time to correct damage done by a sprinkler company (not to be named) with no complaints. We couldnt be happier with the quality of work and anxiously wait for the grass to grow while no longer concerned of a flooded backyard when it rains. I will recommend Landscape Solutions to anyone and plan on hiring them again for future projects.

We chose Landscape Solutions on a word of mouth recommendation and we are so glad we did! The quality of the work was outstanding. I honestly could not believe all they did at the price they quoted me. Danny and Julio have to be two of the hardest working and skilled workers I ve ever seen. They did our entire yard, a crew of 2, in one day. Planted trees, cut, edged, trimmed, cleared debris, dug up concrete, dug trenches, graded, seeded, put in a retaining wall of boulders. It was unbelievable. Our back yard was less than desirable when we bought our house. Now... we have been staring out our windows (because of the rain) all evening! These people are amazing! Between us and our parents they take care of about ten properties for us including both commercial and residential. I can t say enough good things about them! They are as professional as they come with great prices as well. We have had work from seeding, removing old pavers from an area we wanted to be grass, to designing an entire area over with new shrubs and rocks, redoing old porch pavers, along with they re weekly maintenance. Bill and samantha are always quick to respond to a call/email and really the guys are hard workers and they work with a smile they always wave morning to our little guy when they show up. I know Landscaper s can be anyone but this is the real deal. When we were redoing our front of the house we sat down and they had our house on the computer and we put all different sorts of designs and bushes trees etc to see what we would like! Loved it! Landscape Solutions did an excellent job fixing drainage issues to ensure that water drained properly on our property. They also designed and installed all new plantings around our house. The plantings look great and really enhance the look of the house. Bill and his crew were highly dedicated to the job and were very good at explaining what had to be done and answering any questions we had.

Horrible people to do business with. Spent a lot of money to relandscape my home & most of the plantings died. The owner made no effort to fix the problems. I committed my business to this outfit for a year & got poor results. I had a neighbor who also made the same commitment & the results were the same. Doing business with these people is a road to disappointment. Find another landscaper & spend your money wisely.
