McKinnis Lawn Service in Union City

Went in a while back and told them I needed 150 tons of gravel. Was told essentially I'm an idiot and they would have to come out and measure themselves to make sure I knew what I was talking about. Then nobody showed up. I'll make sure never to do business there.

Did not purchase anything, however friendly people.

I needed yard work I contacted them 3 times in 2 months and couldn't get anyone to get back to me.

My husband just bought a new trailer there two days ago, and on his way home a wheel fell of of the trailer. That left him stranded and very inconvenienced, and we called McKinnis to try and get some help or support, and they would do nothing. The man on the phone sounded pretty unsympathetic. Pretty frustrating!

We purchased a trailer from them ages ago. When we finally got around to getting it tagged we found out we needed a bill of sale. The very kind people there dug through their files to find our purchase. When they found it, there was enough information on the bill of sale. They created a new bill of sale with all the needed information. And then faxed it to us. Without their help my day would have been much more complicated. Their patience and kindness is rare. I would recommend them to anyone.
